Just got my under arms sugared and extended bikini. This is my first time that I have ever gotten anything down there done. She was amazing, told me we could stop at any time, we could go as fast or slow as I wanted. I honestly was expecting it to be painful but it wasn't. My experience may be specific for me, but I would avoid if you have monolids/hooded eyes. The lash technician that I usually go to was fully booked for two weeks, and I needed to get lashes on a short notice for a trip. I looked on Yelp and saw that this place had the highest review, so I booked it. Even though I got lash extensions from Sugar Place, my lashes are short and stubby. I have monolids, so I have a bit of fat on my eyelids (hooded eyes), and my regular lash technician gives me lashes that are angled straight up and are long, so my lashes are clearly visible and really open up my eyes. These lashes from Sugar Place stick straight down and don't show up at all in pictures. Given that I paid $150 (including $20 tip, which I felt obligated to give), I'm annoyed that I'll need to pay extra for removal so that I can get my lashes fixed. read more

I gave her a call to ask if it was possible for her to fix an issue I was experiencing with lash work she had done on me. She became belligerent, using foul language. First time coming here and first time I've had my eye brows sugared. I've had my brows waxed before I've also done threading and maintaining them myself by shaving and tweezing.
