    So unfortunately I had to change my revi.. I originally posted that this place was great until I found out they sold My daughter a bug infested vehicle. And to top everything off they had to know that it was infested because they sent someone out to treat it!

    They were amazing truly . Mr .Clevon and Mr. Elvis they made sure i got what i wanted and was happy with what i had they were very determined just like i was which ended in me walking out with my car they did great honestly and truly everyone was helpful i would recommend ever to them when i get my next car thats where ill be‼‼‼

    What s really nice group of folks to work with! Theresa went above and beyond to help our US Soldier get his plates so he could take it to his new base and Wes is a super and professional salesman!!! We buy many many cars and I would gladly return, AND want Wes to be my salesman!!

    My car was in a really bad accident and was deemed a total loss. I previously bought 3 other cars from ford, so I called them right up. Grant (sales) and Theresa (manager) without hesitation we're more than helpful and very very understanding to my situation. When I got there Grant was a little busy so he had Amber help me who was wonderful as well we sat and talked about a lot of different options and ways to make things affordable. Needless to say they had me in a car the day after the accident which was amazing and I can't thank them enough they are a pretty amazing team of people and that's why I choose to always go back to Ford! Thank you sooo much Theresa, Amber, and Grant!

I really enjoyed driving it, so that's what led me to Stokes Mazda. They had a brand new beautiful red CX-5. They also had a no interest deal that I couldn't pass up! I did get an extended warranty and the oil change package. After driving it a while I did realize I was missing defrost capable side mirrors. And to use GPS you have to connect your phone and use your data. Besides that, I love my new car. The team at the dealership is always super helpful and polite.

We took the car for the test drive and loved the vehicle. While we didn't actually purchase a vehicle from them, we did love their dealership, the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the dealership and their overall professionalism. I would have definitely have purchased from them it they weren't almost 2 hours from my house. Unfortunately there are no local Mazda dealers in the Hilton Head area. If you live in the greater Charleston area, I highly recommend Matt and the team at Stokes. They will do what it takes to get you into a great car.

    I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 convertible with 71k miles for what seemed like a very good price…read more Kamani had great energy and Mark was also very personable and they both gave a good vibe for sure. It looked like the car had some wear but except some minor issues, I believed it was a good deal. I scanned it for codes and it came out clear, made sure the roof opens and closes, AC working, radio working, tires looked ok etc. I admit I am not a car guy, so I had to trust them that the car is on the up and up. After a week or so the roof stopped working. I checked the hydraulic tank and it was empty. I took it back to the dealer, and they fixed it in the shop that's adjacent to the dealer. When I asked the head mechanic what was the issue, he said that "something was stuck in there". I asked him about the hydraulic tank and he said it was full, all good. Another week goes by, and the top doesn't work again. I take it back and the car sits there for 2 weeks. Kamani was in touch with me, but it became clear after a while that he was stringing me along. I picked up the car with no resolution, and right after picking it up in heavy rain, it turned out there was a water leak from the roof as well. Right above the driver's left side. I took it to a mercedes mechanic and he confirmed that the hydraulic pump is empty, minimum of 2 hydraulic rams leaking oil heavily, and there is a heavy water leak from the roof, requiring replacement of the front seal. He also inspected the rest of the car and found: 1. Engine mounts are collapsed 2. Cylinder head front covers are leaking oil heavily 3. Transmission pan is leaking heavily 4. Shifter linkage bushing is completely gone 5. Faulty camshaft position sensors leaked oil into the engine harness. Needs a new ECU, engine wiring harness, and many other engine components. On top of that here is a list of issues I had to fix by myself: 1. tire sensors 2. driver's head rest fell apart 3. Dash screen plastic cover fell apart 4. I made a duplicate key and the existing key had a low battery. 5. The radio volume is not working now as well. I believe that they knew about at least half of these issues and tried to find someone to dump this car on. I asked them to take it back and they refused, offering to fix whatever issues I have. The car sat at their shop for a total of 2.5 weeks and nothing was done about any of the listed items above. At this point, there is no reason for me to take it back there. I paid about 13k for the car but the roof issues alone are about 5k and probably another 10k for the rest. 2 Mechanics already told me to try and get rid of the car and minimize my losses. The reason they have many good reviews, in my opinion, is becasue Kamani asks the client to write the review right after you drive off the lot. I had to go back and revise it after discovering the fraudulent operation that they are running. I truly hope that this post will prevent future scams, and as many people as possible will avoid purchasing a car from that dealer.

Kamani was ok but he is ultimately just a pet & if…read moreyou decided to negotiate in any way they will use that as an excuse to sell you vehicles that are not fully functioning. The car they sold me had a busted windshield which I was told would be free. Come to find out it nearly cost me $700 because the panel moldings needed to be replaced & insurance does not cover this. I made Apex aware of this & Kamani the sales man of all people told me 'I was getting played.' Also my stereo was not working & Kamani salesman, Mark & Imad the mechanic kept fighting me saying it was not touch screen when in fact it was & did not work which essentially makes it useless & when I called them out, they made me drive all the way back there just to confirm I was right!! THEN they said they would only fix it or replace it if I paid half of the cost out of pocket. I also gave them the opportunity to put an offer on my old car & the owner Mark said he was being nice by making an offer at all. Yet he made sure to tell me to bring my title & spare keys lol. I posted it that day on Market Place & immediately got numerous offers of MORE than DOUBLE his 'pity offer'. When I went to go pick up my old car that I had just sold, they claimed the keys were lost. Thankfully I had a spare set. I would NOT recommend Apex Auto on Ashley Phosphate, they do not perform any type of inspection nor detail or conditioning but they will tell you that an all point inspection was performed which is completely false. The owner is a swindling scam artist, proceed with extreme caution & consider yourself warned if purchasing from Apex Auto in North Charleston
