My wife and I were driving around looking for a new place to have dinner at when we saw a dumpling house. As we were walking towards the front a man with a large stuffed animal (turned out to be a drink) approached us and I thought he was going to try and sell us children's toys. Instead he said he wanted to invite us to his Boba shop next door after we had dinner to try them out. His way of approaching and friendliness radiated so we decided to take him up on his offer. When we left the dumpling place (also yummy) he was still outside. We went to his shop and he followed us in, explained the ingredients of the most popular drinks and what they do that sets them apart from other Boba places. It was like he was speaking to us as simply as inviting old friends he hadn't seen in years into his new home and was excited to show us around and tell us what he's been up to. While waiting for our drinks a couple with a beautiful dog came in and he greeted them just like he did us; he came out with water and a treat for the pup. By the time we left my wife decided she wanted a tiny plushie version of the large one he was holding on the sidewalk. By far one of the best customer service experiences I've been given and I wish I had asked for his name to give him a true shout out. And if that wasn't enough, this shop has the best honey Boba I have ever had. I tend to be overly picky with Boba and most shops I ask for no Boba after trying them for the first time because something about them is off. Either too large, or the texture is not to my liking. I hate to give bad reviews especially when they're so highly rated but the drinks were just bad. I thought that you couldn't go wrong with thai tea and milk tea but now I know that you can. The thai tea was extremely watered down and it had a very weird almost meaty aftertaste to it. The house milk tea had no flavor and the boba was hard and way too chewy. Super disappointed. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the lady at the cash register was super sweet. read more

Found a new neighborhood gem. Stopped by this new boba shop today. Excellent service with the sweetest staff. Brandon took my order and he helped me select drinks for my kids, my parents, my husband and myself. I got the strawberry matcha latte with lychee jelly and boba. I asked for 50% sweetness and it was perfect. My kids had the sparkling strawberry and the strawberry latte and they absolutely loved it. The parents had watermelon kiwi and it suited their tastes. They found it very refreshing. My husband had the jasmine milk tea and he enjoyed it. The boba was very fresh and chewy. What I really appreciated was the fact that they used real fruit in everything. No powders. I'll definitely be returning again to try more of their drinks. Their mango purée had the pulp from the actual fruit, and the mix with matcha was just perfect. They also let you change sweetness levels, so it is really flexible with whatever you prefer.
