When searching for a new apartment I was referred to Sundial Real Estate Company. I looked at one of their rentals on a Thursday, filled out the application the same day and first thing Monday morning I signed my lease and moved in!! Their response time is great. The application fees are cheap and get applied towards your move in cost. The move in specials are excellent. They are easy to work with as far as credit or criminal history. They have an online tenant portal where you can pay rent and request maintenance repairs. Diana is super friendly and professional. The only negative thing I can say is that the receptionist at the office is not all that friendly. **UPDATE:** After posting the review above (about a month after) I realized I was totally wrong about Diana and the company. She was only nice until she got me to sign the lease, then she turned into a complete bitch. She made agreements with me about payment arrangements but filed for eviction 3 days before the promised due date. I had stacked some boxes packed with my stuff outside my door and she sent someone over to throw them away. They werent even there more then 20 minutes. She refuses to pay someone to make the proper repairs when something breaks. The unit I rented was roach infestested and she wouldn't send an exterminator out. I found drug needles and syringes hidden around the apartment during the 1st month I lived there, which tells me she didn't clean or inspect the unit before renting it. The owner Diana is extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried to let them know someone went inside a vacant apartment and called to let them know. This person was also creeping by in their car taking random pictures at the same time as children walking to the bus stop. How are parents suppose to know it was Diana (the owner of this company) ??????? When she was called and advised of our concerns she was very rude, yelled, and then hung up. I wish there was a negative star rating. We were in contact with an agent to rent a unit on one of their properties and everything was great. Another property manager took over and it went down hill. They were waiting for a call from our landlord and stated that my landlord wasn't answering emails or phone calls. My landlord never got any calls nor emails. In fact, my landlord called and emailed the property manager with no response. We called because everything on my end was done, which I even received an email saying that it was, now they still need to speak to the landlord even though the landlord documents are signed and turned in. Once we basically caught on to their mess up they still tried to prove us wrong. The property manager Sundail hired... Hailey... is the laziest most vacation taking woman I ever known to call themselves a working employee. Every time I called her, she would lie! We are grown! The first 3 weeks in my apartment I went with no WiFi. She kept telling me I can have WiFi but when Cox came out, the building had NO HOOK UPS! Every time I would complain to her, she told me no one else has this problem. I asked me neighbors... THEY ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! Now there are 4 cable wires around my door. Then she doesn't update the app with my payment. I paid on the 8th.... it's the 21st... app still says I owe. Sundial sold my apartment building to another company. I called to ask who the new owner was, she said she doesn't know. How u don't know the company that bought the property you are supposed to be managing?! Who have u been working with all month? After signing a lease with Sundial with a move in date for Aug 1 and driving all the way from CO to be there for the move in date, we were notified the morning of the 1st that our apartment would not be ready for move in until the next day. We went to the leasing office and were told that the finishing touches on the "redone flooring" were only on the second floor of our unit and that we could move our stuff in while the maintenance and cleaning teams would work around us. Upon arrival at the unit, the flooring was nowhere near being done and the unit was not at all clean. We were told that there had already been a deep clean, but there was grime built up on the stove and it needed much more than just the sweep and mop they were going to give us before our move in. This whole day the leasing manager Alex who we had previously been in contact with would not get back to us, only her assistants. Being that Sundial broke our lease on the first day of it, I would not recommend renting from them. SRE took over our building's management on January 1st. Based upon my experience thus far, I give them 5 stars! Notices were put on our doors days before the exchange. Their letter-style notices clearly stated how to contact our Point of Contact (POC) and how to pay rent. About a week later, we got notices about a walk-through. At that time, my closet rod/bar broke and I put in a work order. When management did the walk-through, the rod was fixed and reinforced with an extra bracket. They also replaced shredded weather stripping on my door frame. Much to my surprise, they used a pressure washer on the