I come here for all of my tanning needs. The staff is very sweet and very flexible. Many of my appointments have had to change a few times and they're happy to accommodate. Appointments are super quick, in and out. The tan lasts and and is gentle on my hyper sensitive skin. It's a clean and cute studio. Parking is easy across the street. I had an appointment today which I booked over the phone for waxing legs and bikini. I waked in and the girl at the front desk didn't even say hello, she just directed me to sign a form on an iPad. Okay whatever. After checking in another girl asks me if I'm just getting Brazilian and I said no. Then she checked her system and it said bikini but no legs. She couldn't do my legs because she had another appointment after. I pleaded with her because I had booked this appointment and got verbal confirmation from one of their employees. I even remember that employee saying "see you tomorrow for the full legs with a trainee and regular bikini". Turns out this location doesn't even do trainings...so I don't understand why they said it was possible. The girl said she couldn't do it and didn't even apologize for the fact that they had messed up the booking of my appointment. She said that she could still do my bikini but I walked out. I don't want to give my business to companies who don't admit to their faults. By the way they said they were very busy but there were three employees just sitting around the front desk and no customers inside. I called the Santa Monica location and they said that trainee bookings can only be made in person, so now I'm convinced that nobody knows what they are doing. Pretty sure a lot of these reviews on Yelp are fake. Glad I did not spend my money here. read more

There was a mix up with the pricing and the manager called me and personally apologized for the mix up and offered to refund my tan as well as give me a free tan in the future. I think that's very sweet and shows professionalism and makes me want to continue coming back! It's amazing what one phone call can do. read more

I was very happy and pleased with my first Brazilian Sugared experience here. It was much less painful than regular waxing and I loved my sugared gal! She was very patient and gentle with me and explained the after care thoroughly. My next visit I was given a different girl, as apparently you cannot book an appointment with a specific person...it was a bit different, but still a great "sugaring" experience with an adorable girl with great bedside manners...it was a positive experience! I'm not going to lie I was scared and I knew it was going to hurt but I also knew that I needed to find a great way to maintain hairlessness. I tried sugared and bronzed on aviation and it changed my entire life. The staff was amazing, very professional and they made me feel very comfortable. They made the process even better. Regardless of any temporary pain from it being my first time the experience and lasting result is worth it! I still booked my second appointment for today and I'm not regretting it I'm actually looking forward to it! I appreciate how comfortable they made me feel and I appreciate how welcoming they made me feel and I appreciate their honesty with the process but it is so worth it I would suggest it to anyone and everyone!
