I have happily used this car wash a number if times, today was an absolute disappointment. The women that usually takes charge was not there I believe it was her son. First he acted as if I was an inconvienece. He try to rush as I was asking questions. I just wanted the same services performed that I had in the past. I should have inspected my car prior to leaving. I was surprised that my car was ready in under 15 minutes. The interior was dirty, the was dirt on the front seat, big streaks of dust on the drivers side, areas completely missed, and my rims were less then satisfactory. It's important to support local businesses and I don't mind paying thirty three dollars to have my car washed if it comes back clean. Today wasn't that day.

my beautiful car after being cleaned.

New to town and I just happened to be passing by and thought I would get a quick car wash, I had no idea how great the service here is! For about the same price as going through the automatic wash that just does the outside, and not very good at that, you get fast service and your car comes out beautiful inside and out.

The wax they applied and left on my SUV

Don't come here for a hand wax. They do a terrible job. I decided to add the hand wax to my SUV they charged another $55 more to the regular hand wash service. I thought well it must be a good wax if it's $55 more. The wax they used on my SUV just damaged my paint and left white marks where the wax was applied. I never had my SUV hand wax I thought maybe the white marks will come off after it dries. When I asked the young gentleman about the white marks he said it will go away after a month,...well it's be over a month and It doesn't come off, now I have to repaint my hood and roof top of my SUV where the wax damaged it. I went back and talked to the guys who washed my SUV and asked for the wax to be removed or fixed. They denied service and said they couldn't do anything about it, the paint on my hood and my roof top was ruined by the wax they applied. My SUV was in good condition before the wax. I don't recommend this place.

Bubble complete: Supreme Detail includes exterior hand wash and dry; carnauba hand wax; shampoo, deodorize, and sanitize floor mats and trunk interior; wipe and shine interior surfaces; wipe and shine exterior surfaces; wheels detailed, dressed, and conditioned; engine degreased and cleaned; and air freshener of your choice. What I paid Amazon Local 65$ for. What I got: exterior hand wash and dry; carnauba hand wax; vacuum floor mats and trunk interior; shine interior surfaces; wipe exterior surfaces; wheels detailed, dressed, and conditioned; and slightly annoyed. So after arriving I felt awkward having to explain to the manager about my Amazon coupon. Not her fault, her manager/cousin didn't even tell her he had put out coupons on Amazon local. Pretty pertinent if you ask me. So I hang around and wait oversee this 129$-value-for-half-price deal I bought. As I'm waiting I do a little light reading of the wash options. After some arithmetic I come to realize a full package with one of everything for my car from the options would total a whopping 45$. NOT 65$. There's not a single thing that adds to 65, let alone 129. This owner is down right lying to Amazon and his customers. I immediately felt anger, annoyed, taken advantage of. Advertising and selling a service you don't actually offer or have even trained your staff for? Pathetic. Very. I still don't blame the staff that day, not their fault the owner isn't a very good one. So I still waited around for about 90 minutes for them to finish. As I was driving home I noticed several overlooked details in this Supreme Detailing. Details like the windshield interior wasn't wiped, at all. The sideview mirrors weren't wiped. The bugs on the front grill were still present. The gaps on either side of my shifter were still unclean. The rear quarter window still had dog breathing residue. The chrome exhaust tips still hadn't been wiped and shined. Rearview mirror wasn't clean. Engine wasn't degreased and cleaned. The hand wax is spray on 8$ bottle. Here's a funny tidbit. I paid a local indigent 46$ and he did a better job in less time, and it was dealership quality. If after reading this you still have any doubts. I'll help you with them. You need a cheap, quick, Knock-the-dirt-off 5$ wash, see suds. Otherwise see someone else and get what youPay for. I can get my car tuned for that price at my dealership and the complimentary wash is stellar and in better time. Note to the owner. Get a checklist. For every type wash you sell. The "detail" I received wasn't worth 65$. Stick to regular washes. Your staff did the best of their training.

