We were seated right away. The restaurant was crowded. We placed our order right away. We wanted to share the Beef Pad Thai it was delicious! Highly recommend giving this dish a try! They have a lot of menu items... lot of appetizers, several soups and salads... lots of noodle dishes and curry dishes... to name a few! They have bubble tea smoothies and desserts too. We will be back and highly recommend giving this place a try!

Went for a family dinner. Located in a strip center - clean but small interior, wonderful service. We arrived around 8 and were rushed into ordering hurried out toward the end as the restaurant closes at 9 PM - just factor that into your plans. The menu was extensive - food arrived promptly and seemed freshly made. Ordered Taste of Thai platter as appetizer (spring rolls, fried rolls, crab meat fritters, shrimp, etc.) - good start to the entrees age easily fed the 7 of us. Mains/Entrees easily accommodated the vegetarians/vegans among us and consisted of Thai Tofu Panang and Red Curries, Thai Basil and Chicken Fried Rice orders, Vegan Spicy Noodles, Chicken Pad Thai, etc. Portions were plentiful, however the Curries lacked depth and flavor. Spice levels were customized from mild to fresh chopped Thai chilis on the side. Dessert was Mango Sticky Rice - nice and not too sweet. Overall, a satisfactory experience, although not something to be amazed about. Again, flavors were too muted - a pity, really. Staff were very friendly and solicitous. The entire meal for 7 persons (no drinks, but with taxes and generous tip) cost approximately $170 - quite reasonable in this day and age.

Everything was top notch. Appetizers super crunchy, but not oily at all. The crab Rangoon was maybe the best I've ever had very nice filling. Our server was super competent and made all of the alterations we asked for perfectly provide provided a lot of information. The Thai iced tea was really great not super sweet like it sometimes is at other places. The entrées were really enjoyed by both of us. I had extra to take home to the wife. I got Lad Nar which is a wide noodle rice noodle, and a broth super delicious with shrimp, beef, and chicken, also had the lamb shank Mooseman curry. Just excellent. Brought home the leftovers to the wife and we ate dinner again tonight. Remarkable how everything was so good. Can't wait to go back. I hadn't been here in probably two decades cause I don't live in the area anymore, but we'll definitely come back sooner.

My aunt and my favorite Thai restaurant In Schuamburg. This is a family owned restaurant and everyone is very friendly. I have tried almost everything on the menu. I love the panang curry and green curry, can be spicy but extremely tasty. Do try the Thai tea with boba.

Service was great , food was good too I loved how they had a lot of vegetarian options. The red curry was a winner whereas the pad se ew was ok - I have def had better I think the use of regular broccoli was not my fav. The pineapple fried rice was also prettt nice .

The staff are awesome. Most authentic Thai we have had since living in Chiang Mai. Only Thai restaurant locally to serve Kao Soi, and Thai custard w sticky rice. New Favorite!

Update 1/2023 Still as delicious as always. I came in for the lunch special with a friend. We had the panang curry and the green curry and also ordered the Tom yum soup with shrimp. Excellent and full of flavor. The egg rolls were so good I was tempted to order another one. The banana sticky rice desert was authentic in a banana leaf and was a great ending to a nice lunch.

I can't believe I haven't left a review for Taste of Thai yet! It is my GO TO thai food in the suburbs. I typically stick to the noodle dishes and appetizers, and they're all delicious. The employees are always kind and nice, too. Check it out if you're in the area! (Heads up: their homemade hot sauce is HOT!)

Excellent Thai option in the Woodfield Mall area. We ordered Chicken Satay, Basil Chicken(GF), Shrimp Pad Thai and Fresh Spring Rolls. Basil Chicken was delicious and was our favorite dish. All the other dishes was also tasty. Staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies and was flexible with special accommodations. Service was excellent and restaurant was clean. Thank You

We ordered from Thai House Restaurant! I was in the mood for some Tom Yum Veggie Soup and Pad See-Iew. We also ordered Hawaiian Chicken and Fried Rice. For starters we had Mee Krob and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton. The Mee Krob is one of my favorites. The sweet and sour sauce mixed with crispy rice noodles topped with fried tofu is really good. And the fried veggie won ton has a perfectly seasoned tofu stuffed inside. The Tom Yum Veggie Soup had that yummy tang that hit the spot. The veggies still had a nice crunch to them. The Pad-See-Iew was sweet but not too sweet. What I really love are the veggies and the smoked / charred taste to them. It's like the wok has years and years of seasoning embedded in it. So good, The Hawaiian chicken was cooked just right. It was not dry and was very juicy and it was great with the fried rice. I've never eaten inside the restaurant as we tend to order on lazy Sundays. Every time I order take out, from here, the food is ready with the time promised. If you want really good Thai food, Thai House Restaurant in Palatine is the place to go.

We tried a mix across the menu, and what stood out right away was how many dishes can be made vegan, which makes it a great option for vegetarians or mixed groups. A few must-tries for me: * The Thai wrap -- DIY style and easily one of the more fun dishes on the menu * Red curry * Curry fried rice * Basil dish The papaya salad was also really well done and worth ordering. Portions here are generous -- most mains are easily enough for two people, so it works really well if you're sharing across the table. For the amount of food you're getting, pricing felt very reasonable (around $20-30 per person when sharing), which makes it a strong value spot in the suburbs. It's also on Resy, so if you have an Amex Platinum or Gold card, you can use your dining credit here. Overall, a solid pick if you're looking for flavorful Thai food with good portions and plenty of vegetarian-friendly options in the Arlington Heights area.