concrete hallways and common spaces. That was a pleasant surprise because, in the 3 years that I have lived in this building, no one has cleaned the concrete. The only aggravating thing is that, now, we have to provide them with copies of our keys because they do not have copies themselves. I am not sure if this is the old management company's fault or the building owner's fault. Pfff! UPDATE: April 2017: Hailey has been a real joy to work with these past several weeks when explaining bills and logistics of being a tenant under SRE. I have been in one of their properties for 15 months. It is an old building but the maintenance team was responsive to any problem that I needed addressed. I completed my initial lease and went to a month to month. They decided to raise the rent 35% with 1 month notice! There have been no renovations or improvements at all so there is no value with a $340 increase. They gave me the lame excuse of that "is what everybody else is doing. It's the people moving from CA." Bull****! I decided to leave because I can but I feel for those not able to move and stuck with a pure money grab by Sundial. Pathetic! read more

Diane refused to contact me back about just signing my name off the lease until 5 months later. And now is threatening me. WARNING! Do not rent from Sundial Real Estate, especially Wendy Wentzloff. She was rude & disrespectful to me even before I was a resident, honestly that red flag should have been enough for me to turn around, but on 6/8/17 I submitted an application with my $20 application fee. Wendy texted me later that day to tell me that my credit report was showing I owed money to MEB, a former property management company I rented from. I knew this account had been paid in full & offered to email her a copy of a letter I received from MEB stating this, I sent it to her the next day 6/9/17 2:00pm. I did not hear back from her until 6/12/17 3:32pm after numerous attempts to contact her & finally calling the Sundial main office. She told me my application was approved & the current residents would be moving out on 6/30/17 & I could move in on 7/7/17. As I'm preparing to move I decided to hire movers; so I called Wendy on 6/26/17, two weeks before my move in date, to see if I could make arrangements to sign my lease & pick up my keys at the end of the day on 7/6/17 so I would be prepared to meet the movers in the morning on move in day 7/7/17. At this point Wendy tells me because of the July 4th holiday my unit wont be ready until 7/10/17. I told Wendy that was unacceptable, I had already hired movers & paid a nonrefundable deposit to them. She said she would have to contact the building owner because he does his own turnovers in his units. She contacted me later that day to tell me the owner confirmed he would have it ready by the 7th. Again I asked if I could come pick up the keys the day before & she told me not to worry that the keys would be in a lockbox at the unit. On 7/5/17 I called Wendy to let her know I would be stopping by her office that afternoon to sign my lease; she told me that was fine but I would still have to come back on 7/7/17 (move in day) to pick up my keys, I was under the impression they would be in a lockbox at the unit, but I ask her what time I can pick them up anyway. She tells me I can pick them up at 5:00pm!!!! I told her I had already hired movers, they would be at my current home to load up at 7:00am, there was no way I could wait until 5:00pm to pick up my keys when she told me I could move in ON 7/7/17. She says fine, I can pick them up at 8:00am. So I make arrangements with a friend to meet my movers at my current home so I can pick up my keys from Wendy at 8:00am. Move in day arrives & I show up at Wendy's office at exactly 8:00am, I shouldn't be surprised when she's late. As she's going over my lease with me she asks if I have any pets. Yes, I have pets, I included them in my application (did she even read my application?). She tells me there is a pet deposit. I asked her if I could drop it off the next week because she had never mentioned it in any of our previous conversations regarding move in costs & of course I'm not carrying around an extra $300 at this exact moment, she said that's fine. We get through the lease, which I sign for nine months, & I ask for my keys. She tells me they're in a lockbox at the unit.... It's now been seven months & despite Wendy's bad attitude & the general poor condition of my apartment I decide to contact Wendy to find out what my renewal options are. I called her four times on 1/25/18 & no answer, I can't even leave a voicemail because her mailbox is full. I finally call the Sundial main office & ask if they can help me, the woman who answered the phone offered to get in touch with Wendy for me. An hour later Wendy calls me back & tells me she "took a long lunch" & I don't need to call the main office because she'll always get back to me. I asked her how she planned on getting back to me when her voicemail box is full, her only response is that she gets a lot of calls. Now we address the concern of my renewal & she tells me my lease isn't over until July 2018, I told her I only signed a