These samosas earned the 5 stars. There's usually a line up out the door of this place and there's good reason for it. I'm no expert but these samosas aren't like many samosas I've tried. They're crispy on the outside, a thin skin and stuffed with the filling of choice. The flavours are bold and the sauces are delicious too. I ordered the beef and couldn't stop eating them. Enjoy!

Got the mixed dozen so that we could try all the fillings ($12.50) These samosas are the smaller flat triangular kind, with thin crispy skin. Overall, the fillings were pretty good, but I found that they were too oily for my liking. The mutton one was good especially with the coriander dipping sauce.

Doesn't look much being in a strip of stores that you might not notice it when you drive by. But trust me, go in and it's some good shitz samosa that you'll find here. You won't be disappointed. They are clean, follow protocol of hygiene and samosas are reasonably priced. There is a great variety to choose from vegetarian, daal to tandoori chicken, traditional beef and mutton. It really is hard to decide when you want it all. These samosas are crispy, thin crust and lotsa filling. You can pick the sauce of tamarind, mango and coriander yoghurt to go with it.

$6.50 for six samosas of different fillings and tamarind sauce (I ate one so there's only five in the pic)

Purchased 6 samosas of different fillings with Tamarind dipping sauce for $6.50. Not sure if they charged me the price of half a dozen or individually. They have various kinds, such as traditional beef, chicken paprika, mutton, curried vegetable, daal, steak & potato, tandoori chicken, 10 vegetable, spinach & cheese, and potatoe & cheese. The dipping sauces include coriander yogurt, tamarind and spicy mango. I love how it's hot (temp) and crispy on the outside. The samosas are all flavorful, and I love the variety of it. However, one samosa for ~$1.10 is kinda pricey, considering you can get samosas in Little India that is bigger in size for $1 or even 5 for $2. The positive side is that they give a free dipping sauce. I would definitely come back if I'm near the area.

Prices - You get your choice of two sauces to go with your order of a dozen but you can pay extra for more.

Golden deep fried crispy packages of savoury fillings: these are definitely not your run of the mill cheapy samosas. You have your choice of traditional beef, Tadoori Chicken Kabuli, curried vegetables and daal. For nontraditional choices: steak and potato, spinach and feta, potato and cheese and Mutton West Indies style. For dipping sauces you have coriander and yogurt (most popular and my personal favorite), tamarind and date (underwhelming), and spicy mango (tastes artificially flavored). They make great appetizers; don't eat them as a meal unless you want to lapse into a food coma afterwards. You know what they say: variety is the spice of life!

The plethora of good reviews for this place is mind boggling. This was a quick pick up and get out venture as this place came recommended by someone. My friend who buys samosas regularly commented boy these are pricier than normal for a smaller sized offering. They have two categories of samosas. Traditional and gourmet OK I suppose as why not try out a new take on this tried and tested offering. There were three offerings for sauces as well. We stuck with the traditional chicken version. They do sell frozen version for less so if you like the taste profile here give them a try. The fresh one's were very greasy. The filling was nothing to write home about either. I would say food court level. The sauce for dipping was bland as well. If one factors in the price/value proposition I would say you are better off buying at your regular source.

If you want some variety to your samosas than just the typical potato/peas then come here. This is a small store located in a strip plaza. When you start walking towards it from the parking lot you can smell it (this is good, not bad). Keep in mind a few things - this is not a 5 for $1 samosa place nor are they the same size. More like the small snack size ones. However there are several different flavours here - steak/potato; chicken tandoori; chicken paprika and about 6 or so other flavours. For 12 samosas it was $11 and you get 2 dips. Not cheap so I wouldn't go here if you wanted a huge order for a party as it wouldn't be cost efficient but a great option for a smaller get together or just for you to eat. There is no seating - just takeout in here and it isn't the nicest looking inside...but it gets the job done. The staff are really friendly and nice. You can get them frozen to cook yourself if you wish

Samosas over fried, too oily. Seem to be frozen instead of made directly at the store like before. Sizes have shrunk too.

The dining room commits fully to its aesthetic, awash in jewel toned light and ornamental flourishes that lean more nightclub than tandoor, and the effect is disarming in the best way. Service arrives with genuine warmth rather than practiced formality, attentive without hovering, the sort of charm that makes a table linger longer than planned. The kitchen's output justifies the theatrics. Dishes are plated with a flair suited to celebration rather than austerity, clearly composed for sharing, passing, and debating around the table. The cocktail list looked every bit as inventive as the food, promising a reason to return and taste one properly. This is a restaurant built for gathering. But when we wanted to order the indian street food or small plates on menu we were told that was not available yet because they just opened. I was a littlw disappointed but at that point we stayed and tried other foods. The food takes about 25 to 30 minutes to come after ordering.I may go back just to try the street foods. The place is cute though with nice decor.
