I went here for several years and several thousand dollars in repairs. I waited to leave this…read morereview until my warranty on all work expired. Unfortunately, everyone works on commission which means if you pay more they make more. After my radiator was replaced they forgot to "hook up a hose properly" and the car rapidly accelerated while I was driving it without any gas and wouldn't stop. I had to put it in neutral while driving and it continued to redline until I turned off the car while driving over 30 miles an hour with all brakes deployed.. It was handled as a whoopsie like many other's experiences here. There were lots of suspicious billing things done. They would charge labor for a temperature sensor that belong to a thermostat which was probably three or four more hours work. (See invoice #1- the part is a temperature sensor with double thermostat and temp labor billed) They marked up parts almost 200% or 300%. When I got diagnosed as needing fuel injectors, they told me each fuel injector would cost $400. They then told me I was stupid for not thinking that parts wouldn't have a markup. That's a 400% up charge. That was the last straw for me. I ended up leaving permanently. After reviewing all my service records, I realize that they did some work twice AND never mentioned it was under warranty. When I requested a refund because they didn't honor their warranty, I was returned the lesser amount that I paid the first time instead of the large larger amount when they redid the work of the second time. I had to request my refund weekly for 6 to 8 weeks before I got it. I've uploaded a few invoices for you all to have a look at, so make your own conclusions.

That they pressure tested everything, and the water pump was faulty. I didn't proceed as they quoted me $2 to $3 thousand dollars to fix it A week or so later I called back in to see if I could negotiate a better price. They said because I never proceeded with the repair right away they do not have records and I would have to bring it back in. So, I decided to take it to a mechanic shop I've worked with in the past (I only went to Christian brothers for the oil change). They had to take a few pieces under the hood apart. They pressure tested it, and showed me what the problem was. A plastic connection piece had failed, AZ heat, plastic connectors. They ordered a new connector for $10, a brass one, not plastic. They showed me the pressure test, as soon as they did it, coolant was streaming out of the bad plastic connector. So, I don't know if Christian brothers just guessed it was the water pump or if they were being dishonest and trying to milk me for thousands of dollars when all that was needed was a $10 part. I am giving them a little benefit of the doubt, because my mechanic said, if they didn't take parts of the engine apart, and just pressure tested it, they would not have visible access to the leak, and the way the coolant was streaming out, it made its way down to the water pump, and dripped from the water pump. So, I am hoping that they assumed it was the water pump, and only when getting ready to replace it and removing parts under the hood, would they have seen it was just one simple part that needed to be replaced. My concern is $3,000 vs $10, would they have been honest and told me or still charged me thousands of dollars for a $10 part? My other concern is that they didn't diagnose the problem correctly, they just said it's the water pump, they guessed - when there was nothing at all wrong with the water pump. They should have said, we THINK it's the water pump, but we will not know until we investigate it thoroughly. That is what I expect, honest, complete and trustworthy professionals, not guesswork.

Originally I was quoted for one issue, but after taking a deeper look they found out the problem was actually bigger and that the compressor needed to be replaced. Even though it turned out to be a larger repair than expected, the team did a great job explaining everything clearly and keeping me informed. When I came back to pick up my car, Mark happened to be out of the office, but David stepped in and took great care of me. Both of them were exceptional and made sure the whole process went smoothly. The communication throughout the entire experience was excellent, and the mechanics clearly knew what they were doing. My AC is now blowing colder than it ever has before and the car feels great.
