The young lady working customer service was kind and genuinely trying her best. She stayed polite, patient, and professional even though there were a lot of customers waiting. She deserves credit because the situation wasn't easy. Now let's talk about the guy behind the food counter. He was rude and short with everyone, as if customers were somehow responsible for them being understaffed. The attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable. There's already a stereotype tied to the area this location is in, and interactions like that unfortunately feed right into it. On top of that, we weren't notified through the app that one of the items we ordered was out of stock. We only found out once we arrived, which was disappointing after placing an online order. I understand staffing challenges happen, but this location hasn't even been open long enough for customer service to already be this poor. The experience left a lot to be desired. The systems and customer service both need improvement because Wawa is usually known for doing better than this.

I had onions on my sandwich also. I would order again.

Overall, good fill up experience…read more This location is right off Central Avenue, across the street from Addison Road Metro station. Easy in and out. You can also exit onto Addison road, which is convenient if you need to change directions on Central. The pumps octanes went low to high, left to right which is the proper way--they are not trying to trick anyone into pumping expensive gas. One thing thy was odd is how high the curbs are around the pumps. I had to reach up to swipe my card, etc. All told, a good fill up.

Anyway I bought a .99 cent pack of cigarillo's 1 month ago here, came back a few days later and the same pack was $1.40. Printed on the pack by the cigar company it reads ".99 cents" so why does it cost more I thought? I actually let this slide by. The next week I came back for another brand that still read .99 cents and the attendant said "1.40 please". I asked him "why does the pack say .99 cents but you're charging $1.40?" and he said "that is the price for these around here". Keep in mind, it's only forty cents but that's a 40% increase for absolutely no good reason! I said "ok how much for the Arizona .99 cent can of tea?" and the simpleton said ".99 cent plus tax". I laughed as I walked out thinking of the obvious illegal activity on those burdened with a cigar habit. I went to another gas station very close by and the proper list price was charged like any decent business would sell it. If you want to get ripped off come to this gas station. A business run by criminals probably has watered down gasoline too! Don't chance it. There is a Shell just across the street. Their cigars and extras are properly priced with no deceptions and no silliness.

Great Service and Price. Customer Service a little Gruff…read more Other than that great place to get car serviced.

I was ok with the service I had received from my car being worked on in the past and most of the…read moretime I get my gas from here because he's usually the cheapest although, I felt he was extremely high pricing on the service repair jobs. Here recently because I felt that I had made a customer connection with him, Mr. Young , I decided to bring my car back to him because the car had no issues other than the door locks and I had figured that wouldn't cost much to change a fuse or two. My car ran smoothly without any problems and there were no service indicator lights on my dash at all....NONE! The only reason I brought my car to him this time was because of my door locks. I could lock and unlock my car but only manually. I took it to Young to fix that only. The door locks. I was charged $574. My husband picked the car up and called me immediately after leaving the lot to say that the speedometer wasn't registering. I said to my husband to take it right back to him. My husband turned around and took it back. Young told him to leave the car but that it wouldn't be worked on that day because he was the only mechanic there. My husband didn't leave it because he had no way home. The very next day at 7:15 in the morning I was sitting in Young's lot waiting for them to open - to talk with Young. After talking to him he had assured me that he would fixed the speedometer problem and he did. However, this time while driving home I decided to stop at the grocery store only to realized that the car was having problems backing up and that on the dash was these letters - ESP-BAS and that the icon with the wiggling lines on it kept popping back on no matter how many times I turned it off. I immediately called Young , told him this and he asked could I bring it back that same day. Again I told him that it would have to be in the morning because I didn't have a ride home. I also asked Young how much would that cost. He said there wouldn't be a charge for that. I took my car the next morning as I said I would. Young called me the next day and said that he had some good news and some bad news. I asked for the good news and he said that the car could be fixed but that I would need to pay $290. I exclaimed what happened? You said that there was no charge. He said he knew that but that he had to call some guy in to recalculate the computer for $290. I left my car again. This time he said that my car was ready to be picked up but that the back up issue was a new issue that would cost me $800. At this point I'm confused. What did the computer have to do with the back up issue that wasn't there before I took my car to him about the door locks ? I'm not a mechanic but shouldn't that have been a minor fuse or fuses change? Somebody please help me with this one. And by the way, my car back up issue still exists. This all happened over a two weeks period.
