Absolutely delicious food. Nice and big, clean atmosphere. My husband had the Silver Dollar Pancakes, sausage patties & scrambled eggs. So much we brought half the pancakes home. Very nice waitress very sweet and efficient. The Menus two, so many choices. Hats off to the Chefs, Such a ‍Beautiful presentation of the foods. Thank You and definitely will stop in again. The location of this gem is a little weird but once you know how to get there, you'll be glad you found it. You'll want to park in the parking lot where their sign is but then you go inside what looks like used to be an old mall and follow the hallway around to the back. I ordered a Wisconsin cheeseburger with fries and Hubby ordered a patty melt with onion rings. When I brought the burger to my mouth, all I could smell was the flame grilled scent and it was delicious. Once I tasted it, I was in heaven. The burger was juicy and cooked exactly how I ordered it (medium well). The top bun was a little thick but it was buttery and toasted. There were two leaves of lettuce, two fresh tomato slices and a large slice of purple onion. The fries were frozen but the type that have a slight batter on the exterior to give it the perfect texture. Hubby ordered his patty melt medium rare and as you can tell by the photos, they know how to do that. It was on marble rye bread that was toasted perfectly. It had chips with it but he also ordered onion rings. The onion rings were thick and had a crispy beer batter. Service was quick and attentive. There were lots of people there for 11:15 in the morning on a Friday. We will definitely return!

It's a little weird to find. The sign you see from the highway is actually over a fitness center. But if you go into the 'mall' and walk all the way through, you bump into the restaurant. It's worth the minor adventure. The food was great and there was plenty of it. Served on hot plates. We had breakfast, although lunch was also offered. Our waitress, didn't get her name, was polite and good...but overworked. That makes it difficult to properly evaluate. She did have the best smile of all the other waitresses. There was a bit of a delay in getting our food...might be normal for early afternoon on a Sunday. It wasn't horrible, but if you have young children, it might be tricky.

They don't bring chips and salsa unless your dish comes with them. Thankfully, my dish did. Chips are served warm. They only needed a little salt. Not homemade but good. The salsa was very finely prepared with NO chunks. It has a little spice on the backend. Hubby ordered a quesadilla (large) and fries. Only the large quesadilla comes with a potato side. He chose fajita beef. I ordered the three tostadas meal with rice and beans. I chose one of each: steak, chicken, and ground beef. Our food came very fast! Hubby's quesadilla was quite cheesy as you can tell by the picture of the cheese pull. Very basic flavor though, nothing special about the steak. Fries were a frozen "meatier" French fry. My tostadas were crispy and fresh with cool veggies on top of the meat and beans. Nice big slices of avocado under the Parmesan cheese. The ground beef was my favorite of the three flavors. Rice and beans were run of the mill. Our server was very kind and attentive. We told her that it was our first time and she offered suggestions and gave us plenty of time to peruse the menu. For an early Friday evening (Black Friday), there were a handful of tables of patrons. It seemed clean and nicely decorated. Not sure that we'd return for their Mexican food but they serve other ethnicities of food and also serve breakfast all day.

My side of veggies were fresh but sadly a bit too crispy and black for my liking. He assured me of what was gluten-free since it isn't marked on the menu. And he taught us about how the venison is cooked. Just a really good experience overall. The place is dark inside so with the fireplace it really screams cozy for a winter destination. There is outside seating though too which is great for summer time. I would definitely return!

Sure you can enjoy a drink at the bar before dinner but that's about where the supper club experience ends. Take a look at the online menu before visiting because the prices are crazy. I think scallops and a small steak were in the $75+ range. The staff was friendly and attentive but unfortunately it didn't make up for this not being a traditional Wisconsin supper club experience. Where's the salad bar?? We both had the Haddock special that was $23 a plate. The fish was watery beneath the breading, no thanks. My salad and the rolls were quite nice. We both agreed we won't be coming again as there are much better places in the area for fish.

