I have been an aloe Vera mama during 2020 it was a gift and it is still alive . So when I went to get my first covid-19 shot I stopped in the plant section to pick up some cactus soil and another aloe plant and a new on called a white fox aloe. I don't go out without a mask so I decided stop my makeup subscription box & try a succulent subscription box . A list of the top five popped up and SucculentsBox.com was top of the list. I went to the website and fell in love with all the beautiful pictures of new cacti I had never seen before and the ease of the website. I was hooked. I have not joined the monthly subscription plan yet , but that is coming. I ordered three cacti without pots ,1. the Calico Kitten Crassula 2" ,2. The Moonstones Pachyphytum 2" ,3 Purple Heart Tradrscantis Pallida 2". They were ordered the Thursday before Labor day & arrived on Labor day well wrapped and beautifully lush & alive.This is a great company they emailed me care instructions and also sent a care card for the plants. However, I must have done something wrong my Kitten crassula went down first with one sprig left that was growing well until last week when I watered it. My cute chubby Moonstones was doing well in my cactus garden it was even turning starting to get pink on the tips. Then leaves began to drop after the last one dropped off this past weekend 10/9/21the stalk shrunk up and died. I am a bad cactus mama. Yet my Purple heart is growing like wild fire it is gorgeous with the various shades of purple & fuchsia. I highly recommend this company when they read my BBB review when I was first having trouble they asked me to send pictures so they could help me ! I stumbled upon Succulent Box when I started my plant journey a couple months ago. This is the very first website that I took a chance on ordering online. I was nervous because I've always been told to not order plants online. BUT, Succulentbox took away ALL of my fears of that. They plants they sell are always in great condition (no pests or signs of sickness), and their customer service is quick and very friendly. They even send you a little care card with your plant. The plants are very well packaged as well. I also like how easy their website is to use and how they have the plant's care instructions in the description. I had a question and they helped me within hours, straightened it out and left me with a smile on my face. Beautiful plants! Carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure no damage when they are delivered. I have ordered close to a dozen within the last 3-4 months with no issue. I did receive one that was dormant, that I wasn't aware of (my fault, not theirs), and they offered to replace it or provide refund. I opted to keep it until Spring to see if it perked back up and they said if it did not they would still provide a new plant or refund. Fantastic customer service, always very helpful in regards to care of the plants or any other questions you may have. I just signed up for the monthly subscription box so I can't comment on that just yet, but I imagine it will be just as great as the others. Would definitely recommend, prices are very reasonable and shipping is quick. My neon breaker was the most gorgeous plant l've ever seen right out of the box! The shipping was fast and all my plants are beautiful and so well packed. I just started collecting cacti & succulents and I was excited to add some variety to my collection with this order. I purchased 4 specific plants plus 10 random succulents, and I'm very impressed with all of them! They have added so much color to my mostly green collection. The packaging for all of the plants was very carefully prepared to keep them secure. My only issue is that after being boxed up for a week, the 3 taller succulents each had contorted stems and some lost leaves. This is my go to place for succulents and cacti! It's only 15 minutes from my house and so easy to find. They just repainted the gate white and put a bunch of cute signs outside. The girl there told me they had over 300 species of succulents, cacti, and houseplants. There prices are so cheap compared to big box stores too. $2.99 for 2", $5.99 for 4 inch the other reviews are for shipped orders I think, there's no way their plants are that damaged at their greenhouse.
