Customer service was pretty good. They told me They were out of stock of the helmet I wanted so they told me it should be in by friday. If it takes longer than that I will come edit my review and let yall know how long it took. I also got free delivery which was a very nice bonus as I did not yet have my endorsement. It had a whole 1 mile on it at purchase and 1 mile when it showed up which is what I would expect out of a new bike. read more

We bought a Can am 2020 Brand New at sun entreprise We heard a weird noise when we were test driving it the sales man said it was normal it would go away if you put it on "sports mode". We bought it Friday took it out on the trails Saturday and after a few hours it would not turn on anymore. We were out of town took it to get checked at a different place and they told us sunentreprise gave us one that did not work properly. Keep in mind this can am is supposed to be brand new. Sun entreprise you are not the best in "colorado" if you dont take the time and see if your inventory is working properly. Lost Customer For Life Update. Took tires to a local tire shop, who is replacing under warranty as balance machine indicated out of spec as provided by manufacturer. This was not even the place that sold me the tires... but treated better than SUN. It took a tire shop an hour to determine how poor the front 2 tires were, then contacted the manufacturer for warranty replacement. SUN had my machine for over a week, and then blamed the customer. The only positive experience was Mike P, who continually took my calls to try and address. Ultimately they lost a customer over a tire, which would have cost them ZERO dollars. ------ Original Post Sun refused to honor tire warranty after their amateur attempts at assessing the tires. Keep in mind, they don't even have the equipment to verify a tire defect (balance, round/shape) for a UTV. But somehow, their arrogant assumption is they are accurate... with ZERO equipment to measure anything. I'm sure management doesn't measure sales on anecdotal evidence. Although they might, if they calculate a savings on tires vs losing a customer for life. Having spent over 50k in 2 years at this place, I will now go elsewhere... and believe me, I am a repeat customer of motorsports at roughly 10 machines in 7 years. 2 UTVs and a Motorcyle from Sun... gave me nothing but headaches on the ONE time I tried to address an issue. read more

This place is all about the sell and nothing after that! I purchased 2 Rzrs here in the last 2 years with plans on buying another one next year. I will never do business here again! I recommend everyone else take my advise and take your business elsewhere. After buying a 2017 xp4 turbo in Feb, I had problems with it in July.... I tried to take it in to get looked at since it was still under factory warranty and I had purchased an additional 12 month warranty. The only time they had for me was 1.5 months out... ridiculous. So I took it to Fort Collins Polaris dealer and they were able to get me in next day. I continued to have problems with my Rzr and felt bad for taking it to a dealer that didn't sell it to me so I called sun again and explained everything to them but was still 1.5 months out! At that time, that was the rest of the riding season. I'm not going to purchase a $30,000 machine and not be able to use it for that much time so i took it back to Fort Collins and they took care of me. So I called Sun back and cancelled my extended warranty with them because what's the use of it if you can't get me in to look at it? When I cancelled the warranty I was only half way thru one month of it and never even used it... I'm supposed to get a prorated portion back and paid them $1399 for 12 months... I only got back $850... what a joke. What a bunch of scammers. I will gladly purchase my next Rzr from Fort Collins because they jumped through hoops to take care of all my needs! In the past, I trusted Sun Enterprise to work on my various sport bikes; I even bought my last two motorcycles from them. They were pleasant and attentive each time I went; however, my most recent visit will prevent me from ever returning in the future. This previous Spring (April 2019) I took my motorcycle for a simple oil change ( I could have done it myself, but I was looking for convenience and peace of mind). After waiting for a week and a half, I received a call from Natalie saying, "they had bad news for me, one of the other mechanics hit your bike while moving another bike, so it damaged most of the fairings on your bike." They offered to do right by me by replacing each of the damaged pieces. I went to inspect my bike, and I was devastated. The windshield was cracked, a side mirror gone, countless gouges from the fairings and scratches on my $16,000 bike. My bike has always been well-kept indoors and maintained, and I was appalled to see the tight conditions in which they throw their bikes to the harsh conditions of the outdoors with no room to safely navigate them. After three months of poor communication and vague promises I barely got all the pieces back and the decals were mismatched and some were missing. After getting the bike back, the rear brake didn't work because someone didn't adjust brake lever. This is a glaring safety concern because they are cutting corners that could have deadly effects. In short, the service department is a sorry excuse for professionals that treat your expensive items with the utmost disregard for safety and respect. I would caution you from taking your bikes to them, as I wouldn't want anyone to experience the frustration, vagueness, and incompetence that I did. read more