The place is the typical bar/restaurant with bar seating, table seating behind it and a pool table in back. I seat my self like the sign says and eventually my server stops by to ask what I wanted to drink and I ask what's on tap and a hulk like attitude rips out of her, your going to have to look for your self because she doesn't have time to tell me. Ok I'm not sitting at bar and I'm at a table in the back so no way I can read any of the taps that far away, just bring me something dark. She finally comes back to take my order and I ask if I can get a rare burger and she says yes so I get the Schuellers burger with frys and she says anything else so I say how about the beer I ordered 10 minutes ago. My burger came about 10 minutes later and I could tell by the smell that it is cooked completely through. The burger had 0 red or even pink left in it and it was dry, that's why I like rare because the juices are not totally cooked out of the meat. The frys were absolute the worst because they were room temperature, limp and very greasy, see my pictures and I couldn't eat them. When my server came back to ask how my food was I showed her my well cooked burger and said it's not even slightly pink let alone red/rare which she offered to cook me another one, no thanks I said because I never send food back. Overall my server hates her job which is obvious and the food was not very good or cooked correctly so I would not ever stop back here. I hope my server knows that I was very generous with the $1 tip because I wanted to leave $0 but she might not get the message and think I'm just cheap, the change would have been a total slap in her face.

There is some special food to be had in this part of Wisconsin, I am a huge fan of the Green Fountain Inn and the Secret Garden just a few blocks away, and now Sulten Belly. We were greeted as we entered and given some clarity of the process so there was no confusion. I liked that we found a seat and took our time with the menu before I went to the ordering station, ordered, paid, and received a number for the table. I'm not exactly pleased with the modern method of tipping before you even see the food, but I paid cash so I could add more to the tip jar if deserved. Oh yeah, if you pay by card they tack on 4%. Bring your cash, they discourage cards. Where I live (Laguna Beach, CA) , some restaurants are the other way. They are not accepting cash and only take alternate card or digital payments. I ordered Mr. Beefy, a delicious smoked beef tenderloin panini sandwich with melted provolone cheese that really hit the spot. The beef tasted like it had been braised in wine, just wonderful for $16.50. Also excellent was the Sulten Belly Favorite Salad that was with assorted fresh greens and bacon, $13.50. The staff here were all friendly and helpful. It was a nice cozy vibe without the bright lights. I will be back. They also have premade frozen dishes available that look pretty good.

We had the bruschetta for an appetizer and I know they claim a Guinness reduction is drizzled over it but all we could taste was balsamic vinegar and it really ruined the otherwise quality ingredients. For entrees we had the shepherd's pie and 14 oz ribeye. The shepherd's pie was as good as we'd hoped it would be. The ribeye was cooked medium rare as requested; it just didn't offer anything memorable, and I'm talking seasoning, or being able to top it with a sauce, compound butter, sautéed mushrooms, etc. Why not offer those?!?!? Strangely, I enjoyed the sautéed vegetables almost as much as the steak, as they had color and flavor compared to most other places that seem to boil or microwave the veg and toss it on the plate. The owner stopped by to check on us, and the personal touch was refreshing. We absolutely loved the live music from a local Irish band and stayed the entirety of their show. The hostess told us we could wait outside in the rain because the bar was full and there wasn't even standing room inside. We understood and were willing to wait. After waiting in the rain for over 50 minutes, we watched at least 23 people leave the restaurant. We went back inside to check on our table, and the hostess seemed surprised to see us. That's when we realized our name hadn't even been put on the waiting list. After finally adding us, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later, we were finally seated. By then, we were soaked from the rain and were seated directly under two air-conditioning vents that blew cold air on us throughout the entire meal. Service didn't improve once we were seated. It took a while just to get water, and of the six glasses, five were full while one was only half full. It took roughly 40 minutes for someone to take our order and another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The food was equally disappointing. Three of us ordered the fish fry and received what looked like three small frozen fish pieces sitting on top of pub chips that had become soggy underneath. Most of the fish was eaten by the time the waitress arrived with our tarter sauce. They were also out of coleslaw. Another person ordered the tortellini, which arrived cold and was missing the sides that were supposed to come with the meal. And a cold cup of soup. We also planned on ordering the Pizookie for dessert, but they were sold out of that as well. Throughout the meal, no one checked on our table or offered drink refills despite the long wait. Overall, the experience missed the mark at every level from the wait list and customer service to the food quality and hospitality. Our group camps nearby and always enjoys trying local restaurants. Unfortunately, this was not a place we'll return to or recommend to others.
