I booked an initial consultation appointment with Dannielli via their office text system on Saturday, August 2nd. The appointment was for Wednesday, August 6th. I received a total of 4 texts from Suddenly Slimmer in that four day span wanting me to confirm my appointment and reminding me that anything less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation was subject to a fee. I confirmed every one of those texts. When I showed up for the appointment, the lady at the reception desk greeted me very coldly. She handed me a tablet and requested that I fill out a pre-appointment questionnaire, which took almost 15 minutes to complete. Once I returned it to her, I waited for another 5 minutes before being called back to the desk. It was then that she informed me that Dannielli was running late with a customer, and that I had a choice to either meet with the Office Manager or come back in 3 hours to meet with Dannielli. WOW!!! I live a 1/2 hour away and coming back later was not an option, so I met with the Manager. We sat in her office (not in an exam room) and she had a trainee with her. The presentation was clumsy at best. Her response to the few questions I had for her were, "I'm not sure, I'm not a nurse." So they completely wasted my time. For the record, I also don't believe that Dannielli was even in the building. I asked for her again on the way out and they said she was still in with another client, and this was over an hour after my appointment with her was supposed to start. read more

This is now my second poor experience with Suddenly Slimmer. I purchased Obagi Nu-Derm Blender in February. I was not ready to start using it until June (was using another similar Obagi product). When I opened the Blender I purchased, it was brown and rancid. I shared my experience with Suddenly Slimmer. They only reimburse products within 7 days of purchasing. It was a very expensive product and now I am out the money. Open your products right away if purchased from Suddenly Slimmer, to check and make sure they are in good condition. Previously I bought Obagi Professional-C Serum 20% - through Suddenly Slimmer's online website and it never came. I called Suddenly Slimmer several times and left detailed voicemails. I also messaged them through Instagram, and emailed them - to which no one responded. After my Yelp review, someone responded right away and overnighted the product to me, along with some complimentary toner and cleanser. read more

