    Pad Thai Noodles

I recently visited Siri Thai II and tried a variety of vegetarian dishes. We ordered the veggie pot stickers, veggie Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Panang curry, curry fried rice, and mango sticky rice. The Pad Kee Mao was definitely the standout. It was flavorful, well cooked, and easily my favorite dish from the meal. Overall, it was a solid experience with a few highlights, especially if you are a fan of noodle dishes.

Stopped by for takeout after the pedicure next door. Looks like they remodeled too and it looks better. Order was fast and efficient and the crazy noodles (pad khee mao) at medium heat was a decent entree. I wasn't amazed but not disappointed.

Tonight we ordered food for pickup. The website was easy to use and we were able to schedule a future pickup. When arriving my husband waited 10 minutes for the food, but that was completely fine. We ordered the veggie potstickers, vegetarian egg rolls, hot and sour soup (add tofu, spicy), veggie pad Thai (medium) and pad see ewe (add tofu, medium). The food was delicious! Everything was still hot when my husband made it home and the portions are large! We have enough for lunch tomorrow too! This place really is a hidden gem that we kept driving past - but finally got a chance to go! We will definitely be back!

Decided to try this place out after climbing, ordered a few for takeout. Pad kee mao mild spicy with tofu-- flavor was pretty good, definitely on the sweeter side but not obnoxious. Basil flavor was a bit lacking in my opinion. They had sweet pepper in it which I'm not sure I've had that in pad kee mao before, but it was not bad. Tofu cuts were just right and not too firm or too soft. Overall very good still. Spring rolls-- they have the softest spring rolls, either not rolled too firmly or everything was just very fresh and soft. Shrimp was very tender. The peanut sweet sour sauce was also on the sweeter side, but also not too overwhelming so it's good. The rice paper was soft but some parts were a bit too chewy, maybe not enough water or sat out for a while? Overall still really good. Chicken satay-- also really good. Meat is tender, but with chicken satay it's still white meat and on the drier side. We steamed it the next day and it got really tender. The peanut sauce was thick and creamy, flavor was really good. The cucumber was fresh and not overly pickled but a bit lite on the flavor to my liking. I liked the addition of red onion in it though. Overall I think the food was good, on the sweeter side, but flavor and everything is not bad. For how much food it is a bit pricy but not too bad also. I would be willing to come back to try a few other dishes!

A solid choice for Thai food in the burbs. Even the ants love it! There was a tiny ant roaming around on my plate. It gave the food the thumbs up and I gave it a thumb. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. We ordered the chicken with garlic sauce, pad see ew, and the fried catfish. All were really good. Besides the ant, and the constant flying of a hungry gnat, the dining experience was good. I'm not a fan of the sticky rice and mango, but my dining partners in crime enjoyed it. The chicken in my dish was somewhat dry, but I get it... chicken is hard! Pad see ew was solid though. Overall, a good meal. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in the back, past the kitchen, the bathroom was VERY nice. I think it was nicer than the restaurant dining area itself. Clean, modern, and pleasant, I'd sit on that bad boy any day.

I love Siri Thai II! This place has been our family favorite for 20 years and we will continue to love it! Sometimes we do take out but last week we had a little sit down inside the restaurant. I think the place is very clean and the pictures of kings on the wall and other decor is interesting. I tried a new thing to me, cashew chicken, Spicy level 2 (which didn't feel very spicy, but maybe they could sense my hesitation!) It was very delicious and made fresh, but I will probably go back to my absolute favorite Pad See Ew in the future because I love that so much. Anyway, definitely recommend, it is the best place for Thai food!

This was my second time eating from here (first time dining in) and it was a great experience! The servers are so friendly and attentive, they had me and my pal bursting out laughing. Got the papaya salad, fried tofu appetizer, and panang curry and everything was delish. Lovely ambiance too. Will be coming again for sure ^_^