Went in with my 1500 Goldwing for electrical problems and was told they don't work on bikes older than 10 yrs. So much for service center! Gave me a name of an individual who might work on it. Asked them if there were other Honda dealers that would work on it, told me I don't know. read more

They took care of my tire mount even though I did not purchase the tire from them. Typically this is not done but Sun listen to my reasoning and took care of my request. Thanks Sun for listening to one customer and getting this done. As for the policy I do understand how to be undercut by the industry (internet i.e) that continues to be competitive. My only advice for Sun and others is be at least close to what one pays for a product. Only then can continued loyalty be kept. Tu again for being flexible on your policy and keeping the customer needs first. read more

No experience with their bike sales, but I would recommend staying away from their gear department sales people. Pushy and rude. We came in to size a new helmet for my girlfriend. The first gentleman who asked to help us was not the helmet specialist. He was pushing trying to sell, I told him we are just sizing and would be buying online. He wanted to price match, so I gave him the price. No joke, he laughed in my face and walked away. Next the "helmet specialist" came up to us. She was even worse! We couldn't get away from her! Not only was she pushy and bossy, but not all the information she was vomiting at us was even correct!! If we didn't walk out with a $400+ Shoei helmet she told us we were stupid. Yes, she used the word stupid. Both sales people gave us too much know-it-all advice without asking and assumed we had no idea what we were doing. They also assumed my girlfriend was an inexperienced rider, even though she's been riding for years. We will never be giving any of our money to Sun Enterprises. read more

Ive waited about 5 months to write this review. Took the time to gather my thoughts and place my emotions aside. I purchsed my very 1st BRAND NEW vehicle this summer And it was a 2014 honda ctx700. Pretty much love the bike aside from the plastic tank and fenders that are already scratched to hell. JoAnne, the sales associate who sold me the bike was Very curteous and pleasant. The service department was less than impressive to say the least. Being that this bike was a larger than normal puchase for me, and it was my "BRAND NEW" Bike. I wanted take extra good care of it. Brought it in for its first service as recommended by Sun enterprises. (That was a little over $200) for a little more than an oil change, a lot of assessment On the bike checking screws and hoses. Ok you got me fine. Well shortly after that I headed Out of town to ride that new bike down to sedona AZ. Around just passed 4 corners I got off the bike to notice an AMPLE Amount of oil running all down the side of my bike. Concerned in the middle of no where on a holiday weekend, I went forward with my journey in hope for the best. Return to Denver I call the dealer ship to have them look at ASAP along with a concern about the alignment/handle bar position/ crooked steering. Take it in....25hrs turns to a week with no word. I call..... woman who answered service phone didnt know what I was talking about asked me what I brought it for. I explained and she was rude. OK found your bike. "Its ready come get it" I show up two hours later to pick it up and wait an additional half hour before presented with my bike. "All checked out!" He said. nothings wrong? "Nope"! "Service member must have overfilled your oil or something" "handle bars are straight" Took it to my old mechanic and he told me something was definitely wrong with the alignment. Results. Pending. No oil issue since. Terrible experience! No refferals from me. The 2 stars are go to my sales person. read more

I came in today early morning looking to purchase a motorcycle jacket and helmet for my girlfriend and got some of the worst service here by the lady at the door. I understand I look young and I was in my morning attire but I should not have been given a dirty look the moment I walk into the door. She didn't even bother to say hello she just asked what I needed and was so against me staying and referred me to another store making excuses saying that she's reluctant to sell me a motorcycle helmet because my girlfriend was not there dispute me mentioning that she came in previously to try a few on already. I had the brand and size she liked but she refused to even show me any product. I walked out the same minute I was in. I feel quite discriminated against. I can't imagine a place with a better selection of bikes, ATVs, gear, and parts. It was a little overwhelming at first, but Sun has it all. The selection of new and used bikes is amazing. Also, all the gear (helmets, clothing, boots, etc.) I could've spent hours browsing through. The sales people didn't seem pushy at all. I did happen to fall in love with a new Honda Shadow with hot rod flames on it. Beautiful bike. May I also suggest take a gander up on the 2nd floor, as they have a vintage bike section and you can look at the evolution of bikes over the last 50+ years. It is actually quite an amazing collection, and very interesting to see how technology has changed. I will be going here a lot, and I suggest you go and take a look, as I'm pretty sure it will satisfy all your motorcycle/ATV/dirt bike needs. Bought a used 2014 bike with 2200 miles. Salesman told me whatever I needed to hear to get me in. Deal was equitable. They had the battery on the charger overnight but still had to be jump started to get it home. Next morning completely dead- only 8.2 volts. Would not take a charge unless piggybacked through a car battery. Took a charge but didn't hold it for a minute. They might as we!l just sold it without any battery at all. Found tires were almost flat and air filter filthy. They did ship me a battery but tried to get me to pay about $6 for UPS! Their used bikes are sold "as is" but what is the point of paying cash and a retail price through a dealer that doesn't even service the bike? Zero advantage over buying through a private party. They boast about being the largest dealer in the state, but I really just got treated like a number. read more

