The Buntan Burger by Jackie Buntan x Proudly Serving is a celebration of Filipino heritage and flavor in every bite. It has a double patty, mozzarella cheese, banana ketchup aioli, longganisa, and atchara on soft pandesal from Gemmae Bakeshop. I really enjoyed this burger. I loved how they used pandesal and how they had a lot of Filipino ingredients in this burger. The longganisa paired well with the burger patty and gave the burger a nice, sweet touch. I also really liked the touch of banana ketchup aioli and atchara. Aside from The Buntan Burger, I got the PS Fries. I've gotten these fries before and they still remain to be some of the best fries I've ever tried. The thick fries are so crisp and delicious.
