I love Sugar & Bronzed! I go once a month for sugaring and at first, it hurt a bit but now I barely feel it. They said my hair would thin and stop growing and for sure, it has minimized. Everyone who works there is so nice and I have the funniest and best conversations during my sugar appointment. It makes it go by so much faster and you really don't feel the pain! And like I said, after the first couple of times it doesn't hurt any more. Next up is trying the bronzing! read more

For a about a year or so, I did regular waxing and then at the beginning of 2018, I heard about sugaring and all of its benefits! I decided to try it back in April and I've been getting sugared ever since then. I love that it lasts longer and there are no risks of burning because it's not as hot as regular wax. I waxed one time when I was in my teens. It hurt so much I never went back and shaved up until recently. A friend of mine recommended sugaring just short of my 32nd birthday before I went on a trip to Mexico. That was 6 months ago. I have been once a month since. I highly highly recommend 1) the sugaring process 2) and most importantly Sugared + Bronzed. I have had nothing but amazing experiences each time I've been. It's been such a great experience I even became a member. It's VERY simple. My card is charged at the 1st of the month, I go in at my appointment, get sugared, leave tip on the card on file (I usually do 20% which equates to about $10) and I make my appointment for the following month. Their hours complement my extremely busy schedule. I personally see Ashley at the 3rd street location. She's a doll and makes the experience so comfortable. Each time I've been I have brought my baby puppy (Penelope) and get this, THE GIRLS IN THE FRONT WATCH MY DOG WHILE IM GETTING SUGARED. What??!! I highly highly recommend this place. Love coming here for sugaring. Super easy and fast. First few times took a little getting used to but the experience with sugaring is so much better than regular waxing. It's always a quick session and they're super helpful and nice to explain the process if you've never been through sugaring before. This was my first time at Sugared + Bronzed I was nervous since I've never done this before but there's no need to! the girls in the front are VERY nice they answer all your questions the service is amazing! I got services done by Britney she was very nice sweet answered all my questions kept the conversation going to take my mind off of the pain. I thought it would be awkward but it wasn't at all! Britney made me feel very comfortable and she did a amazing job! All my hair that needed to be removed it gone I will definitely be back! Also if your a new client you get some specials which are pretty good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get hair removal and yes I agree it's painful but it is better than wax it don't pull your skin and it's all natural ingredients. Very cute place, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and neatly set up. I originally intended on getting sugared "teaspoon" on their menu for underarms but did not do my research enough to know not to shave for at least 9 days before attempting sugaring! The spray tan was quick and lasted about 11 days, the color was natural looking and dried evenly! If you are planning on getting a spray tan before a big event make sure to call first, they were booked for weeks before Coachella! read more

Really happy with everything so far: Friendly staff, affordable pricing, great sugaring results, incredibly convenient appointment booking/rescheduling/canceling via text or phone call. The sugar wax used is lighter colored than other sugaring experiences I've had, which may contribute to it all-around working better for me...let me explain...with this sugar wax it seems to require fewer yanks than darker sugar wax (for reference: fine hair / fair complexion), so obviously less painful, and it seems like the hair takes longer to grow back than with darker sugar waxes. I have yet to get on a consistent schedule, but I'm hoping that when maintained every four weeks, it will be even less painful. It's bearable though, and is less painful for me than regular waxing was, with far fewer in grown hairs. To keep in mind: Hair should be the length of a grain of rice. Happy sugaring! read more

The girls were welcoming and made me feel at ease during both of my appointments. I scheduled for both the bikini sugaring and the spray tan and the back to back appointments took about an hour. I have heard that the pain is less with sugaring, but I would say for me it was on par with waxing. The girl doing my tan was great with directing a first-timer, and her friendly demeanor made the experience not as embarrassing as I initially expected. My tan looked even and beautifully natural.
