The ambiance is social and might feel more college-like, understandably but don't let that stop you from ordering anything. My green tea matcha latte was actually really good. I didn't have any issues with service or ordering even though I kept my order simple since I'm not familiar with their menu (yet). From my limited experience here, it was good. I wasn't give a napkin or spoons but you definitely need it especially if it get hotter. The price is up there for a singular cone it's about $11, they also have optional tipping that doesn't feel optional. The restaurant is clean, but lacking in keeping you around. They have tables you can stand around outside, but the objective inside seems like to get you ice cream and get out; I'm sure it makes sense during busier times. All in all it's good, just not great. The cake layers tasted like a sponge cake with slightly dry edges (a little over-baked). I think the espresso layers were mousse and not too sweet. It was topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean that was tasty as well. Overall it was a nice afternoon treat.
