Came here today for a Gel Manicure and the guy there turned me away because he said its inly 2 people we don't have time. I thought they were ok. My feet were really gross as they were peeling so I decided to go here to get that fixed. Once there, my feet were still all peeled and gross and she didn't give me a base coat. However, it definitely wasn't the worse place I've ever been to. She got the job done and the painting job was nice, but there is definitely room for improvement. My friend got a manicure and she said the color was pretty (which I picked, you're welcome :) ) but the manicure itself was mediocre. If you want a cheep place that gets the job done, definitely go here, but overall it was an okay experience. read more

I asked for oval French tip and this is what I got. The last photo is the reference photo that I showed them (it is my own picture: wearing brown shirt) and is the work of my normal nail salon that charges me $45 AT MOST. I was charged $60 for this mess. He had to redo the French tip three different times and still did an awful job. The nails are PAPER THIN and way too big for my nail beds. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I was extremely disappointed in the their work. 0/10. read more

Lynn was the best! I have been here 3 times this year for Pedicure and from day 1 they have done a phenomenal job. Today however was a little different. Lynn, long hair light color hair lady took care of my pedi. My first time having her as my manicurist. She was nice. Her hands were light on my feet. She was so thorough with everything and I wasn't felt rush. At the end of my pedicure she gave me slippers and told me to wait 5min to have my nails dry. As I was waiting, on my phone she hand me cold bottle water and when it time for me to go I turned around and my shoes I came with were already pack in a plastic bag ++++. The little detail like that for me goes a long way! I felt I was really well taken Care of. From now on I will be asking for her. So on your next Pedi, also ask for Lynn Thank you Lynn! My wife who is Asian went to there business and there's a girl there who looked at my wife like she was under her shoe my wife who normally deal with the male tech name lo wasn't there so she had to deal with this girl she was very rude and asked my wife to put her feet in the tub of water then left her sitting there for almost half hour then when she came back she told her she can't do here toes stated that they were bleeding! My wife looked and found nothing wrong with her toes and especially when they been sitting in soapy water for thirty mins! My wife told her why you just leave me in the water then say you can't do the toes the girl just said she don't want to do them period! And then started talking bad about my wife in Vietnamese language! Surprisingly my wife understood everthing she said! What a racist. B! They should be sued for discrimination! I came to this place on a whim! I needed a new set and a quick wax. Kevin the manager was working on a lady's nails so another woman helped me (I didn't get her name!) At first, I was skeptical bc the tech was adding the acrylic pretty thick but I let her do her thing and I'm glad I did. I ended up with gorgeous almond shaped nails with a beautiful shade of orange gel polish. The shop itself is very minimal and basic but clean and organized. When I got there, it was only me and another woman but eight people came in and some were seen first come first serve. The three employees displayed grace under pressure and were attentive. I originally decided to check this place out, based on the designs that I've seen on IG from Andy. The first time I went there everything seemed decent, my main complaint would be that it's very difficult to speak to anybody, nobody seems like they understand English, nor can you understand anything that's being said to you. On my first time there I asked and the, and showed him a picture of a design I wanted to do for next time. He confirmed that he can do it. Now I go for my second appointment, which was the day before my birthday. The first and second time I used my own acrylic powder, I even have a bag full of nail designs and nail art. Which I never expected to be free, but sometimes I prefer to use my things because I know the quality is good. I asked the price for everything in the beginning of my appointment. Now my nails are done. And the guy who is the receptionist says to me your total is $130. When I ask why, nobody can give me an explanation, or a breakdown of why my nails are $130. I could not understand why are my nails $130, when you used my acrylic powder, my rhinestones, and my stickers. Why is it costing $130????? The receptionist and Andy kept speaking in their language, no matter what they came back and told me nothing made sense, they were trying to fabricate things as they went along. All of the sudden my regular fill is $50, but the first time my fill was $25 and there was nothing done different. And they made all kinds of excuses, writing things down on a piece of paper still not explaining nothing. It turned into an argument and was by far the worst experience I ever had. You gave me prices in the beginning of my appointment, and then at the end of my appointment you were charging me triple the amount you told me from the beginning. Then they want to argue with you cuss at you. and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I believe they pretend that they don't know how to speak English so at the end of your appointment they can just fabricate any amount, and not explain why you need to pay that much. Nobody could believe that they wanted to charge me $130 for my nails. Well they won't be scamming me from my money. read more
