After a long 11 hour drive we were starving. We decided to stop in and grab a bite to eat. Everyone was warm and welcoming when you walk in the door. My daughter was excited to see they had pool tables available if you got a drink or dined there. That made her day. The waitress was super sweet. She held a pool table for us because she knew my daughter wanted to use it. That was super nice. We ordered burgers and chicken tenders. The burgers are insanely monstrous. I couldnt even finish a quarter of it. They were very good. The fries were slightly disappointing being we are in ID I thought they would be better. Maybe it was the way they were cooked. My daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders. They too were massive and way too much to eat. The portions are very generous here. The prices are reasonable considering portion sizes. We enjoyed our time and food we would definitely come back of we were back in town!

Great food, friendly service, and the homemade cakes are a must-try! Absolutely worth 5 stars and I can't wait to go back!!!

Staff super friendly and helpful. First time in the quaint little pub is clean warm and inviting. The food is amazing but bring your appetite. The portions are very generous. We had the sour hen and huckleberry lemonade. So delicious

    Slap yo granny blue

The atmosphere was fun. Loved the music playing. Service was great! I was apprehensive about trying the slap yo granny blue. Boy am I glad I tried it, the blueberry and jalapeño counteract each other and works well together. The Rachel is an awesome sandwich as well. Sauerkraut and pastrami was delicious. The French dip was delightful as well. Will return again!

This is a funky little place. Feels a little old and dated, but in a historical way, not a bad way. There are numerous screens showing sports, and a large one that showed funny videos, trivia questions, etc. It was fun to talk about the questions before the timer on the screen ran out and it showed the answer. They have mostly burgers and sandwiches, but also steak, salads. I had the "Rachel" which is essentially a Rueben sandwich (pastrami on rye with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing). It was disappointing. They use a much thicker bread than most, and stuffed it with so much pastrami, that it was impossible to pick it up and take a bite without everything falling out, and the bottom slice of bread was soggy. i was never able to get one bite that had pastrami and sauerkraut and bread. I was there to relax and dealing with this big mess was too much work! It was way too much food. I could only finish one half of the sandwich. I noticed lots of other people left with take home containers, so clearly I'm not the only one. I enjoyed a nice peanut butter stout. Service was good. Our waiter checked on us regularly.

Oh boy!!!! my wife and I went there after elections and it was very excellent! The food, the service everything was fantastic most of all when they brought our two burgers out, which was the slap your granny and pastrami burger. The appearance was something out of a favorite bar I used to go to when I was in Germany. The meat was succulent and tender. The pastrami was smoked perfect too. I wasn't too powerful and the french fries were divine they brought out some different sauces to dip in. I do recommend. The blue cheese. I tried a sliver of my wife. Slap your granny burger, and the blueberry complemented that half slab of ground beef so fantastic. We enjoyed playing aTrivia game that was on the television while we waited for our food. I like that comfort of the booth that I sat in. You could actually lean back and feel the padding behind you to sit comfortably. Everything was just a great dining experience and encourage anyone with a great appetite for excellent beef to go try this place out..

I could say we love Sully's because the staff are terrific and makes us feel welcome. I could say it so I will: great food, great atmosphere, great people. You should go.

Great cheeseburger and parm fries! The 1/2 pound patty was too much meat, so perhaps I'll share an entree next time.

