Good lunch spot, its pretty authentic. Most everything was delicious. Had the pad see ewe, pad thai, tom yum Soup and fresh thai rolls. The soup was very authentic. The pad thai was good but the sauce was sweeter than I normally like so I didn't end up finishing it. Cost was good. Cozy place, very casual. Like being in your Grandma's kitchen or dining room. Lunch specials give you soup, app and entree. I'd go back.

I ordered a carry out on a Saturday night. I ordered online and received a confirmation within minutes. I picked up the food at the scheduled time and it was ready and hot. I ordered basil chicken which was delicious. I asked for #2 spiciness and that was perfect. Just a bit of spice but not overwhelming. I also ordered Hawaiian fried rice. It was filled with full sized shrimp and pineapple. I would definitely order both again. They have a small dining room good for lunchtime. There was nothing extremely memorable about the dining room. Ample parking in a large lot. This will be my go to Thai.

Ordered pick up. Food was ready very quickly. Ordered the Chicken Pad Krapow (3 stars), Fresh Rolls (3.5 stars....were small), and Panang Curry (5 stars).

After suffering from some SEVERE sinus congestion due to COVID, I found myself searching for something spicy. I ended up ordering tom yum soup and garlic pepper pork at a spice level of 3. Man, was it HOT and AUTHENTIC! This is the best soup I've ever had, hands down. Three spoonfuls of flavorful broth, and my sinuses were running a marathon. Lol! This is my new go-to Thai restaurant. Very fair prices for the amount of food you get. Loved everything & can't wait to order from here again! Thank you!

Food was delicious. Service was fast. Seemed like a takeout place, but was a nice place to sit and eat as well.

Up until the first week of September 2022, I would have recommended this place to Chef Pim Techamuanvivit. But now they have new cooks and the taste of the food has pretty much disappeared. So sad that this was once the place to have as authentic Thai food in Rolling Meadows as it gets. RIP Sukho Thai Cuisine.

Best Thai in the area, but spice is inconsistent. Sometimes a 3 is a 4 or a 4 is a 5. Love the panang curry and drunken noodles.

Food was good! It's not the best Thai food that I've had in the area, but for the price I'd give it a 5/5.

We ordered from Thai House Restaurant! I was in the mood for some Tom Yum Veggie Soup and Pad See-Iew. We also ordered Hawaiian Chicken and Fried Rice. For starters we had Mee Krob and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton. The Mee Krob is one of my favorites. The sweet and sour sauce mixed with crispy rice noodles topped with fried tofu is really good. And the fried veggie won ton has a perfectly seasoned tofu stuffed inside. The Tom Yum Veggie Soup had that yummy tang that hit the spot. The veggies still had a nice crunch to them. The Pad-See-Iew was sweet but not too sweet. What I really love are the veggies and the smoked / charred taste to them. It's like the wok has years and years of seasoning embedded in it. So good, The Hawaiian chicken was cooked just right. It was not dry and was very juicy and it was great with the fried rice. I've never eaten inside the restaurant as we tend to order on lazy Sundays. Every time I order take out, from here, the food is ready with the time promised. If you want really good Thai food, Thai House Restaurant in Palatine is the place to go.

We tried a bit of everything: #21 Bún Lemongrass Pork & Egg Roll: Huge portion and incredibly tasty. #42 Combo Meat Pho: Packed with beef slices, brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatballs. Each table has self serve rooster sauce and hoisin sauce with soup spoons, chopsticks, forks and metal spoons. The caddy was quite large and tall so we had it removed after setting everyone up. We ordered quite a few dishes and repeated a few. #42 was the pho of choice with everything added in. I personally had the bun lemongrass pork with egg roll. Everyone at the table remarked how full the bowl was when the food came out. It's a delightful noodle salad, super flavorful with the fish sauce added and the salad mixed up. Very filling, and actually a good dish to share as a salad. It has variety of texture with peanuts, egg roll crunch, the noodles, the pickled veggies, the umami of.thr fish sauce a wonderful dish that signals in summer. We ordered salt n pepper shrimp and squid as an appetizer for the table since we were quite hungry when we landed. The two were really different from each other. Both great taste, but the onions shined thru with a bomb of flavor, wonderful when mixed in with the rice. The shrimp had heads slightly trimmed, we ate them crispy head and all. I had a taste of the bun bo hue, which I think is always overlooked when it's the last item on the "pho" section of the menu. It should be a highlight, very different than standard pho, the noodles are rounder, the broth more savory and had a bit of unexpected mild heat (I think usually I don't expect heat, but this good). A great contrast from the pho noodles. I've been to the libertyville location before, and had good memories. This one is a good one as well, the staff was always around and I liked how the high ceilings and the feeling of spaciousness. I will definitely give it another round. In a world where most all places are cashless, Viet Taste keeps the pricing reasonable with being Cash only, they do have an atm on site as well. We fortunately had enough cash amongst us for this food adventure.

To clear things up about their dining area, they have 2 small tables outside and 1 small and 2 big tables inside. Small tables - 2 chairs. Big tables - 4 chairs. On weekdays, you don't need to make a reservation. On the weekends due to their limited dine in area, I would recommend a reservation to be safe. You can make a reservation through Google/Yelp or phone call. Parking is easy since it's in a strip mall. There is also a 3% charge if you use plastic. Just a note, I tried looking at their food pictures on their website, but it kind of runs slow. Sometimes it would freeze. I think they need to fix it. I would return here to try other items. I would highly recommend ordering off their Malaysian menu instead of the miscellaneous. Don't order orange chicken or General Tao's chicken. Very cringe because you can get that literally anywhere. Get the Malaysian food because it's hard to find in Illinois. The owner is very sweet and the service is attentive. We ordered lor bak, nasi lemak, Hainanese chicken rice, hokkien mee, and kuih talam. Just a FYI, the portions are very generous. For 2 people, I would recommend ordering 2 dishes. Prices are reasonable for what you get. A pot of tea is $6. -lor bak 5 - I highly recommend this appetizer. It has crispy pork sausage with shrimp fritters, beancurd, and cucumber. It comes with two sauces. Everything was delicious. -nasi lemak 5 - I love the chicken rendang. The meat is very tender and it has a deep flavor. You can taste the spices that went into it. -Hainanese chicken rice 3.5 - I gave Penang Malaysian Cuisine a 4 because the rice was delicious. HD's version, the rice was not as moist and flavorful. The chicken was not bad, it's about the same as Penang's. It could be a bit more succulent without the sauces. -hokkien mee 4 - this won't be as tasty as in Malaysia. I liked the big pieces of shrimp, an adequate amount of sliced pork and hard boiled egg. The broth is still very good. If it's your first time having this, I still recommend it. -kuih talam 5 - I would suggest this if you like pandan. It's not sweet. It has a soft and bouncy texture.
