First timer! Right off the bat, I'm super picky with my nails. I know this. Lol but let me tell you what's different about this place. First of all, the owner Joanna (Also known as Angel) greeted me with a smile (which is rare th se days when you walk into salons) and she was super friendly throughout my visit. She did an amazing job with my coffin tips. Will was the gent that did my pedicure and he was awesome, I didn't even have to keep an eye one him, he made it a point to communicate with me rather than just getting it done and sending me on my way. Great place in the valley. Joann took me in as a walk in on a Sunday morning. Joann did a great job on my nails, I am very picky on how it looks. I've tried many places and was pleased as a first time customer. Detailed work, which is rare cause most places just rush you out. Didn't have to wait at all which is a bonus. Very clean place. Honestly I was really sad I had to write this review because Cindy is very talented but their service sucks I always had to wait after I had appointments and today I just had enough. I asked for one thing and got something different then when I asked her about it she said that's the way it is so I was annoyed because she clearly saw I was unhappy and continued to put lotion on my hands so I could pay. I didn't say much more in the moment because I had other errands to run but when I got home i was still really bothered at how my nails looked so i called her to see if she could paint them all just the matte purple color and she said she was very busy and couldn't help me till Monday I tried explaining to her that I needed them for this weekend as it was Friday and I have a wedding on Saturday and she just kept telling me she was too busy so I just hung up. She called me back maybe 10 min later and told me if I wanted to come back on Monday and I told her I just wanted the 4 nails repainted so they all look the same and that her husband could do it. Basically she agreed I went back waited a long time again and now the 4 nails are a lighter coat than the rest and I have streaks and left over glitter. I tried telling the girl who painted them and she acted like I was crazy. I'm so upset I went to my car and started crying because of how mad I am. read more

I just happened upon this nail salon a few weeks ago in my neighborhood. I needed to have my nails done to attend my brother's wedding. I saw Angel and she really did a great job! She introduced me to bio gel organic and said i would see an improvement in my nails over the next couple of months. So far, so good. I've visited her 3 times already and my nails look much better and they last over 2 weeks. I'll be returning for my holiday nails very soon! read more

I been coming here since December 2018. Most of the time I got dipping powder sometimes ombré. I was happy with them until now. It seems once your a regular customer they try to get cheap with you not in price but in cutting corners. Like when I first started there they will dip my nails in the powder container now the husband uses a brush with acetone. How do I know that is dipping powder? You say it is but why did one nail brake after two days then I want to fix it n they charge me$3 for their own mistake. Dipping powder is supposed to last three weeks because it's better than your regular . And since he did dipping powder with the brush he didn't go all the way to the bottom of the nail I noticed they start leaving a gap on the bottom of your real nail. They don't put the dipping powder all the way to the bottom like before so they break faster. Also three other nails broke besides the nail that broke two days after I got them down three nails broke four days after.This time I decided to go somewhere else. If you follow nails by Cindy Instagram you could see that some of the customers nails there's a gap on the bottom they don't do the powder all the way to the bottom. And once they know that you could pay a certain amount of money they start charging you more. It's sad that I had to end my relationship with them because they were really close to my house read more

The staff is very detail-oriented to ensure that your nails look exactly the way you want them to! Definitely try scheduling an appointment, so that you're the priority. Very disappointed in their treatment of me today and their unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I'm literally live 2 streets away and after my manicure told them I needed to rush home to give my sister the key. The male nail technician was kind and told me that it was fine and he would charge me for my pedicure upon my return. The female technician started yelling in Vietnamese saying they have appts and I shouldn't leave. The make technician gave me a card and told me to call before I came. I told him I would only be 5 min and that I was so close. When I called back I could hear the female manager or technician yelling again in Vietnamese and he said he could not see me today. Wow. There were no other customers there, she was just being controlling and rude. I was a repeat customer but won't return due to his rudely I was treated. It's a shame bec it is close to my house, but there are so many nail salons in the area and I will go where I'm not yelled at. read more

If you are looking for a decent manicure with dip powder I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I went here with my mother in law for dip powder manicures and left with the worst nail experience ever. It is now the day after and my fingers are still bleeding. They do not actually apply dip powder correctly. They use gel nail base instead of the adhesive. The end result is extremely ugly. I have powder stains all over my hands and clumps stuck to the side of my nails. Even shaping my nails was horrible. I asked for slightly shorter than the nails I came in with (my natural nails) and got more than half the length cut off and very sharp. The shape and feel is very harsh and ragged. The corners of my nails have been filed up to my nail beds. I've left a nail salon a bit sore before maybe from cuticle removal but nothing like this. The skin above my nails and on the sides is cut up and bloody. Compared to what my mother in law left with I look like a princess. After over an hour of working on her nails they weren't proceeded correctly (because they don't know how to apply dip) they just scraped them off. No time to fix them or have them completely removed and presentable because we had things we needed to do. I will not be returning here. The customer service leaves much to be desired as well. I am extremely disappointed that this place ended up with any of my money and regret trying them. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. read more

I love this nail salon! I normally drive all the way back to my hometown to see my nail tech of almost 10 years bc I haven't been able to find a tech I really like. Now that's all changed.
