I worked with Hunter, who was patient with me throughout the process and helped me find a 2019 F-150 that had everything I was looking for. His manager, Andrew, also came over and introduced himself, which I appreciated. There were a few very minor issues with the truck, and Hunter told me they would take care of them. I didn't get anything in writing; I just took his word for it. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but Hunter followed through on everything they said they would do, and then some. They really went above and beyond, fixed the issues, and clearly care about their customers and their reputation. It was a much better experience than I was expecting, and I would buy from them again.

He communicated clearly, followed through, and conducted himself in a way that inspired confidence. Our broader experience at the dealership was more mixed. While the transaction ultimately concluded, certain aspects of the process did not align with the standard we had hoped for. We will leave it at that. We do, however, want to recognize Kevin for the manner in which he represented himself and assisted us.

Misty is an exceptional service representative and a fantastic point of contact at Bill Pearce BMW. She makes every appointment clear, smooth, and easy, while always being informative, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how efficiently she handles everything--she works at a lightning-fast pace without ever sacrificing quality or care. On the rare occasion something needs attention, she handles it with ease and makes the process feel comfortable and stress-free. That level of service goes a long way. As my warranty is coming to an end, I'll likely be in the market for another vehicle soon--and honestly, the ability to continue working with Misty is a huge factor. That's how valuable she is. I would strongly consider purchasing another BMW simply because of the service and consistency she provides. She is truly a top-tier service professional, and Bill Pearce BMW is lucky to have her.     I'm pretty annoyed…read more Walked in, yes no one was available but zero greetings or acknowledgment. So I went to the service department and asked the guy what do I do and how do I check in for my appointment. He was so kind to go in the back and then came up to let me know someone will be with me. I don't remember the guy that helped us but his answer to everything was "it's on the app, well it's in the app, it should be on the app". Look here dude, I have looked on the app and I have attempted, that's why I'm asking you. Anyways, he couldn't figure out why he was unable to deliver the car to us and he made me get out of the app, refresh the app, and even sign onto my account on their computer. In the end, he still said on his side it's showing something needs to be completed on my end on the app. At this point I just gave the guy my phone and told him to have fun. I felt he did not care or at least his cop out answer to everything was essentially "go to the app and don't talk to me". He even asked me if I had found my car yet. No, because I can't access anything nor did I drive around and snooped. It was dark. He ended up needing help from someone above him and the guy just told him to manually deliver the car to me otherwise we'll be there all night because that's all they needed and it's not showing up for some reason I will tell you I was pretty irritated dealing with sheer lack of professionalism. I guess it's not needed when they're not commission based? But at this point it was borderline incompetence because his answer was always go to the app or it's on the app versus "here let me show you on the app". No brand new car pictures, no do you kneed anything else, just nothing. When the other person had me signed his phone to release the car to me, they walked me to the front where the cyber truck was and said here's your car and they walked back in. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. But hey at least they had refreshments and it was clean.

From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made the repair process completely stress-free. They kept me updated throughout the service and made sure everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. I especially want to mention Francis, who is truly one of the nicest gentlemen. He made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. That level of kindness and customer care really stands out. They even provided me with a beautiful Model X as a loaner, which made the experience feel seamless and honestly pretty exciting as well. It's clear the Tesla team really cares about their customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.     We purchased a 2023 Tesla from Russ on November 11th and traded in our 2021 Subaru Outback. As of…read moretoday--over a month later--our lender still has not received the payoff for the Subaru. This delay is now impacting my credit, and despite calling multiple times and leaving several messages, no one has provided an update or returned my calls. It appears the finance paperwork was completed incorrectly, and unfortunately the issue has not been addressed or corrected by the dealership. This has created a significant hardship for us. I am hoping management will finally respond so the payoff can be sent and this situation resolved immediately. I have worked in an automotive setting for over 30 years and I have never seen this kind of incompetence. Someone needs to call me back so I can get this resolved. I wouldn't recommend Russ to my worst enemy for a vehicle. I can't believe we gave our business to him. Edit - still no response from this business to correct this issue for us. Is there an owner or manager that can contact me? I guess you just care about a sale and not your customers after the sale. What a way to do business.
