Very unprofessional, when my carpet dried there were places where he didn't clean, I reached out to them and they said they would come back and re clean the area. I sat here and waited for them for almost 4 hours, I had already moved my furniture and still no show. I called them and they said they would call me back to see where the tech is, they never called me back then I get a text message telling me that they were not going to reduce my carpet after I've been waiting for 4 hours and took time off work to be here. I paid 400$ to have my sectional and carpet (one room) cleaned. EXTEREMELY DISSATISFIED! It wasn't terribly stained but did have dog urine odor which they evaluated and said they can clean. When I called back to let them know nothing has been done, even basic cleaning, I was assured a supervisor would contact me immediately. The technician promised to return Mon 9/18 and never showed/called/texted NOTHING! I've called no less than 5 times now they won't take my call. I contacted the owners one of which replied asking I text. He read it and never responded. I have before n after pics of the spots they couldn't get which i cleaned successfully with water and a microfiber cloth later. I can do a better job myself but since I don't have the time I hired someone. Obviously the WRONG someone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

Pretty good. I scheduled for 12-2 pm but they called ahead at like 8:40 am on the day and said they would come at 10:30 instead which was ok as long as they told me. Also things happened and I conveniently wanted to be in and out of my apartment before 12. Two bedrooms. The carpets smelled musty and were dirty by the door. Now they smell good, and look good!
