My husband Bob and I love this place. The people here are so nice and really take care of you. We have been here many times and everything we get is great--the egg sandwich, the BLT, the pastrami sandwich, their fabulous large blueberry pancakes (you just need to order 1!). They are not chintzy with their portions. There is something special about their coffee as well, and they have a wonderful cappuccino. Divine! We went during lunch today and got there about 12:30. OMG, so many places struggling because of staff shortages but this place, it felt like 2019. The people delivering the food offered to get our sandwich cut when I asked about getting a second plate. Then they came over and offered a refill on drinks. We had originally gone up to the counter and ordered our food. The chocolate pistachio muffin was wonderful. I feel bad I didn't leave a bigger tip. I will go back soon to make up for it. read more

While staying at the Waldorf in Naples, we were told about this little place in the Publix shopping center. They said the baked goods were to die for, and they didn't lie. The first morning, I had a simple breakfast of one fried egg, fruit, and the strawberry-orange-peach muffin. Yum! The muffin was so moist and delicious. My egg was cooked to perfection. The second morning I ordered the same thing except I got the apple crumb muffin. Also a huge hit! The third and final morning I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit, and the piña colada muffin that my friend had been raving about (they didn't have it the first two days). I was a bit disappointed in that it was slightly dry. The flavor was wonderful though. This is a small place and we couldn't find indoor seating today (but it is Fathers Day!). The service is great. Our orders always came out fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!! read more

I was so happy to find Sunburst Cafe in Naples! It's located in a shopping plaza near Target which is great because after you get your fill of amazing food, you can hop over and shop! I enjoyed their bacon avocado omelette the last time I was there. It was really tasty with the creamy avocado. They have amazing iced coffee too. When you go to the restaurant, you can sit on one of the beautifully colored chairs after you buy your food from the counter. Today my boyfriend, my son and I got the lunch special. The Philly cheese steak with chips and fruit. It was so busy, we were lucky to find a table outside. The food came out pretty quickly and the waiter was so sweet, he was very attentive. The Philly cheese steak was ok I guess. It was kind of bland, I had to add some salt, pepper and Cholula hot sauce. It was better afterwards. And the chips were normal chips, nothing special. The only drawback to rating this charming, friendly, bohemian place is Yelp only allows 5 stars. Like Nigel Tufnel said, "This one goes to eleven." Great atmosphere, cheerful and friendly staff and customers make the Sunburst Cafe special. If we lived in Naples, we would be regulars. Heck, on second thought, the commute from Dallas-Ft. Worth wouldn't be so bad, considering the incredible on-premises baked muffins and awesome breakfast choices. We highly recommend it! read more

Visited today for the first time... it's such a cute cafe with great outdoor seating. I got to talk to the owners who are lovely... and very funny! Overall: You have to work for your meal. During my jaunt in Naples my mother suggested this restaurant. You have to go to the cashier area to order. It is a cramped place and while waiting in line expect to be bumped into many times by food runners. My iced coffee was really great. One of the employee's shirts says to avoid Starbucks and in this instance I agree. I ordered a veggie wrap with chicken (extra charge) and hummus which came with a side of fruit and chips.
