Nothing but the best! The staff is super nice, the service is top-notch, and the food is always delicious. They always treat us really well, and everything is always on point. I definitely recommend the octopus tacos, quesabirrias, and yakimeshi bowls -- all

I thought I was going into a traditional sushi spot, to my surprise I walked into a sushi fiesta! This place was popping, I love the music! The server was so nice , sat me right away and helped me select a beverage! As soon as you sit down they bring you hot salty lime tortilla chips, and salsa! I ordered the Hot Cheetos roll, and jasmine tea. The roll was amazing, and the jasmine tea was refreshing and sweet! I'm definitely coming here again, excited to try more food! The prices are affordable, and the food was delicious!

This corner restaurant presents good options for Japanese-Mexican fusion food. Our orders were taken quickly and the complimentary salsa and tortilla chips added a classic touch. The ramen birria was decadent but not overly salty. It even came with a corn tortilla on the side to reflect its original form. The El Socio Roll arrived on a wooden tray and tasted yummy, although quite saturated in eel sauce, spicy mayo, and cilantro sauce. The sushi seemed to be prepared by someone unfamiliar with sushi rolling, as it fell apart easily. The baja fish taco came in a cone-like shape which made it cleaner and more fun to eat. In my opinion, the battered fish needed more seasoning but it was already packed with pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, and cilantro sauce. Despite being a highlighted menu option, it didn't stand out as much as I expected, but I still enjoyed it. Altogether, this sit-down spot had quick service and the food was presented well. For people looking for more refined or authentic sushi, this isn't exactly the place to visit. However, they do a great job of street-food style eats and I'd recommend them for a quick bite!

The birria fries are bomb! I had a mango soju cocktail that was also really good. I love that you have the best of both worlds with meat or fish. My new go to spot :)

I have passed by this restaurant so many times and my husband and I finally decided to try it out! I can't believe we waited so long! This is literally the best Sushi/Mexican Fusion I've ever been to! The rolls are great and the Yakimeshi fried rice is even better. Wait, did I mention the margaritas? To top it off, great service. This will be my new regular spot to eat!!!

OMGEEE! Hands down theeee best mariscos I have EVER had! Everything on the menu was delicious. My family & I had gone during lunch time on a Saturday & there was no wait. Lucky us! The waiter was very attentive & patient. When I'm in town again I will definitely stop by again.

    Quesabirria

FIRST TIME HERE WAS SOOOO AMAZING 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I got the quesabirria tacos & crunch roll sushi was so so amazing loved both but more crunch roll tastes sooo delicious!! Our sever was so kind and attentive to us ! I'm so happy I came here .

The fusion of Japanese and Mexican flavors to my surprise worked pretty well. This was highlighted in the El Socio Roll where the sauces brought a Mexican twist to the typical fresh Japanese sushi roll. Although I enjoyed the roll, the roll didn't feel as authentic to the Japanese style because it didn't hold well together. I have had Birria Ramen from other locations and it is often too salty due to the combination of ramen and birria but to my surprise the Birria Ramen was not overly salty. Walking into the location I could tell it with bustling with a fun staff and I felt very welcomed as a first time customer!

First time here, I will say the service was great. We were about the only ones here but our service was very attentive and kind. I ordered the prawns and I feel they were not all that in flavor. I feel they were overpriced and they were sliced in half and still only served a little bit. We also ordered the scallops or cali de hacha and I will say the portion size was fantastic for the expensive price we paid. They served so much we had to take the rest home. We also ordered the hot Cheetos roll and it was said to be decent. I probably would come back, but I will say I've had better.

At first I thought the sushi, mariscos, and birria trio sounded super random.... but this place definitely impressed me with their food! Ordered a camaron enchilado and a quesa birria taco and both were absolutely delicious. The salsa was a little spicy and chips were great, service was super friendly and there was no wait when I walked in... couldn't have asked for a better experience, totally worth it and would recommend

Last minute decision to try Sumabi and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was really fast, too. We ordered sushi which was good- not the best compared to other sushi spots we've tried, but not surprised because it's a fusion of both Hispanic and Asian foods on the menu. To us the prices seemed way overpriced for the place. The interior was nice and the food had aesthetic plating, but overall I didn't expect to prices to be as much as they were. Overall happy we tried this local spot but for the prices, we'll most likely dine at our go-to sushi spots when it comes to sushi.

Absolutely FIRE honestly im not one to usually like mexican fushion Sushi but Sumabi Does it RIGHT both our Tacos and Sushi items were amazing. Drinks were generously portioned and service was great! Norco looks a little more casual compared to riverside but its a great stop if your open to fusion style foods! Looking forward to coming back!

So I had assumed this one was like that one the entire time. Boy was I wrong!!!! Its extremely dark in here with mood lighting. Making everything look upscale. A great place to take your girlfriend or significant other for a nice romantic dinner. I really enjoyed the violinist. He was really good. Playing covers of pop songs. And even taking requests. Really added to the evening. Service was impeccable. I dont remember our waiters name but hes super cool and chill. Great recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Was able to make modifications on dishes. It was very nice. Food comes out quick. So do the drinks! For drinks we got their mango lemon drop martini and the ginger pineapple margarita. The drinks were very pretty and tasted really good. They dont skimp on the alcohol at all!! For the food we ordered their guac and chips and qell as their taquitos since we werent too hungry. My in-laws ordered their steaks, and our buddy got their salmon. Everything comes out quick. I was told the salmon and steak dishes were all amazing. I enjoyed the guax and chips. And the taquitos were good too. They do give the table complimentary toastada and salsa which is nice. Overall the vibes were on point. The violin just added to their ambiance. Food and drinks and service matched the energy. A classy romantic place so close by to home!!

Naturally, I turned it into a Friday‑afternoon surprise after running the kind of errands that make adulthood feel like a sport. From the moment we walked up, the place had us at hello: outdoor dining with its own bar, vibrant murals, Mexican décor for days, and that classic mission‑style ambiance that screams you're about to eat well. It was a whole vibe. Now, the hostess... bless her heart. She greeted us with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to work on a holiday, which was not exactly the warm welcome we hoped for. But then Angela, our waitress and resident ray of sunshine, swooped in and saved the day. She recommended the flauta, which arrived with a level of spice my taste buds immediately filed a complaint about. Angela didn't miss a beat and had the kitchen remake it to suit my bland little palate. Overall, it was a genuinely great experience, and we'll definitely be stopping by again. Rodrigo's remains Wife‑approved, and honestly, that's the highest Michelin rating in our household.

This was our family's first time dining at Rodrigo's, and we chose the restaurant to celebrate my nephew's 20th birthday. Unfortunately, the service we received from our server, Christina V., was disappointing and took away from what we hoped would be a special experience. When I asked Christina if the restaurant did anything for birthdays, she simply replied, "Just flan," and walked away. She never asked whose birthday it was, whether we would like the flan, or if I wanted her to put in a birthday request. I was surprised by the lack of interest or effort, especially since I was clearly asking because we were celebrating someone at our table. Throughout our meal, Christina was not very welcoming, engaging, or hospitable. At times, it honestly felt as though our table was a nuisance or that she had some sort of issue with us. We weren't expecting anything extravagant, just friendly service and a little acknowledgment that we were there celebrating a special occasion. Despite our experience, we still left Christina a 20% tip because we believe in tipping our servers. However, we left disappointed by her attitude and lack of effort in helping make my nephew's birthday lunch feel even a little special. The food may bring people into a restaurant, but the service is a big part of what makes families want to return. Unfortunately, for our first visit to Rodrigo's, the hospitality was lacking, and that was disappointing.