The wife & I were in the market for 2 new Enduro's - I'd been out of this game for about 10 years and really hadn't kept up with the current advancements, features, etc. I've owned Kawasaki's, Yamaha's, & Honda's and had my eye on the KTM 6 Days 450. Did a ton of online research and decided to walk into Sun sometime in late September. Scotty H was the 1st sales person to approach me and we spent about an hour talking specifics about the new Honda 450L and the KTM's. Scotty was patient, answered all my questions, kinda interviewed me about my riding style, etc. I brought my wife back a couple of weeks later and he did the same thing with her. Just a great guy - all about working with us to make sure we got what we wanted. We bought 2 KTM's from Scotty H - the 6 Days 450 and the 350 EXC - F. Scotty took care of everything - had the 350 lowered for my wife, hooked us up with some sweet savings on gear, and walked us through the bikes. We could not be happier. No problems with people being rude but the stupid setup they have in the parts department between the pick your stuff out desk and the purchase desk helps them keep parts that you have paid for. Make sure to double-check your bag before you leave cause they commonly forget to bring everything over and if you call back to ask about it they will just put you on hold indefinitely. If you don't remember right as you start to leave the store then just forget about it. No accountability whatsoever. I had got into the habit of checking after the first time this happened but forgot this time. I'm taking the stuff that they did decide to put in the bag back and never spending a red cent here again! Would never advise anyone to go here! It's a real bummer because this is the closest one to my house. However, I'd much rather drive a little further and get to keep what I paid for! F-U Sun! read more

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. As a beginner motorcyclist who is very short, I had a hard time finding a bike that can be lowered enough for me to use confidently. Mike P. and Jay helped me find the perfect sport bike for me that didn't have too much power or weight for a small, inexperienced person such as myself. Mike has ridden sport bikes for many, many years and out of all the dealerships I went to, he answered all my questions and didn't hassle me into buying anything. I've purchased two motorcycles from Sun, a riding jacket, gloves, and wired headphones for my helmet. They've always been nice and in some cases shockingly reasonable when working deals/negotiating. I love my Kawasaki and I'm glad I went there after being insulted by another dealership. Sun even delivered my bike. The other thing I like is no matter what department you are in, they all ride. Even the females. So if you have a question or need a tip they generally have an answer. They have a great selection of helmets and other gear, but I'd like to see more styles of jackets. Maybe more race inspired? My only less than positive comment about Sun is really just an observation more than an experience. I've noticed the sales guys generally look like they're walking on egg-shells around their bosses. I can only assume a lot of pressure is put on them. If you haven't been there before it can be a bit unsettling. Additional Bonus: They have so many events during the year that are people and kid friendly. Both the Harley and Other side. I phoned in for an idea what they would give me for a trade towards the purchase of a new bike. The salesman talked to the sales manager and said that the price I wanted was reasonable. My trade was less then a year old and had 1600 miles on it. It was imaculate. When I got the trade down there the price had changed $4000.00 in there favor. I don't think this was just a simple mistake. I had the same thing happen to me at Coyote Motorsports a few years ago as well. I really like there parts department though. And have bought many parts and farkles over the years. Now, I am not sure if I'll even go back to there parts department. read more

Be wary of Sun Motorsports. We bought a brand new Honda Pioneer from them and they held it for us for three months until we could transport it to its eventual home in western Colorado. When we picked it up from Sun, we found that they had driven it 17 miles and 8 hours after we had purchased it - and when we had bought it, it was in a crate/unbuilt. Their explanation was that they were driving it from the front of the lot to inside every day. If this was a "sold" vehicle, why was it on display and being driven regularly and not in a holding area? Their restitution was to give us a free maintenance service when they knew full well the machine was housed 6+ hours away from them. Several months later we got a Honda recall notice and verified with Sun that our machine/VIN needed to have the recall service performed. We took it to a Honda dealer in western Colorado to find out that Sun had apparently performed the recall service as the new parts were already on the machine. However, they neglected to re-install a part that was required as part of the recall service and then also never reported to Honda (also required) that they had performed the recall service - which is why we were told it still needed to be done. Unprofessional practices in multiple areas of Sun's operation so be very cautious when you purchase a machine from them! read more
