The receptionist was so nice and was able to fit me in within 2 days. I love that the office has plenty of free street parking and is so easy to get to. The front office staff, Ruzanne, was so friendly and kind! I had my son with me and she made sure to make us both feel welcome. When they called me in, Dr. Luiza was so attentive and knowledgable. She explained to me which tooth had broken, what happens inside the mouth and gums when this happens, and how to take care of my teeth better for the future. The trouble of finding a dentist and establishing care elsewhere was something I kept putting off. Not just me, my wife as well, who is normally really on top of it. She actually found and made the appointments. First visit is a little longer, all the X-rays and imaging need to get done. They have all the new tech to make the process faster. Went on with my cleaning and was out within 2 hours. Dental staff were all very pleasant. All future appointments already scheduled. Back on track with dental care :) NOTE: If you park in the neighborhood off Magnolia, be sure to check the posted signs. Good thing I checked because it's not just the normal one day a week for street cleaning. By the Optum building where they are located, from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri parking is by permit. Be on the lookout for those signs and avoid parking there.

There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.
