Warby Parker charges just under $100 for most of their glasses and it includes high quality lenses. They have a 30 day no questions asked Return policy and 6 month scratch protection. I've had warby glasses for years and have really liked them. I've been less impressed with their sunglass style and value. I'm not likely to continue getting sunglasses from warby.

I received an email about a week after the purchase that the lab was being updated or remodeled and my glasses were delayed. Then I received another mail stating they were still delayed because they had a lab that wasn't open. Then I received another email telling me they no longer had the frame and would not be restocking the frame. Now I'm over 5 weeks without the sun glasses. I responded to the email asking which excuse was correct. Are they delayed due to the lab or are they no longer able to get the frame. I asked if they could get the frame from one of the stores and they said no. I got in my car and drove another hour back to the store and the store still has the very frame on display. I showed them the frame and asked why it's still on the shelf and they couldn't say. This has been my 1st experience with Warby Parker and I don't plan on using them again.

I'm a repeat LensCrafters customer, but I was unaware of their partnership with Macy's. I chose this particular location because they had a specific frame I wanted in stock. Appointment set up was consist with any stand alone LensCrafters, via the website. The optometrist was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The store clerk was equally friendly and informative. Since I'd been there before, the process was expedited. She even informed me that my initial frame choice didn't support prescription lens. I was quickly able to find a comparable frame. The only issue: the duration to complete my glasses was slightly longer than expected based on my experience with other LensCrafters. It took 9 business days. This isn't really an issue, if you're patient. The fame selection was also limited.

I haven't worn contacts in over 2 years so she suggested 2 choices since I wear progressive glasses. The first pair of contacts she gave me, I exchanged after a day but they were really the best for me. She let me try 2 different pairs over a few days and she was right about the first pair. I will purchase the ones she recommended. Would definitely recommend her and the services offered. This was my 3rd exam this year and she said this exam prescription was totally different from what I had. Walgreens Optical is very affordable, no surprise at payment time. The only set back for me was that it takes up to 2 weeks to receive glasses and I'm from out of state. I would have to return to Chicago which I would love to but I'll wait.

So I came into the store looking for something very specific...they ended up not having it but I…read morecouldn't initially find anyone who worked there because all the employees were too busy socializing with one another-I actually thought they were other fellow customers. They looked sloppy and they dressed like someone hanging out with their friend's basement on a Saturday night or better yet hitting local garage sales on a Saturday. I finally realized when the sales girl actually went back to folding clothing and after she asked another gentleman who was closer in age to her if he needed help that she worked at the store. There was also another sales girl who spent more time flirting then actually helping customers. So the folding girl sales person was worthless so I finally found a nice gentleman who I had not seen initially who was able to speak intelligently about the products I pulled. I ended up buying a pair...the pair that I bought were not any cheaper than on the Oakley site (they were the exact same price) but that is okay because when I go to the Premium Outlets I go there looking for specific items rather than a deal and I find most stores are using their Outlets more as a place to sell things at regular prices with a few "outlet" type items thrown in. They got one star for having stuff at the store. The got another star for the stellar guy who helped me. They lost 3 stars for the idiotic sales girls who are not worth the minimum wage they get paid-fire them and get some good sales people.
