Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process. One of the technicians even handled my car in a way that I would never handle my car, so I definitely did not like that. At the end I was just so happy to get out of there. The feeling of being hustled was a pretty bad feeling. I won't return. My car and I do not deserve such service. I'm a firm believer that if you just take care of the customers basic concern/main needs, you will earn trust and be able to open them up to the upselling presented to them, AFTER. To top it all off, after I left the shop, I went to the store. When I got back in the car and started my car up, the check light came back on, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!

They asked "how much are you willing to spend today?" Enough to remove the panel, sir. After they pulled my car out, a technician ran out to the parking lot and stopped me. They hadn't reattached the engine covers under the hood. This whole process took about three hours with an appointment. Car had a new problem after they messed with it. Never again.

We asked the other worker to confirm what happened and he said she wiped it up. Come home and look under the hood and it's a hot mess. You don't spill oil all over the engine and just assume wiping it up is gonna be safe. My husband had to buy degreaser and take it to another shop to have them inspect that it was safe to drive. The guy who initiated the process didn't even ask to confirm my name or info. He just assumed my car was under whatever previous owner had already had an account with them. A simple question to confirm name would have made the paying process much more easier later. The only person here that helped the most was Joe, who did my inspection and changed the previous owner's account information to mine. I am livid about this experience, and we will never go back. Please be observant of what they are doing with your vehicles. Spilling oil all over your engine and in crevices you can't see is not okay.

Ended up pulling over to an autozone because they said my coolant was completely depleted (it wasn't) and I needed a coolant job but since I had gotten an oil change "we could do it cheaper". I went here on my lunch break hoping for a fast turn around to get back as I've been to other…read morelocations and never had a problem. Although I did have great service and kind team members, it took longer than expected! I think I was second in line but because I was behind a car that was getting multiple services, I was waiting a while. They did have two garages in which I thought I would be asked to move to the garage that was empty, but another car pulled up and they started servicing that car instead of me. Therefore I was still stuck waiting. I am usually patient but from my work, it took me 8 mins and if I'm waiting 30 and take 8 to get back and all have to consider time to the the job, that bothered me a little. This is nothing I feel would make me not recommend this place. Things happen. I'm very understanding and the team corrected the action pretty quickly. They offered a great coupon online and stacked coupons because I'm a ride share driver. This was very kind and considerate and I appreciated the effort. Of course I will come back. When I went to get my car, they pulled the parking brake so hard backward that I had a very hard time releasing the parking brake.
