My daughter in law bought a car here January 21, 2022(her first car) it was back in the dealership shop less than 14 days after purchase and less then the 500 mile warranty. Soooo much has happened since now being May 8, 2022. They have had the vehicle for the 2nd time since March 14th they refused to answer my calls blocked number I could go on and on. The NEXT DAY, the check engine light came on after I drive it for 30 miles. They came and gave me a loaner on 1/3. Had the car 4 days and never returned it or called me to get it, or to give me and update /tell me what's wrong. I had a full tank ($47), but they returned it with 1/4 and 200 miles put on the car!! Wtf. Total round trip to my house is only 46 miles. I made several calls to them, and texting/calling with the owner, Calvin. Everyone Very good at giving me the run around, but making me feel like they would take care of things ASAP... I'm still waiting. NO ONE WILL GIVE ME ANSWERS /the help I need! Staff said it was because they had to take to emissions test= 2 miles away! For a total of 50 miles. But 200 miles and 3/4 tank, the check engine light off, but the Gave me a BOGUS emissions copy. Not from ADOT emissions company, incorrect info on the form, refusing to honor the agreements made upon purchase, refusing to refund for gas used while in their possession, refusing that anything is wrong with the car /fix the sound and SMELL, not giving me extended warranty info, refusing to respond to my emails, refusing to call me back when I leave a message, stated the 2015 tires on the car are safe in AZ heat... After leaving there on 1/14, I took to a reputable, professional mechanic who reported something is loose in the engine = the squealing sound I hear-would have to take the engine apart to find the noise= $$, and the smell is from the ENGINE BURNING OIL! Which is a HHHUUGGGEEE deal and expensive fix $$$$$$. I'm upset that you put your faith and trust into a company and they sell you something that could potentially kill you. Driving an unsafe vehicle can lead to an accident, leading to injuries /death. So this issue is more than me getting DUPED and LIED TO... It's about principles, ethic, morals and values. With what this world has been through the past 2 years with Covid, it somehow makes this hurt even more. I work in a hospital... Around Covid. Working extra shifts setting Covid patients... Save up $ to buy a car outright and I get sold an unsafe, not passing emissions, beautiful LEMON! That should not be my karma! Just be warned before buying. It began back in 2017-2018 when I saw exactly the truck I wanted on the Internet. I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was looking at. The price was fair, so I bought it. (Still driving it daily) Other than gas, tires & oil changes, it hasn't skipped a beat. I work it pretty hard too carrying a ton of hay each week. My wife had been wanting a Dodge Challenger. So back in late 2019, early 2020, Bob had a nice one at a very good price. We made a deal and they even delivered it to my house! In 2020 we moved a couple hundred miles away. The roads here are horrible in the winter and my wife is destroying that beautiful car... so I talked her into a Jeep Wrangler. Bob had several. She picked out the color she wanted & again, it was delivered! They even serviced it and put new tires all the way around AFTER we bought it. I didn't ask for that. After seeing it in person & driving it, I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself! Days later, I called Bob on the phone & we made a deal on a second one. It will be here late next week. Like all the others, I expect it will be better than described. To be honest I don't need the 2nd Jeep. I just want it because it's perfect and I can't pass up a great deal. I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself so I'm overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Bob might very well be the only honest used car dealer in existence. Imagine buying used cars over the phone, without seeing them first in person, knowing you got a great deal just because you trust the man you are dealing with. It truly is a good feeling. I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else…read more I put down a deposit on a vehicle back in September 2025 that I ultimately never received. When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. He Came back saying the whole $10,510 was going to be paid off. Now that i have look over my paperwork and only 9k was paid by them. I called them to cancel the service contract which is the warranty, because they added it without my consent. They not once said it was going to add $4530 to my car loan. I reached out to them & they told me its non refundable, mind you its been 16 days since i purchased the car. Be careful with Olivia she was the one who added it to my loan not once she told me it would add $4530 to my car loan. STAY AWAYYY!!!!
