The parking lot is safe and free. Once you pull into the lot, security guards will tell you where to park. Richard started the session by asking a few questions to better understand my needs, sensitivity, and preferences. He used multiple techniques, communicated throughout the session, and is simply a master of massage. It's difficult to describe exactly what he does because it's a combination of acupressure, shiatsu, and deep tissue.