nine month lease which should be ending 3/31/18. She says she'll have to get back to me because she doesn't actually have a copy of my lease, that's at the main office. An hour & a half later she texts me to ask if I still have my dogs because I never paid my pet deposit. I tell her I still have my dogs & I left my pet deposit money order in the drop box, I had assumed she received it because I never heard from her after I signed my lease & we discussed it. Her response: "Hopefully you have a copy of the money order stub?" I offered to look for it when I got home from work that night. Finally Wendy confirms my lease does in fact end on 3/31/18 & sends me a renewal letter. In the letter my rent has increased $80 per month! I politely let Wendy know I do not plan to renew at that rate & I will mail a copy of my 30 day notice to the address on the bottom of the renewal letter. Her response: "I will be waiting for your copy of your money order." I have contacted Sundial Real Estate's main office regarding her disrespectful attitude and am awaiting a response. read more

I recently spent 2015 in one of their small apartment properties in Tempe. Jeremy was great and made the application process go through quick and smoothly. And, before I started paying online, he would always inquire if I needed anything or had a maintenance request every time I stopped in to pay rent. At one point another resident thought we had reserved parking, left notes on my car, which I contacted them about, and within a week they sent a letter to all of our units (at my request) letting everyone know we do not so they'd stop threatening to have me towed. Thanks guys! :) Overall, I paid my rent on time, I didn't really need anything (it was renovated and everything worked) and they left me alone. The deposit was a little more steep than the larger complexes I was used to ($400), but they gave me every cent back within a couple of weeks after turning in the keys. When you first sign the lease they give you a sheet with a big list of items they will be checking on. When you're moving out read it and clean everything listed, window sills, baseboards, windows, everything. If you do, they'll probably give your deposit back too. Someone in an earlier review had a complaint about the young office girl... This is 100% true. She is a little bitchy.. When I stopped in to their office to give my 30 day notice I stood there and listened to the office girl give this prospective tenant a hard time, kept trying to tell them to go to the website, and just didn't seem to want to answer many questions for them.. (I know.. new prospect, maybe be nice so they'll rent the damn place? Right??). Maybe she's related to the owners so they have to keep her around? She was polite to me there, but then I had no questions, just notice to give. :) OH.. And if you use their website to pay your rent online you will probably want to use your checking account (there is a $17 fee for using a card). If you use BofA like I do they have different ABA routing numbers for paper checks and for electronic transfers. Use the paper check routing number, or it will take 8 days to find out your payment never went through and you'll get a late fee if you use the wrong one. (Hope that helps someone) read more

This company is the absolute most dishonest real estate I have ever witnessed worse then Walmart employees , my AC has broken like 5 times since I've been here (2 months) . I was broken into not even two weeks of living here had my screens cut off my windows and my smoke detector got ripped out . I have been hassling these people to come and replace those items now since the Monday after the break in . Sundial is the most honest rental company in the Tempe area. No hidden fees or scams. I was not in a rush to move, so I spent my time looking for a property to rent in Tempe. Sundial was the only company that posted what the actual monthly rent was in their ads. I found most other companies in Tempe I contacted said the price in their ads did not include: binding fees for yard upkeep, non-refundable processing fees, taxes, 1% add on fee, month and a half deposit, first and last months rent, washer & dryer rental fee, irrigation fee, etc. The realtor representing the property for Sundial was courteous, enlightening, professional, and punctual. Sundial's property was the only property out of the 20+ properties I viewed in Tempe that was move-in ready and fit for human habitation. Submitting an application with a deposit, signing a lease, and move-in was the easiest rental move-in I have ever done in my entire life. Sundial has an online portal where you can pay your rent, make maintenance requests, and other things. While I have been renting from Sundial every emergency situation on the multi-unit property, that I live in, has been handled immediately and professionally. I highly recommend Hailey from Sundial. The home we toured was beautiful but the staff is really lacking. Almost impossible to get someone to call you back. When I would email, most the time I only got one worded responses. When we were declined they couldn't even give us an exact reason why. Waste of time, waste