The facility is very clean and spacious. Instead of filling out paperwork on your first visit, you give consent on an iPad, which I loved by the way. Julie came out and walked me to the service room. I love the privacy door and the convenience of the small stand for tour items or hooks for your clothes. She was quick, thorough and very informative. Best hair removal experience I have had. I typically swore by waxing but due to me having sensitive skin sometimes I'd break out because of the wax being used and I was prone to getting ingrown hairs. My experience with sugaring was awesome, pain wise it does hurt a bit but as much as waxing but i love the fact that it's all natural just lemon, sugar, and water. My skin is sooo smooth no burning or irritation and its naturally exfoliated. I noticed I didn't get any ingrown hairs and my skin never got irritated. Not to mention it lasts way longer than waxing, it took about 3 1/2 basically 4 weeks to see any type of new hair growth and when I went back in for my next wax I actually had spots where the hair completely didn't grow back probably due to the fact that I waxed for about 3 1/2 years now. Best hair removal experience and the fact that it is all natural makes it that much better. I went to the hermosa beach location first for my first time then west 3rd location for my 2nd free one. I must say the customer service is superb at both locations. Both estheticians removed all my hair completely and even had me double check their work and ask if they missed or needed to go over any places again. I am definitely not going back to waxing, I'm sticking with sugaring. read more

I love this location. The females are always so nice. I usually come in early & they always take me in when they're done with their last customer. I haven't had any problems at all. I usually get the bikini sugaring and honeyyy let me tell you! It is way better than regular waxing. The hair grows out less faster, if you get bumps you will see less of those when you are consistent with the routine. They talk to you while they're waxing you to help you focus on the conversation versus the pain. read more

The service is great. I've gotten two Brazilian waxes here and the employees have been pleasant and efficient. I usually have a hard time getting waxed and it's super painful but S+B made it as painless as possible. I definitely will be signing up for a membership. Super affordable and their 2 for 1 special for new clients is a great deal. They also have a large selection of appointment times and they have been on time and quick. Great salon. Clean, well-maintained, friendly staff. The spray tan itself was also great. The only downside was how the tan faded. It lasted well over a week, but it faded in a more orangish color than I'm used to. I did the express tan so I'm not sure if that contributed, but I do plan to go back and get the regular spray tan in the future. Either way, great experience and great spray tan. read more
