All of them were very helpful and very nice. I believe their card computers were down, but they remained helpful and courteous. Under these circumstances, it would be very easy to be overwhelmed and short with customers. Lyndon was very transparent and explained that trying to bend the arm back into place could potentially cause it to break. A couple of days later, he called to let me know they were ready for pickup, and I was so relieved! They turned out great, and I honestly expected the worst.