of money and Diana really needs to learn some professionalism or people skills. It seems other reviewers have also had terrible experiences with her so I guess that makes me feel like I'm not alone in this. Courtney lies about everything. She is very stupid and incompetent. She sent me paperwork that had dates crossed off, wrong dates on other lines, it was a piece of garbage. I couldn't believe she coukd be a manager with having intelligence of a 10 year old. Then I found out her mother is the owner. It's easy to sue in small claims court and get all your money back, serve the owner Diane Creasing and serve also together the name Courtney Creason. It will cost you an hour or 2 off work but you will win all your money back and more so it's a better way to handle it. Do not argue with a 10 year old, you will get a juvenile answer. I just got a job and needed to relocate to Phoenix from Tucson very quickly. I was given a lockbox code to look at an apartment and I ended up really liking the apartment so I paid the $200 deposit (the place was by the Children's Hospital). I waited 5 days for the manager of the apartment to return from her vacation so I could call and move along with the rental process. She then said, "Who gave you the lockbox code?! Why did they take your money?! This apartment has already been promised to someone else!" I had to drive back up to Mesa to get my money back and frantically look for an apartment. I don't usually take the time to write reviews on here, but I feel very strongly about making sure people don't subject themselves to renting from Sundial. If you can avoid it, please please do. From what I can tell, I think maybe they own so many properties that they don't have the staff, experience, or organizational infrastructure to properly manage them, make sure their tenants are safe and comfortable, and make the homes livable. Anyway, my experience seems to echo some of the other one-star reviews: My apartment was roach-infested, and they didn't seem to care. They wanted me to stay quiet and just "stick it out" (a direct quote from my property manager). They did send exterminators, all of which told me that the apartment was way too infested to be able to deal with while someone lived there. They sprayed and fumigated, but I eventually just stopped requesting them to come because I was starting to worry about my health (they fumigated/bombed 3 weeks in a row, I had to move out every time and wash all my things afterwards). I never had any luck communicating with my property manager, so I just stopped asking for her help and decided I was better off dealing with it without her. I spoke with my property manager on the phone and it was like she didn't even hear me. I never met her, she never saw my apartment or the issue herself. She kept insisting that it must be something I was doing to cause the infestation. Definitely not the case. I confirmed with all of the exterminators who came that nothing I did made this happen. I was a good tenant. Always paid rent on time, hardly ever asked for anything, followed the rules, moved out on time and without a fuss, etc. etc. Sundial just doesn't care about the people in their homes, and it is a shame. They left generalized passive-aggressive notes on my door about rules that I definitely hadn't broken. They made sure I heard what they needed loud and clear, but were rarely available when I needed them. They don't have any number you can call at night or weekends if you have an emergency or problem (or at least never communicated one to me. I asked once for a number I could call during off hours and never got a response). I felt trapped. I basically just lived in a terrible roach-infested apartment until I was out of my lease. I waited until now to write a review because, based on my experiences with their employees, I was afraid of what they might do if they saw it while I was still under their mercy. Rented a place for 9 months and moved out in November. I would never use this company again. Half the outlets didn't work, none of the phone jacks worked (couldn't hook up internet), the ceiling fan stopped working 2 months in, the garbage disposal didn't work, and the dishwasher backed up every time you ran it. Those things don't bother me. I get stuff happens, but they just weren't responsive. Getting maintenance was a joke. No one will return your calls, Courtney was always "busy" and was rarely available take your call, and forget about a response to an email. I finally did get someone out to fix the dishwasher after a month. He didn't bother to show up the first scheduled day. Another week goes by and he finally came to fix the dishwasher, but just shrugged and said I'd have to call the manager again to get the outlets/phone jacks fixed. That never happened. I did get all of my deposit back when I moved out though, so great job doing the absolute bare minimum of real estate management. Sundial has been an absolute joy to work with. I was looking for an apartment and found one very quickly on their website. It was a good price in a decent area. I put in the application and heard back in a very timely manner once I provided all the