Summit House is such a gem! It can be tricky to snag a reservation during prime dinner hours, but it's 100% worth it. It's super cutie and romantic inside(: The service was amazing, every dish was delicious, and the presentation was honestly stunning. Loved the cocktail menu too! One thing to note is that the menu changes every month, but I actually think that's so cool! it keeps things seasonal and gives you new options every time. Can't wait to go back!

The brunch scene at Summit House

Came out on a cold and rainy day and it was a scene at Summit House. The dining room was bustling and brunch was stellar. Started with a Morning Star Press made with peanut infused whiskey, cacao and espresso which was wonderful and the Bloody Mary my boyfriend had packed a punch too. We split a big salad, which was perfect for two and I opted for the roasted pumpkin bisque and the chicken bacon ranch he had was awesome too. Service was amazing. Can't wait to come back for dinner.

Very good, nice ambiance. Good bread, good service, and meatballs were smash but good. The Brussel sprouts were really good!

Wow, I can't believe I first reviewed this place six years ago. It's funny how time flies, it feels like just yesterday I heard they were opening. I hadn't been to Summit house in quite some time, and my mom thought it would be nice to go on her birthday for brunch. I didn't check the yelp reviews before we went, and we got nervous when we got there and I started yelping to see what brunch items people liked and took photos of. There were a lot of complaints about weekend brunch. This made us pretty nervous to order. My mom and I shared the pastrami hash, which was actually a pretty decent choice. We chose scrambled for how we wanted the eggs, I didn't love the eggs, something tasted a little off. The potatoes were fried nicely, and I liked the peppers which weren't soggy but were nice and crisp. My stepdad got the mushroom bisque which he enjoyed but said it was quite small. For the $16 price tag I expected the soup to be a little more filling. The side of fries were crispy. The service was good, the food was fine, but the the value was not there. Also limited vegetarian brunch options for someone who doesn't want pancakes or French toast/a sweet breakfast.

The restaurant was beautiful. I really liked every detail of how the restaurant was decorated, even down to the bathrooms. There was great attention to detail. The food was delicious. I would say the menu, at least at the time we went with somewhat limited. I would say the appetizers were a bit overpriced, and we're a bit more than I would typically pay for an appetizer. The bloody Mary was not the best bloody Mary I've ever ever had. If you're a bloody Mary fan, this was a little bit gritty. However, the food was absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be back.

Went there for valentines day. Had the Seafood Tower and the Duck. They were both exceptional. We also had the Brisket with sweet potato, it was okay. I would have done another seafood tower instead of the brisket. The restaurant was clean, friendly, and very welcoming and cozy. The waiters and staff that bought out the food and bar staff were great. I would definitely go there again

My nephew who lives nearby treated us to an al fresco meal recently while visiting for a family event. My pulled pork smashed burger was everything you want in a packed meat sandwich, with an onion ring and tangy sauce on the brioche bun. The sweet potato fries and a refreshing mocktail to drink made for a perfect meal. Sweetie ate a pasta bolognese (I think) which looked and ate good, and drowned it with a nice glass of red wine. It was packed on the Friday night we visited, with folks lined up for seating, or to hang at the bar and enjoy the bar scene. No reservations. Our late dinner worked fine as the mostly millennial and Gen-Z crowd started thinning shortly after we arrived. Millburn has always been a draw for neighboring townsfolk in search of a meal out. I remember this foodie town from 25 years ago, when its pizza, kosher and diner offerings were top notch. It seems to have upgraded its food scene several notches since my last visit so many years ago. Pure nostalgia for me which made for a very flavorful evening. TOP TIP: Street parking in this part of town is a hassle and the local cops keep a sharp eye for illegally parked cars and inebriated drivers. So park further away from the center of town where you are more likely to snag a legal spot on a busy night.

This business is what made him a multimillionaire, so I expected it to me magical. It was pretty ho hum. I lean towards the finer wines and liquors, so right off the bat it was disappointing. They didn't even have Tignanello in stock ... they said they could probably find a bottle online. The employees don't walk the floor ... there are lots of young-ish employees sitting at desks who have all the personality of robots. Seriously, after interacting with a few of them, I wondered if the store was closing because they seemed so put out to talk with me. The cashier was the same way. The upper level is where all the liquor is ... a very good selection. Not quite Total Wine ... They had very few rum brands and very few bottles of good gin. They did have a few bottom-level allocated items ... but no Forteleza, Pappy, Weller, etc. The markup was also incredibly high ... $150 for a bottle of Old Fitz 7 Year old bourbon. That's $70 at Total Wine. I left with a few cheap bottles at a very good price ... but they didn't have a lot of high end wines for purchase. Mostly $12 - $25 on the shelves. They had some 'special wines' they were pushing hard, showcasing a 96 point scored wine they claimed was $100 but marked down to $30. The 96 rating came from James Suckling (the biggest scammer in wine ratings) ... after a little googling, I saw that the average score was 92 and no other stores seemed to carry this. It was just okay. I was very disappointed they didn't have much Bordeaux and what they did have was a mish mash of average vintage years. Overall, I think I will skip coming back. It wasn't really anything special in terms of prices or selection. The little high end international grocery store and cheese shop was pretty cool though. There's a place called Gary's Wine about 20 minutes away, which I like a lot better.

Now this is my kind of library!…read more Wines galore - everything you can imagine. And organized! This place is two stories. The main area is wall-to-wall aisles organized by wine varietals. The upstairs area houses a lot of specialty wines, including Kosher, and a bougie wine cellar with rare and expensive bottles kept at temperature. They also have a market section where you can purchase meats, cheeses, pastas, and other little goodies. This place is truly a one-stop-shop. You can find an inexpensive bottle to enjoy, or you can find a big, special occasion bottle. Jim G helped us locate several of the wines we were on a mission to find. He spent nearly 30 minutes with us and ensured we found everything we wanted. He also offered some great recommendations based upon our favorites. We so appreciated his passion and expertise! Maybe it's better we don't live close to this place because we'd spent way too much money way too often!
