Not too heavy mayo or mustard, eggs, soft potatoes with a little chew (perfectly cooked) and red bell pepper. The sandwich was great. Freshly baked bread that was soft. The chicken salad was really good. Again, a great balance of mayo, not too much. They use shredded chicken which is the way it should be done. The bread is freshly made (crispy baguette type) and you have a choice of Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Tuna Salad, Smoked Ham, or Corned Beef. All sandwiches are $16.50 each (including tax) and come with a choice of mayonnaise, spicy stone ground mustard, red leaf lettuce, thin sliced red onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, raw grated horseradish, pickled jalapeno, and roasted bell pepper. The default includes all toppings so if you don't want everything, be sure to specify what you do NOT want. Surprisingly, they do not carry any diet soda, nor do they stock any national brands (only local pop). There is a large menu on the wall, and you order at the counter and pick up the order (no table service). The food was attractively presented, and very, very good.