necessary paper work. It was amazing due to how crazy the rental market currently is. I would look at apartments in the morning and they'd be gone by the afternoon so I'm very happy I was able to secure one as quick as I did. Before my move in I dropped off my deposit and spoke to a lovely girl named Paden. She was super quick and professional which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. I had a few questions before I moved in and I called in and spoke to a gentleman named Brandt. He was super professional and answered every single question I had due to my last apartment complex made me nervous to find a new place due to how bad they were. On move in I did my walk through and found some things that needed some work. I put in the requests via the app they use (which is super convenient btw) and everything was handled in a super timely manner. Merissa my property manager has also gone above and beyond for me. Anytime I've had any questions for her she's answered them and made me feel welcomed. She was in contact with me letting me know when maintenance will be at my apartment and kept me updated every step of the way. After 3 days of a leaky roof, and 5 messages left for daughter Hailey, no one could be bothered to return my call. When someone crashed into our parking lot wall, it took over two months to fix (3.5 months later, it's still not painted). When I went to their office to express my concerns, I was shouted down, and was stunned by how terrible Hailey was. 15 years as a renter, I've never, ever been treated like that. I can't think of anything good about these apartments. I moved in here beginning of 2017 because of the low rent and needed a year to be able to save money. I knew it was a cheap place but didn't expect it to be so bad. Move in..they way the house was set up was trash. They painted the kitchen cupboards black but they were done by someone who has NO knowledge of painting, dirty, no primer, no finish. The walls were painted same way, right over dead bugs! They couldn't even clean the wall be fore painting it. Disgusting. Beneath the kitchen sink there was a previous water leak, that eroded the shelf, was never replaced. Even after mentioning the manager(Hailey) even saw for herself! We had a roach problem even after multiple sprays, TERMITE issue. After calling in maintenance orders they couldn't schedule a time or give you a day even. Then I'd have to call back 2 or 3 times to get them come do their job. Constantly changing maintenance workers, only one employee at a time. They owner Hailey is completely unprofessional. Doesn't update the community efficiently shut down the laundry mat with no updates on re openings. This complex will never flourish, they really should do better. $750 a month with I'm unit laundry, 3 floors I mean they can DO BETTER. BE BETTER SUNDIAL. read more

I currently own my own place now and would recommend people to not rent from this place .. I'd sleep in my car or go to a shelter before this .. for some people that are push overs then this place is for u but if u have a back bone like me then run for the wind .. as far as the up keep to the properties there ok with that but.. u have to stay on them and trust once u do any slip ups and u will be getting a 5 day notice .. also sundial has a property on 15 ave and Indian school were they lost the property and forced everyone to move even after they paid there rent they lied on the people living there so that they could leave they served them with a 10 day notice similar to how they did me the last place I lived at with them was 1107 e university dr and let me tell u it's like a prison you are confined to your apartment because the kids are bad as hell and the parents are crack heads who don't pay them no mind what so ever all I can stay is fuck this place if you can do better do it remember we as the community keeps them in business by giving them business ... stop going to them and then looking at are reviews like oh they were right after u then have a eviction on your name with a high bill and no deposit back .. they are white collar criminals and can care less we're u or your family lives or have to go after dealing with them they are really messed up wolves in read more

They will take your security deposit, refuse a final walk through, then charge you an absurd amount for final move out costs/ damages that are not present. The icing on the cake is when they don't communicate with you and then send your final bill to a collections agency instead of having open dialog with you in regards to the damages they made up. Diana Creason of sundial real estate is a slum lord. She doesn't fix things properly. My tiles broke and they were replaced with mismatched tiles. Water was leaking from an upstairs apartment. After the third time a plumber was called. Then the repair man did a half ass patch job that i have to look at everyday. Another apartment had roaches and bed bugs. She doesn't want to spray the whole building because she thinks it's to expensive. Overall I've had a horrible experience with this management company. The only reason I stay living here is because it is cheaper than most places and i am a single mother on a budget. read more