In desperate need of a car wash and in true yelper fashion I looked up a place that would wash my car for me on yelp! This place is on the property with the gas station and if you turn in from Lamar you have to go around to the back side of the car wash and pull in. It is a little confusing and hard to back up and go around the building so, I would recommend pulling in from North Loop. They will bring you out a laminated sheet giving you pricing based on the size of the car and then you can add extras such as wiping the inside out, vacuuming, wiping interior windows, wax coat, etc. I added everything but the wax coat and it was about $40 ish dollars plus a tip. They were quick considering that they do it all by hand but, it was worth waiting for. The wash was spotless and the interior was squeaky clean and smelling good since they put new car smell air freshener in it. They also offer full detailing but, you need to make an appointment for that (see my picture for details). They accept credit cards and even have a covered area outside with a picnic table for you to sit and wait.

    They've increased prices.

I've been going to Suds for about a year now - maybe 5 times in total. Each time I'm there, there are different employees working which always irked me - the (previous?) owner (a blonde woman) appeared harsh with her employees. No surprisingly, the washes were still inconsistent. It has been a few months since I've had the car washed and after stopping by this week the place is under seeming new management. There is now a shelter up for patrons, new employees, and new prices. I used to be able to get out of there with an interior/exterior wash for $20 +tip. This time it was $30 +tip and my interior was still mostly dirty - I tipped before I realized that. The front dash hadn't been touched and my seats still had paw prints (light vinyl) from a recent park outing. I was able to justify the inconsistency before because of the price - but I'll probably head to the neighbor hood self wash next time.

    Love my clean baby!

The staff assured me they'd be careful and that it wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, the emblem was broken anyway. Now I'm looking at $100+ to replace it directly through Ford. That's not a small ask for something that was explicitly flagged and promised to be avoided. I don't think it was malicious, and the staff was friendly throughout. But when a customer flags a specific concern and gets a direct assurance, the expectation is that it gets communicated to whoever is doing the work. That handoff clearly didn't happen here. Hopefully this is useful feedback for the team. I'd just caution others with sensitive trim or emblems to keep that in mind before booking.

Rafael, I have made…read moreseveral good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly with you regarding the damage to my Porsche key that occurred while my vehicle was in your care. Immediately after the service, the key was found to have water inside it. I returned to the car wash the same day, showed you the key, and you observed the water yourself. You mentioned that you would review your cameras and get back to me. Since then, I have provided you with Porsche's inspection, the repair estimate, and the dealership's video documenting the damage. Despite multiple text messages and phone calls, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The cost to replace the damaged key is $800. I am requesting reimbursement of $800 within 7 days of this message. Payment can be made by any mutually agreed upon method. If I do not receive payment or hear from you within that time, I will proceed with filing a claim in Texas Justice Court (small claims court) without further notice. I will also seek reimbursement for any court filing fees and other costs allowed by law. I would still prefer to resolve this amicably and avoid legal action. Please contact me within the next seven days so we can close this matter. Alex Ruiz

I was a member for about three months and visited around 10 times. Pricing is competitive, but the…read moreservice issues far outweigh that. On multiple visits, I watched staff drive customer cars recklessly -- flooring the gas on a cold engine before it had a chance to warm up. When I asked one attendant to stop, he told me he was 16 years old. I have real concerns about who's operating expensive vehicles here and whether there's any real training or supervision. They also lost my car key during a visit. I found it myself, sitting in a puddle of water on top of the engine, inches from falling into the engine bay. It hasn't worked reliably since. When I raised this, staff couldn't communicate with me in English and nothing was done about it. The final straw: I was yelled at by an attendant while pulling in, then told to pull forward -- directly into the path of another attendant who was pulling a customer's Porsche out of a stall. Had I followed the instruction, I would have hit that car. This is a serious safety and management failure. I've canceled my membership and can't recommend this place. Between the lost/damaged key, unsafe driving of customer vehicles, and staff who told me directly they were underage, I'd steer clear.
