In a second telephone call to confirm those details, the office lady confirmed their payment offer with a co-worker and then said they can make payment in cash. However, on arrival, after the office lady met me in the junk yard with my car as we agreed, a guy from the yard told the lady my catalytic converter was missing. That's a lie - the factory original converter is still installed, welded in place and visible. Regardless, the lady said the offer price we agreed would be significantly lower. What a scam. Not a trustworthy place. I advise you to steer clear of this sleazy operation!

They provided no receipt and no VIN (said they "lost it") so that I could verify the supposedly low mileage (which I am sure was a lie). I refused to install the engine and purchased another from a different salvage yard in a different state (which was perfectly packaged, was in incredible shape and had all paperwork from day 1). Bottom line: they completely ripped me off and you should buy NOTHING from this company!!!!!!!! Just a horrible experience.

The representative attending me tested it out and nothing was coming out of the spray, because it was empty. The manager of the store saw this and spoke to him in Spanish, saying "eso esta bueno" (translation: thats good). I'm a native/ fluent Spanish speaker, so I understood what he said. Still, another representative said the spray was trash. The manager told him, "don't say that". He then pulled him aside and I could over hear him saying that they shouldn't say things like that in front of customers. So in other words, the manager was hoping I would have walked out with the spray, to then find out that it wasn't good but not be able to return it because he could say I used it. My advice: make sure you double check your items before you walk out the store. They might try to give you something that doesn't even work.
