The floral person left for the day, the item I wanted was sold out ( should of updated on the app I used, but didn't ) and a manager unwilling to make a customer happy and make the best floral arrangement possible in my price point. No ribbon no extra bear grass nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and although they did give us a two dollar discount the flowers were fully bloom so they were getting ready to die anyway, but I was stuck when I had to do the best thing I could with what I had, but if I was there, I would've chewed that Manager up one side and back down the other. I would guess she had the attitude " sorry, not sorry "

I went up to order dessert and the same older woman was not very personable while taking my order. Overall the food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, but the interaction with the older woman changed our experience. We may or may not try it again. And the dessert was fantastic.