Thai food is probably my favorite cuisine next to my own native Vietnamese food. Their flavors are so distinctive and the scale can range from sweet to sour and they can really turn the notch on spice. They also use a variety of garnishes and vegetables which reminds me of a close resemblance to our Vietnamese cuisines. I caught up with an old friend of 6 years and we tried a new place and it did not disappoint. Everything was so flavorful, foods came out smoking hot (like the escargot appetizer) and spiced just right (such as the Seafood delight which has actual and good proportion of seafood) and I enjoyed everything even down to the sauces that the spring rolls laid upon. My friend also ordered Sesame Noodles (not pictured) but I had a taste and it was good. It was a dish with fine thin noodles and had seafood also. She finished it all and said she liked everything here. We ordered both of our entrees off of the Signature menu. Prices were fair, proportions were good enough to share and the food and service was timely. I also appreciated the nice plates/ China they used and even down to the glasses they had for water. It made the place feel a bit more upscale. The restaurant has a nice ambiance with their authentic decor and menu selections. I was happy with my visit and I will be back. Definitely recommend this spot for any Thai food lovers out there. (Tip: their location was a bit tricky to find so route yourself using Google and not Apple Maps)

Wow - I haven't dined here since the pandemic -- it was GREAT to be back! Anyway, I was craving Thai food big time, last Thursday night 1-2-2025, so I ordered almost $200 of it! (The online ordering system worked out quickly and smoothly!) All the food was spectacularly hot, fresh and delicious! My order was also ready on time and accurate! The inside of the restaurant looked cozy, festive and very clean too! (Maybe next time I'll dine in)!

    Pad won sen with chicken

Love this place! I'm obsessed with their queen of tofu. Even if you don't like tofu, you'll love this because it's so flavorful. I also get their PadWonSen. It's so hard to find a place with good pad won sen but theirs is delicious.

We ordered from Thai House Restaurant! I was in the mood for some Tom Yum Veggie Soup and Pad See-Iew. We also ordered Hawaiian Chicken and Fried Rice. For starters we had Mee Krob and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton. The Mee Krob is one of my favorites. The sweet and sour sauce mixed with crispy rice noodles topped with fried tofu is really good. And the fried veggie won ton has a perfectly seasoned tofu stuffed inside. The Tom Yum Veggie Soup had that yummy tang that hit the spot. The veggies still had a nice crunch to them. The Pad-See-Iew was sweet but not too sweet. What I really love are the veggies and the smoked / charred taste to them. It's like the wok has years and years of seasoning embedded in it. So good, The Hawaiian chicken was cooked just right. It was not dry and was very juicy and it was great with the fried rice. I've never eaten inside the restaurant as we tend to order on lazy Sundays. Every time I order take out, from here, the food is ready with the time promised. Papaya Salad: Outstanding--super refreshing with a great crunch. Pad Thai & Pad See Ew: Disappointing protein quality. The chicken in the Pad Thai was dry, and the beef in the Pad See Ew was sliced paper-thin and equally dry. Basil Duck: Surprisingly bland and lacked flavor. To clear things up about their dining area, they have 2 small tables outside and 1 small and 2 big tables inside. Small tables - 2 chairs. Big tables - 4 chairs. On weekdays, you don't need to make a reservation. On the weekends due to their limited dine in area, I would recommend a reservation to be safe. You can make a reservation through Google/Yelp or phone call. Parking is easy since it's in a strip mall. There is also a 3% charge if you use plastic. Just a note, I tried looking at their food pictures on their website, but it kind of runs slow. Sometimes it would freeze. I think they need to fix it. I would return here to try other items. I would highly recommend ordering off their Malaysian menu instead of the miscellaneous. Don't order orange chicken or General Tao's chicken. Very cringe because you can get that literally anywhere. Get the Malaysian food because it's hard to find in Illinois. The owner is very sweet and the service is attentive. We ordered lor bak, nasi lemak, Hainanese chicken rice, hokkien mee, and kuih talam. Just a FYI, the portions are very generous. For 2 people, I would recommend ordering 2 dishes. Prices are reasonable for what you get. A pot of tea is $6. -lor bak 5 - I highly recommend this appetizer. It has crispy pork sausage with shrimp fritters, beancurd, and cucumber. It comes with two sauces. Everything was delicious. -nasi lemak 5 - I love the chicken rendang. The meat is very tender and it has a deep flavor. You can taste the spices that went into it. -Hainanese chicken rice 3.5 - I gave Penang Malaysian Cuisine a 4 because the rice was delicious. HD's version, the rice was not as moist and flavorful. The chicken was not bad, it's about the same as Penang's. It could be a bit more succulent without the sauces. -hokkien mee 4 - this won't be as tasty as in Malaysia. I liked the big pieces of shrimp, an adequate amount of sliced pork and hard boiled egg. The broth is still very good. If it's your first time having this, I still recommend it. -kuih talam 5 - I would suggest this if you like pandan. It's not sweet. It has a soft and bouncy texture.
