That's not a small ask for something that was explicitly flagged and promised to be avoided. I don't think it was malicious, and the staff was friendly throughout. But when a customer flags a specific concern and gets a direct assurance, the expectation is that it gets communicated to whoever is doing the work. That handoff clearly didn't happen here. Hopefully this is useful feedback for the team. I'd just caution others with sensitive trim or emblems to keep that in mind before booking.

You pull up to the car wash and pick your type and pay with a credit card. I went during "happy hour" 2-5 which includes a free upgrade! So I got the $13 wash for only $11. You just pull in and the machines move all around you. Usually I go to ones where you pull onto the track and it moves your car through. The dinosaurs everywhere is so funny and random. I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it!