Original: My review for this place is not current. I had a…read morepretty bad experience here a few years back so we will never go again. WHAT HAPPENED: When they're busy, they don't have enough servers on. This was something we had already been warned about, and got to witness first hand. Also, without informing us, they charge for soda refills! Seems the server was padding the check, thanks to two teenagers with us, and they drink soda. I had a couple of beers that I expected to be charged for, but my other half's coffee refills?, mann come-on. The place is overly priced to begin with, the food was not fantastic. They were riding on their legacy name. Surviving by tourist seasons of the unsuspecting. I gave it two stars because the food wasn't bad. I can say that the experience was not worth the bill. I did see the prices before we ordered and did not hesitate. However, those prices raised my expectations. To top it all, the atmosphere is dark and cramped. Never again! It might seem petty to not give a second chance if you think that only the bill is the reason. The lack of transparency, price to quality, and shoddy service combined. I think there are equally if not better restaurants in Idaho Falls. It's not worth the price here. UPDATE: with a vengeance! Mitch and Justin at The SnakeBite showed me just how much things can change under new management/ownership. My first review stated that it was a couple of years ago, lol Mitch helped me sort out the timeline, and it was actually close to 6 years ago. Guess I'm a little out of the loop, because I was informed that 100Proof Hospitality bought the restaurant about 4 years ago, long after I had sworn the place off forever. I know some might not appreciate an old experience popping up like brand new in a review. I get that in hindsight, but these new owners didn't flinch, and they are savvy--I tell you that. They turned someone (me) who would've never returned, into their regular customer. To start, the two teens have grown, it was only the two of us, which didn't matter because they no longer charge for refills under the new ownership. We were hosted by..well, a young man who was a little less than personable. He wasn't bad, typical in fact, but after experiencing the management and our server--the rest of the team outshines him a bit. It was late lunch, so they were still busy, but had enough open seating for the two of us. Laney--our server, is the coolest lady to ever walk the planet. She was hustling, laughing, smiling and talking with everybody. Just magnificent ambiance. She handled my undecidedness in style, answering every single one of my questions with complete honesty. "So if I put pepperjack on this, will it ruin the flavor of the cheese sauce." Direct eye contact, slowly nodding with a cringing look, "yeahhh probably." Great pallet to boot cuz she was so right. The Blue SnakeBite Burger--mann that sauce!, is what "zesty blue" is all about! I also got a Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer. I hope I remember this exactly, but it's basically a spinach and artichoke dippy sauce stuffed inside of two very large portobello crowns, a fantastic drizzle and roasted red peppers on top! I would eat those every meal for the rest of my life! My other half got the Haddock with Waffle Fries, added Coconut Shrimp and Salad. She was too busy eating to tell me what she thought lol--loved it all. We sat, had met the dazzling Laney( who can bring people back all herself) ordered, and--get this--I ordered through Laney, a beer from the bar. The bar shortly later poured the wrong beer (think person ordered wrong), which was the same draft that I ordered. So over to our table comes the smiling and booming bartender with the beer out stretched to me, "You want a free beer"--well, yeah. The kicker: Nobody knew yet, including management, we were the "2nd look" couple. SnakeBite and 100Proof Hospitality, unknowingly pulled off a mic drop. Prices slightly higher than chains, and worth every cent! We will be back. So should you!

If I was fishing all day on the Snake River, this place would absolutely HIT! (....do I fish? No…read more But I imagine if I did, SnakeBite would be peak post fishing day food!) if you're a fried pickle fan, you have to order these! I'm pretty sure they lightly sprinkled some ranch seasoning on them and now I'm refusing to eat them any other way! The other highlight was the skillet cookie, which we downed like a pack of hungry wolves! Warm, gooey and yet crispy with creamy vanilla ice cream! chefs kiss

April 2026 Idaho Falls, Idaho…read more I was surprised to see this place is attached to a hotel when I drove up. Typically I do not eat at restaurants that are attached to a hotel. However, Yelp told me it was a 4.3 star place to eat. I asked if they had any nonalcoholic beers. The waiter brings me a can of beer to show me what it is. When I tell him that I will have it. He says well I'll just take it back and put it in a glass. So they bring me a 16 ounce glass with the beer poured in and it only filled 12 ounces. I ordered the Nacho Mama's Dip. It is a chicken nacho dip. The waiter told me it was a large portion so I am eating that just as my meal. My husband ordered the fish and chips. When you walk in the front door, the bar is right there. Pretty large bar for one to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal. To the right our booths and high tables that line the wall as well as some booths in the middle of the restaurant that make you feel like you are sitting under a gazebo. There are tables and booths on the far wall as well. The tables are cut to appear like a live edge wood top table. The booths sit too low and the table sits high. Even my husband who is 6'2 felt an imbalance with the table to chair. My nachos come out and the cheese sauce is dripping off the side of the dish. It is an absolute mess. The nacho chips are off to the side. The toppings consist of black olives and onions with four pieces of diced tomatoes. Accompanied by a side plastic dish is salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. The guacamole is definitely not homemade. My biggest complaint is the cheese sauce is definitely from a can. The cheese that they did put on the nachos was a slice of cheese that was not even melted. See picture. Reminds me that I am eating in a restaurant attached to a hotel. There are no beans. The chicken is mixed in with the cheese sauce. And it is sparingly there. This dish is absolutely disgusting! The fish and chips were terrible. They're served in a basket with four pieces of fish and they sit upon fresh cut fries. The fish was not good. The batter has a odd taste. Perhaps the oil it is fried in? I think I would've been better off going to Culver's and having their fish platter. Although my beYr was in a can, it was very cold. It was truly the best part of my meal. I am so disappointed that yelp led me to this place. This is my warning to others. Stay away. We had two completely different meals and neither of them were good.
