When we got there it was a full house. All the tables were full with people sitting and chatting which speaks to the coziness of it. I tried the banana matcha and the white chocolate mocha. They were both great and I will definitely be going back to try more.

I walk up to the counter and asked for the Mango Sticky Rice and the guy who helped me, idk what his name is had an attitude and was like we're out of it. I'm thinking to myself, sooo if you KNOW you're of something that's popular and on the menu, maybe you should put a sign somewhere stating that it's currently NOT AVAILABLE. Then I had to call back home to let my siblings know that the initial drink they wanted was not available, so they can choose something else and again the guy taking the order wad annoyed. My siblings decided upon the Mangonada with brown sugar boba and the iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha. Unfortunately, brown sugar boba was not available was all out for the day according to the cashier.. but no sign stating that they were sold out. I had to call my siblings again to let them know and ask if they wanted crystal boba as a replacement. To keep the order going while I was calling them, I asked for a mochi waffle and the guy threw his hands up annoyed and was like do you not want the boba for drink? I told the cashier I'll have the crystal boba instead of the brown sugar since it's currently unavailable, and the guy goes with an attitude... soo do you want the crystal boba? I said yess...yes I do. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha was alrightt. It is definitely not all that it is hyped up to be. The drink IMO was just a basic iced matcha with chocolate drizzle on the side of the cup and the pistachio foam that barely tasted like pistachio.

There's a nice indoor area with tables and a couch, real plant vines hang from the ceiling. Through the many clean windows, EG Blvd. can be clearly viewed. There's a courtyard area on either side of the establishment that's well maintained with trimmed trees. There's space between the tables and it doesn't feel so crammed. Soft coffeeshop study music is playing in the background. The workers were friendly and the coffee came out fast even with a line but the sandwiches took over 20 minutes to come out. The coffee and food were at market prices; the sandwiches are larger than normal and easily shareable. Parking was easy thanks to the parking lot next door. The coffee was well balanced with many milk alternatives available and not overly sweet brown sugar or vanilla add-ons. The Turkey Panini was savory, the red bell peppers gave it a kick, and the bread was toasty. The Bacon (turkey) Breakfast sandwich was fluffy and It's refreshing to see this type of vibe in EG.

All the sandwiches were good but the bacon sandwich left a huge impact due to the fluffy eggs. The aioli they put on the sandwiches is amazing. One complaint is that they put so much arugula and some of them are uncooked so it's quite hard to chew and I ended up choking on some of them. Be prepared to wait for your sandwiches though. There's plenty of seatings inside and outside + lots of parking spaces. The cafe is super cute and they even have couches!

Even with that I would call the atmosphere very pleasant and calm. Two of those individuals were working on their laptops so definitely a place where individuals come to potentially do work or crank out a project they may be doing. I was really excited about coming on a day where they had a happy hour special and I definitely took full advantage of it. I got a classic milk tea and got the ube style macaron with it. I will say before I go into the food and drink itself, I was really happy with the person behind the register. She told me it was her very first day at the shop and I was asking these random questions and she was like I don't know but I can go find out for you and I'm like you know what don't worry about it I'm going to just try something at random and see how it goes and she get gold which made me go but it was the best case scenario based on us both not knowing the ins and outs of the menu. The macaron itself was superb. It was not overly sweet, the crunch of the bottom and top were perfect and it definitely melted in your mouth as you savor the taste. My milk tea again I'm a person that enjoys the taste of the tea and the black tea definitely came through which I was really happy about. The one thing that would have really made the tea extremely great for me would have been to be able to change the sweetness level. Again the person behind the register it was her first day so she wasn't sure how to do it so I got it as is but for me it was a little too sweet but again that is my preference. Overall I really enjoyed the space I definitely want to check out the other flavors of macaroons there and just chill out a little more often in this place.

You can either order with the staff or they have a kiosk to order from as well. Staff is super friendly! They let me taste their teas to see what I would like for my tea base drinks. Coffe drinks I tried: 1) Durian coffee -this was one the THE BEST variation of durian coffee that I've tried - liked that the blended the durian flavor in the cream foam and included pieces of fruit -the smell isn't over baring and just enough flavor mixed into the coffee where you don't feel duped, but has a well balance coffee to durian taste 2) Egg coffee -a solid egg coffee!! Would recommend 3) Coconut coffee -this is a blended ice drink -I typically like coconut Vietnamese coffee, however this wasn't the best variation I have as I did wish it was a little sweeter 4) Taro coffee -rather than a cream top like some of their other drinks, this was more of taro paste with bits in the Vietnamese coffee -it wasn't too sweet so had a stronger coffee taste Tea bases: -was told they seep their tea for about 8 hours to give it that strong flavor ! -green tea - usually not a green tea person when it comes to boba drinks (only by itself) since at times the fruit flavor over mask the tea but this place makes it potent -black tea - they say this one it not popular which is a bummer cause I love black tea -herbal tea- good flavor -jasmine - didn't get to try this tea base but I am sure it taste just as good as the others 1) Peach green tea -beyond refreshing! -loved the fruit bits and peach sliced in the drink 2) Lychee green tea -lychee fruit and lychee jelly included! -Loved the strong tea taste with the fruitiness Pandan waffle Durian waffle -both of these were delicious, good flavor and best right away while it is hot! Overall: One of the best Vietnamese coffee places in the area that I enjoy going to. Quality drinks that do not disappoint.

Lovely Vietnamese cafe!…read more We ordered an egg coffee and banana matcha, both good. The interior and seating are cute with a few options to sit. The design is old fashioned yet modern with a digital ordering interface. While the banana matcha was not my taste, the egg coffee was great! The coffee was strong yet good with a pandan waffle side! I anticipated staying up all night and did. This is for those who drink espresso or ca phe sua regularly. The tasty waffle helped balance the caffeine a little. The bathroom is cute and decorated with so much aesthetic, but the downside is no toilet seat covers.
