Jason cleaned my apartment carpet and left it in amazing condition. There were dog urine spots, tea stain spots, wine stain spots on the carpet. He applied a cleaning spot remover and used an agitating machine to work it in and completely remove the spots. The urine smell is completely gone. This is an older apartment with older rug and I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked when he was finished. It's been 2 weeks and no phantom spots have showed up. He told me to call and he would come remove any spots that showed up after the carpet dried. read more

Having used other carpet cleaners in the past, I expected the usual "Hi" and "Goodbye" sandwiched around a quickie 15-20 minute perfunctory carpet cleaning. Jayson was friendly, helpful, and professional, spending an 80 minutes (!) to pre-rx and shampoo the carpet in my 2 BDRM apt. Jayson Suetos Has an excellent work ethic and does not stop until the job is completed. I have a 17-year-old carpet that has had a number of pets and grandchildren track and grind in not just dirt, but pine tar, plant oils, not to mention urine and feces from the cats and dogs, along with 'potty training' 'accidents' from the human children. Spilled food, milk, sodas and tracked in "whatever" from outside, ground into the carpet from shoes, has been a constant battle for all 17 years! I have my own steam cleaner, though it takes me a minimum of 6 hours just to clean my living room as well as a professional.
