First and foremost, I want to say thank You from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Dr Ida Sahakians. From the receptionist who always made sure to remind me of my upcoming appointments. She was always polite, and addressed all of my questions and concerns with the utmost level of professionalism. To her assistant who made sure I was comfortable during my procedure, took care of all my dental X-rays (hope I'm saying that part right), and if I had any questions she was very patient with me and all of my concerns. I mean...what can I say. The entire staff is on point, everyone there does their job and they do it exceptionally well. They dot every i and cross every T. Nothing is missed or forgotten. All of the ladies who assistance Lora and Dr Diana. Thank you as well. Sorry for biting one of your fingers. To Dr. Lora and Dr Diana. I can't thank you both enough. They literally helped turn my frown upside down. I wasn't able to smile for about 20 plus years. I hated every picture I was in. I was self conscious and honestly it really messed with my self esteem. If you're looking for a new Dentist. Stop looking don't waste any more of your time. Regardless of what your questions and concerns are.....they'll all be met. They knew I was concerned about how I'd be taking care of my bill and Dr Lora and her assistant at the front desk helped me figure everything out. I've been to other dentists where once the procedure was done their primary concern was payment. But not here. Dr Lora and Dr Diana both made sure I wasn't in any pain, and all of the exceptional work they did for me was finished without a single issue. Also. I have to say this again....Dr Lora , whenever she had to administer any shots of novocaine she NEVER ONCE STRUCK A NERVE. I had to get some work done and it took about 6 hours. I had just came in after work. I fell asleep while Dr Lora took care of my busted grille. The entire time I was asleep she never ever poked or hit one of my nerves. Do you know how much skill that takes. All of my Previous dentists suuuuuucked. They sucked. It was always a painful hellish experience. And I hated the very idea of going to the dentist. Everyone that works for and alongside Dr Ida is exceptional at their job. The ladies at Dr Idas are masters of their craft. I'm beyond satisfied with the outcome. Once they finished And handed me a mirror I swear it was perfection....also I think someone was cutting onions in the next room or something because my eyes got a bit watery. . . I've had the same barber for the last 22 years. I think it's safe to say it's going to be the same type of situation at Dr. Idas. Now if I can only find a doctor as good as my dentist. Usually, I don't write bad reviews, but I am very hurt and disrespected by the front desk workers and this person that calls himself manager. VERY unprofessional in their job. I have no complaints about the dentist, Aida Sahakian. She is great, and she knows what she is doing. I got a call from this lady from the front desk demanding a payment on a tooth that is not complete, yet I understand I missed appointments and couldn't reschedule for about a year. The way they were talking to me was unbelievable. Asking me to pay the fee for the tooth that is ready which has not yet been placed in my mouth. I had an amazing experience every single time. Which as everyone knows is quite difficult to find in any office let alone a dentist's office. The receptionists are incredibly nice and help you with everything before even going to the office to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. I think I'm finally ready to settle down with one dental office, I've found the one! I think I'm on my fourth visit and it's always a pleasure. Friendly appointment reminders the day before via text message. Love that detail. Friendly and easy check in. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be examined. I believe today was my first cleaning with Dr. Laura P. The prior done by Dr. Aida. Seamless transition with these two...efficient, thorough, professional...shall I continue? Haha They got the skilled hands that make for a gentle but effective cleaning. This place is heaven!!! I was terrified and avoided the dentist for over 10 years!! Until I came here, the staff is incredible the doctors are the most amazing and caring dentists I have ever met!!! I had to provide an update with my experience with Dr. Laura Pogosyan. It comes without surprise that Dr. Pogosyan is just an incredible as Dr. Sahakian. She is so gentle and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entirety of your treatment. Even more importantly for someone with a busy schedule like myself, she is very efficient! My appointment was at 4:00 p.m. and I was finished with my cleaning and was out of the office by 4:30 p.m. My waiting time in the front prior to being seen was less than 5 minutes (AMAZING!). I called about a month ago looking to book an appointment at this place. I gave them my insurance info. I have a PPO in my general health insurance but unbeknownst to me at the time my dental plan was an HMO. But the receptionist after I gave her my insurance info said they were in network and set me up with an appointment. Normally when a doctors office sets you up with an appointment I would believe that means an appointment is expected but apparently I was wrong. I called earlier today to check on the status of the appointment and they said they can't see me and I have to make an appointment at another dentist. Confused, I asked why the receptionist I called a month ago and gave my insurance info to said they took my insurance and made an appointment. Why on earth would you schedule an appointment with someone who you can't see as a patient? The receptionist never gave me a straight answer on this and repeated that I had an HMO and couldn't see them. I called my insurance and verified it, but considering the fact that I literally gave the insurance info to the last receptionist she should have TOLD ME they couldn't see me so that way I wouldn't have wasted my time making an appointment for a dentist I can't see. Edit: oh looks like they replied to me. While yes it was true I was mistaken and did think I had a PPO instead of an HMO, I DID give the receptionist I initially called my full insurance number. It's not my fault she didn't check it and see that it wasn't a PPO. That's why I gave her the group # and member ID. She should have been able to look it up and see that it was in fact not a PPO and could have told me. This whole thing could have been avoided if the first receptionist did her job properly looked up the plan and informed me she couldn't schedule the appointment read more

A few days ago I had an emergency and I called Dr. Aida Sahakian's dental office and the front desk ladies were so kind and understanding that the girls gave me an appointment right away even know they told me I might have to wait because they have a full day schedule.