Don't rent from these people. Assigned parking is a joke. I've had to park on the street many times because my neighbors have more cars than spaces even though I only have one. I've even been parked in once. What did the management do? They put up signs that there is no parking and that violators will be towed. When I asked who to call if someone parks me in or parks in my space again, they said to call the police. It's private property. To top it off, I got a note saying I had to be home to get my A/C fixed when it was over 100 degrees but the management had no issue using their key to enter WITHOUT notice and then sent me a letter saying my apartment is dirty and I have 10 days to get it right. I'm sorry I'm a single parent working full time and that I was also a full time student until 3 weeks ago. Yeah, I got behind on chores. I'm trying to get caught up and that means I sort my CLEAN laundry in the living room. I guess that's not allowed. My rent has increased twice since I moved in and I pay it on time every month. You two are gems! But Sundial sucks. Christ, just look at all the reviews! Expect them to suck at communicating with tenants, to suck at responding to complaints about the property, and to send threatening emails to residents about collections when you're all paid up. They will act annoyed and hostile to you the whole time you're a resident with them, as if we are but a burden. Long example: I got a threat of being sent to collections at the end of my stay there because of the last month's rent. I paid that upon move-in with the previous company J&S Properties (who were actually rather kind and wonderful to deal with). I told our Sundial rep about first/last multiple times. It was in my lease. Rep had no idea how to translate the information into some type of standardized memory. When rep finally agreed that I had paid that--though she never actually said Yes to it--rep suddenly forgot again when I moved out and the deposit was owed back to me. Instead, rep sent me a "Deposit Disposition" that threatened me with collections. I emailed back--I was out of the country and couldn't call them--"Hey, I paid this," and attached the move-in check I gave J&S that had all that info on the memo portion. Rep said, "Where in the lease agreement does it say you do not have to pay last month's rent?" I said, "On page 2," and mapped out all the numbers for the rep that the lease mentioned. I contacted J&S about the situation, and was told that they'd been contacted by another old resident who was going through the same scam that they were pulling on me. So I email Sundial again--they still hadn't responded--with the full lease from J&S and told the rep who my point of contact with J&S was and said the rep could talk to them if need be. Do they respond to either of these emails? No. I email rep five days later asking for updates. They just respond with a "Yes," and mention they are going to wait until they send me another deposit disposition. No apology at all. Not even a hint of it. And, that promise form is not sent at all. Two months go by, and I'm back in the country. I look through my pile of mail for their check--nothing there. I email that rep, who says they sent me my money already. I said I do not have it. Kudos, though, for them re-sending this, despite charging me an extra $25 for a "touch-up cleaning fee" and dragged your feet every step of the way to leech out as much money from me as possible. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, SUNDIAL. TO TENANTS: DON'T RENT FROM THEM. TO OWNERS OF PROPERTIES WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY--GO THROUGH J&S. This was my first time renting and it was an awful experience. No one responds to your emails, whenever you call you're put on hold forever. Finding someone to get a hold of was a very difficult process. The house lacked a lot of necessary features that the city of Tempe REQUIRES rentals to have, such as a smoke alarm and peep hole. read more

They get zero stars I rented this place 2522 W Novak Way Phoenix Az from Sundial Real estate February of last year. Soon as I moved in found out about the infestation of scorpions yes I said it! Something that Diana Creason is low down and dirty. She failed to disclose the problem before I signed the lease. So I told her it's the responsibility for pest control since nothing about it is stated in the lease. She email me ie:landscaping read the lease took a photo of the lease, and emailed it back to her. Still nothing in lease, the lease says I can't bring bugs with me to the home..so they should be responsible for theirs. This money grubber who the landlord who doesn't want to get their hands dirty tried to raise the amount of rent to include pest control. The rent is 1, 015.00 I told her hell no. I pay all the utilities and have to pay for landscape, the rent is already to high. I would fight this battle in court because I have small children here and it's dangerous the scorpions blend in with the carpet and come in all sizes as small as a finger nail. I bought all kind of stuff to try to kill them but they