I took my chances and went with the $3 choice. As a new coffee drinker, I'm not too picky about where I get my caffeine fix, and this CVS refrigerated option did the trick. What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. Good to know I have a solid, quick-stop "corner store" near my house for future caffeine emergencies!

This is beyond stupid because that company needs to have a business associates contact with CVS in order to process prescriptions. I recently tried to buy a covid test kit there. I decided to go online and order pickup. On my way there I received an email from CVS that my credit card had been charged. I figured i would sort it out when I got there. Pharmacies can directly bill Medicare, but in keeping with the sloppy customer experience they didn't enroll in the program. The guy behind the counter said I could send the receipt to Medicare. Sure Mr Mario Brothers look alike let me do your work for you. I said I didn't want the kit and to cancel the transaction. Mario then informed me he couldn't do that because the product was "covid-related". I plan to look into this "rule". I pointed out that the bag hadn't left the store and that it was still stapled shut. He wouldn't budge. He was uncooperative, rude and offensive, trying to make this all my fault. So I left the store without the product. I'll have to contest the charges with my credit card company or through the.BBB. I went across the street to Walgreens where they were happy to directly bill Medicare. Mario you fool, you just lost hundreds of dollars of business over a $26 purchase. I'm sure Walgreens will enjoy my patronage.

So I turned to the internet to find a new provider for my medication. Samuel provided great customer service to include calling my insurance provider himself to make sure that I was covered under my insurance. That was awesome. Then last week I went to pick up my prescription and the order, while correct in terms of being a generic version of my medication, wasn't exactly what I use and myself and the pharmacist did not want to alter anything since even slight changes in meds can be difficult on the body. So the pharmacist (I believe his name is Dr. Nguyen) went out of his way to find my exact medication, check to make sure it was covered, and then ordered it to be picked up two days later.