After calling several Medspa for a nonsurgical BBL I was told not only by the front desk but the "best injector" in Arizona that if I purchased 30 vials of Radisse in the amount of 13,999$ that I would have an immediate bigger but and then over time I would grow a bigger butt with my natural collegian. I booked an appointment. I have had sculptra in the butt before and I saw no results so this time around I kept reiterating I didn't want that same results. I was promised I wouldn't. Day off they called and texted me several times as they were desperate for my appointment. Once I got there they told me without even looking at my butt that I needed 4000$ as my results would be worth it. Confused and wanting a "better result" I agreed. I payed 18,000 dollars that day. The injecter spent 45 mins injecting 90% saline and some powder into my butt. I didn't know it was saline at the time. After she was done she told me my butt would round up on the next few days. She also said my butt will be leaking fluid for the next couple days. Why? I asked and was told I was overfilled. Gross!! I did leave with a bigger butt. I did leak everywhere that I couldn't even go out in public. The next morning only 12 hours later my butt was almost back to normal. I called and no one would return my calls. I finally got a hold of someone and they said sorry that's normal. You start to grow a butt in 6 wks. That's nothing like I was told. I spent more money than three boob jobs! I argued and cried as I spent 18,000 and my butt looked that same. They didn't care and told me in a few days a manager would call. I literally was so sad. I saved for this. Days later I received a call and was told they wouldn't help me. That my butt will grow 6wks to 6 months!! That was nothing like they told me. Why did they tell me my results would be better of I spent 4000& if they don't even know what the results would be. This company is shady. Do not go there. I will be filling a police report and my lawyer is working on a case. I'll include texts and pics! If anyone can help please let me know! I had an appointment yesterday at 4p, just a consultation, figured easy 15-20 mins as I wasn't planning on getting tx that day. when I arrived at 4:04p (4 mins late, new to AZ and got lost) I was told the doctor was seeing someone else. After waiting 34 mins w nobody talking to me or even updating me! I went up to the desk and explained I couldn't wait any longer since I had another engagement to attend to. At that moment I was told "did you not know your appt was changed to 4:40? this was the second time this happened as my original appt was abruptly changed for another time that didn't work for me. Anyway I left and told them I did not want to reschedule as they seem to double book people and I am not interested in giving them another try. Today while checking my cc statement I noticed I was charged 50 dollars! I should be charging them for how unprofessional this place is, it's obvious that money is all they care abt. I'll dispute the charges w my cc, but save yourself the trouble and go to a place that will value you and not just money! I have battled acne for years. I have scarring on my cheeks and active acne are my main concerns. First appointment was great, did a whole mapping of my skin and I was so excited to see actual measurable results from the treatments. But that never happened. Even after i asked if i was ever going to get my face mapped again, Victoria told me no, that it was too soon to see any results even though i had already had two appointments. Ok no big deal. When i told Victoria my concerns and that i was not seeing results from my pervious treatments, she said well you need to stop touching your face and its probably your fault from stress and hormones. Ok so zero accountability. She then sold me a vitamin c cream that she didnt mention was $100 and that her manager later admitted was probably the reason my skin broke out. I asked for another esthetician who was not better. Every time i asked what can we do to improve my skin her response was: well what kind of treatment were you thinking of? I told her my budget, i told her my goals, and still, no help. Just 'tell me what to do and pray you'll get the results you want'. Ended up getting a chemical peel. Was told to follow the instructions i was sent home with. Those instructions were VERY specific and explained that failing to follow instructions could lead to permanent scarring. So you can imagine my horror to read that i HAD to wash my face and apply a specific creme four hours after the treatment, and then a totally different cream before bed. But my peel was administered at 4;30pm. When i called the next morning in a stressed out panic, my esthetician responded with: well thats not my problem, i don't know your schedule! Asked to talk to a manager who gave me more instructions on how to take care of my skin post peel treatment, and these instructions (which are printed on their website) are completely contradictory to the printed instructions that were sent home with me. Unbelievably stressful, disappointing and unprofessional. Two days later a huge blister formed on my right earlobe which i came to learn is the result of improper/sloppy chemical peel application. I called and told the front desk, they told me they would make an appointment for me to speak to a manager later that afternoon. Then i received several confirmation emails/waivers to sign for my appointment to get fillers that afternoon. I have never had fillers in my life and made no such appointment. I called back to the front desk who kept assuring me that this was the only way to speak to a manager. At the risk of getting charged hundreds or even thousands for yet another botched procedure, i asked that my bank info be removed from their system as i no longer felt comfortable having it on file. I had to INSIST for over 30 mins that this be done. I cant believe i paid almost $400 for a peel that resulted in a burn so bad half of my earlobe was a blister and an esthetician who doesn't even have time to communicate at all with her clients. No one has ever followed up with me since despite several requests from me. Lets see if posting this review changes that. Bottom line: I will NEVER be back. read more

I went here a couple months ago and I wasn't that happy with my results of my hydra facial because I didn't feel like my blackheads were extracted enough. One of the managers reached out to me to give me a complimentary facial to make up for my experience. The second time I came in was great. I told Pricilla, the girl who did my facial, exactly what I wanted and what I was missing from the last visit. She did everything I wanted and wasn't afraid to extract all my blackheads even if it was a little painful. My face feels so much cleaner and moisturized. Normally, I don't like to leave bad reviews but I think this time this situation warrants one. I have been getting Botox many years, and I am well aware of my anatomy, body metabolism and what results I prefer to have. This is the Third time I have had an adverse experience here. I've had my Botox ineffective due to an inexperienced injector years ago, but suddenly slimmer decided to fix that on my behalf. However, recently I came for filler and was SEVERELY bruised. I do not take aspirin or fish oils, yet it's still somehow my fault. I've never been bruised that badly in all the 6 years I've been getting filler. The last straw was coming for a brow lift, and my brow dropped. I came back hoping for it to be done right, and of course I paid for another unit to see the same results again. I will literally never come here again. There are so many plastic surgeons in town who hire much better injectors and will make things right if it is their fault, and not the fault of the client. Had an amazing experience using the coolsculpting elite machine at Suddenly Slimmer Spa. The pain was absolutely harmless once they put the device onto the targeted area. Then you have the device on for 30 min , which goes by so quick because your watching t.v. or on your phone. But let me tell you , once I started seeing the results I was so happy and excited and this isn't even the full results , i'm only 8 weeks in. It typically takes 3 months to obtain full results but some can take longer depending on how your body flushes out the fat. Now 100 % transparency, I ate healthy on top and exercised , so i'd highly recommend that anybody who does this treatment maintains a routine of eating well and training at least 2-3 times per week. The cool thing about coolsculpting elite over regular coolsculpting is the normal machine takes an hour and this new advanced machine only takes 30 min.
