The young lady called the order and I looked at it surprised and said I ordered a sundae it's supposed to have whipped cream and a cherry. She looked at me like I was a jerk for asking. Said nothing walked away came back with the whipped cream and a cherry. She handed it to me with a rude look on her face and said nothing. Now it's called "Scoops Ice Cream," and if you're finding your way there using Waze, you'll see it's listed as permanently closed. The phone number list 877 984-2824 gets you to The Hatch Group which has nothing to do with the ice cream shop. I'm guessing that was the previous owner. Why they don't remove their phone number from the ice cream store is a mystery. I'm guessing an oversight. I've been on a mission this summer to sample chocolate frappes at as many places as I can. The reason I rate the frappe here 10/10 is good price, thick chocolatey flavor, & served with a large diameter straw. No way you're inhaling this using the usual size straw. We had a banana split but ate to fast for pictures. The girl making the banana split was new but lucky for us she made it upside down and so that meant that all the toppings and stuff were on the bottom and the ice cream was on the top it was amazing I actually liked it better because then we could never choose to scoop the sauces as well. The service was excellent through very on top of things and kind and each girl helped up the other one when it came to coupons etc. The only downside was visiting so bliss dairy ice cream I liked it better when they sold either Richardsons or Crescent Ridge. read more

I came here with my friend and two of our kids for the free outdoor movie night they had last weekend. The outdoor movie night itself was actually quite well run! Unfortunately the service wasn't great. Prior to the movie starting we ordered ice cream. I tried to be healthy and order the Açaí bowl. My friend took the kids back to our seats while I waited for the bowl which took more than 20 minutes. Granted it was labor intensive but waiting that long was a little silly. Then a few minutes after the movie started, in true 4 year old fashion, my son asked for popcorn. The line was long but not insanely long. Still it took 45 minutes for me to get to the front of the line. I spent most of the evening waiting. I'm not sure what was up behind the counter but the waiting was just a bit ridiculous. If I were to drive by and see any semblance of a line, I would keep driving. One thing I will say though, the ice cream was AMAZING! My açaí bowl (though quite expensive) was really yummy and the few spoonfuls of my son's campfire s'mores ice cream was so very delicious! First the positives. The ice cream is Bliss Bros. and always delicious, there are many flavors to choose from and there is an extensive soft serve flavor menu choice, as well. There is also an option if you bring your canine friend. Also the outdoor dining setting is attractive and nicely landscaped with benches and other places to sit with your family and friends. However, the prices have gone up (which I expected), but sadly, I found the portion sizes considerably smaller when I returned a couple years after the pandemic. A frappe is about $7.30 with tax, but you no longer receive the usual cup size in exchange. Instead it's about the size of a grande coffee at Starbucks. About six big gulps and you're left with a cup of half melted ice cream. I'd recommend going to Bliss in Attleboro if you want what used to be the usual container for a frappe. If I'm going to splurge in this economy, I want to get a fair deal. read more

Great adorable spot! This really is a great spot for families with kids. Came with my sister and nephew and he LOVED it! Was looking for some ice cream after grabbing lunch in the area. There was a decent ice cream selection but what was great about the place was the sitting areas. It's within a nursery so there's plenty of grounds to just walk around. Average prices and ice cream. $7ish for two smalls with sprinkles. But some issues- girl just assumed I wanted a cup, I didn't and I was bummed. Ice cream was also icy (don't laugh) but like it was slightly warmed and frozen again. I had caramel salted pretzel and both of boyfriends flavored were like this. Maybe they were just sitting, either way its an eh. I would just drive to Bliss or Ice Cream Machine and get the ice cream there in the future. I have a new favorite ice cream place! The ice cream is very good, but there are few other great places that offer more selection. What makes this my new favorite is the abundant options for seating and kids for playing. They are in the Osborne landscaping location so you get to enjoy all of the benefits of a beautiful back yard seating arrangements, life size checker board, wooden train for the kids to climb on and wooden jeep with slide. The kids had a blast. It does serve as an inspiration to what our yard COULD be. Things I would change: 1. Accept credit cards. Even locations that don't accept them have an ATM on-site. This could be a deal breaker some days. 2. Change the radio station or turn down the volume. I'm not a country fan but can ignore it when it's just back ground. Everyone who wrote a bad review is clearly just bitter and complaining about useless things that actually don't have anything to do with the flavor and quality of the ice cream. That being said, I had my first experience here today and I ordered a small salted caramel pretzel + banana in a cone. It was generously scooped and I highly appreciate that in an ice cream shop. It was also $7 for both my friend and I to each get a size small. It was more than enough for us and I would say it's absolutely a good price for homemade ice cream. I have had Bliss Dairy's ice cream before and I've always had great experiences with it (it's delicious). These flavors together were juuuuust wonderful. My friend and I actually had a pretty difficult time deciding on flavors because so many sounded so good! The grounds are connected to a lawn and nursery company (possibly the same owners?) so there are so many great seating options. A ton of flavors featuring Crescent Ridge ice cream , a huge line that moved quickly with 3 open windows and the window girl could not have been happier or friendlier. My Blueberry Pomegranate Sorbet was the flavor of the day and very good. I notice they had huge waffle cones and huge servings. I will definitely go back when in the area. read more

They serve Bliss Brothers Dairy ice cream from Attleboro, and have what I consider to be a pretty large selection of flavors-- including more than one chocolate/peanut butter combo. Of all the ice cream I've eaten in the area, this is my favorite-- it's deliciously creamy without being as over-the-top as Ice Cream Machine in Cumberland, and they definitely don't skimp on the fudge swirl, peanut butter cups, or whatever else is in the ice cream. The servings are generous, the outdoor seating area is large and clean, and the service was cheerful. If only it could be Year Round Scoops! read more

Delicious ice cream. Everytime I go I try something new that is so good all I can think about is going back to have the same thing again. However. Once I get there and read the menu, I'm enticed to try Two new flavors (I always get two scoops). It's nice to sit on the deck and people watch and see all the families out enjoying the afternoon/evening eating ice cream while their littles play on the play area. Family movie nights are fun too as long as you don't have expectations of actually hearing the movie due to all the kids playing and adults visiting. I stopped in today with a couple of friends from work i asked if the ice cream was gluten free she took out a book with all ingredients listed i ordered started eating my ice cream and noticed there was some residue of a different flavor in my ice cream went to the counter and they gave me a new one and again there was residue of a different flavor. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. We only just discovered this ice cream spot mid-way through the summer (ironically, on the way to take my son to the dentist...) and it has quickly become our very favorite place to get a cone. You really can't beat this place for the money - and the servings are very generous. Our family-favorite is the hand-created ice cream sandwich - 2 chocolate chip cookies with your favorite flavor in the middle. Get it with soft serve, and its less than $3. Best of all is the sitting/playing space. There are all sorts of chairs and other seating, a giant checker set, a wooden tractor with a slide out the back, and a wooden train. My 2-year old LOVES the train - he insists that we sit in it to eat our ice cream, then runs around it in total glee. Summer Scoops is a perfect family venue - economical, and tons of fun. read more

Huge variety of icecream and it is always delicious! There tend to be long lines but it is relatively fast moving. The girls behind the counter are always friendly and never seem to be in a rush serving you. The place is so clean and many areas to relax outside watching the kiddos play around.