just kept coming. So, I asked for a mutual rescission of the lease the owners refused. Now my current situation with the slumlord is an over payment of rent. They get paid by housing every month but because of the holidays the rent was posted as pass due on Sundial Real Estate website where you can pay your bill. On January 6, 2016 I go on the site and see my rent is not paid and pass due. So in fear of additional fees or eviction I pulled out my credit card and was charged 1, 42.00 for a convince fee. A couple of days later I go back on their website and there is a negative balance of 1,15.00 so I called Phoenix Housing and asked if they paid my rent. The secretary said yes we sent a check to them January fourth. So now they have two rent payments! On January 12, 2016 sent a email to Diana Creason for a full refund of my money plus the fees. No response, sent another one threatening to report her business to the BBB and anyone else I can think of. She has no obligation to return my money but do the nasty emails you sent I am return it to you. Still waiting no money or word on when she will return it so I am going to pay the office a visit Friday morning. read more

WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. When me and my boyfriend were looking for an apartment we found one under sundial real estate and we liked it a lot so we called the office to get more information and they said Courtney their manager is out right now but she'll give you a call back, let me leave a message for her. OK so I never got a call back so I called again and same thing happened Courtney's not here right now leave a message to call you back I called probably 10 more times before I finally got someone to help me with this property I was interested in. once they finally helped me I asked if I could actually see the inside of the property and they said yeah of course they will leave the lock box key. So about four times in a row the lockbox key wasn't there even though they said they put it there so I'm almost through the process of getting this apartment and I haven't even seen it finally I was getting a little angry and they finally put the lock box key there So i go inside the apartment and not only are the roaches everywhere but the fridge was completely infested with roaches and that completely completely grossed me out so I asked if we could replace the fridge and they said they would clean it out and that's it. after that I decided I did not want that apartment. so lately me and my boyfriend have been looking for an apartment for his grandma I found one under their company and I thought maybe I'll give it a chance I called multiple times and they kept saying Courtney's not in so give you a call back and I never once got a call back ever this place is stupid real estate company everyone they're stupid and they are they are scamming people it's ridiculous read more

I rented from this company for 9 months and it was a great experience. The apartment had just been redone so it was extremely clean and everything worked properly. The application process was super easy, and I was approved and able to move in right away. Maintenance was always completed when asked, and in a timely manner. The best part was our landlord, Diana, she is awesome and makes sure everything is run well at her properties. Thanks Sundial for making my first rental experience so awesome! read more

wow I just started renting I have 8 more to go . I think we have bed bugs our sink is broken there is a list of things and no one has gotten back to me for our move in repairs . I am just going to move in my 8 months but I di like my apt spite all the repairs and I had people come and spray . I do not wait on any one when it comes to bugs lol read more

(location is set out of the state I live in because I don't care to be contacted by them ever again) Terrible. They don't care about their tenants at all. They are just in it to make money off people. We just moved out of our unit and a day later she was asking about keys because she had already rented the unit to someone else. Our lease allowed us to be in the property until the 31st but we left early because our new place was ready. Had we not left early I still think she would have been demanding us to move out so she could rent it. You will never get a deposit back from these people. Don't bother trying. Our neighbors had their vehicles broken into several times and one of their storage units. Don't rent here. No emergency number for maintenance. One maintenance guy is the owners teenage son who has no idea what he's doing. The other maintenance guy is decent. They are never in the office when you call but they are there depending on what you tell the receptionist. Slumlords for sure. The inside of the units are awful. They don't bother really cleaning them or repairing anything before a new tenant moves in. Side note the mailman sucks here too. I had packages stolen that he said he left at my front door but no one ever saw the packages there. I don't know what else to say about these guys except don't do it. We didn't want to live here but we didn't have an option. Terrible people. read more
