Services were good the first couple time and then a steady significant decline. The ladies are nice…read morehowever they have no problem packing human bodies in their tiny space like sardines. The male nail tech seems disgruntled and is low vibrational. The last 3 times he did my nails they either chipped, smudged or 1 nail completed fell off. It's a shame because he has potential to be an excellent nail tech if he can put his ego to the side and learn how to serve his clients. After giving me a new nail set at my last fill in appointment he told me my next appointment will be a new set: I told him no way. They seem to view their clients as walking ATMs--it's an uncomfortable feeling: They constantly badger you to do new sets, gel mani-pedis or expensive "spa" pedicures even after you've told them specifically the kind of services you want/prefer--it's more "them" focused than client focused. Btw,I was never thanked for my $20-$25 tips --ever. This last appointment took the cake--nail tech dude nicked my skin with his super sharp nail tool and blamed MY skin for "growing too close to the nail". This happened after leaving me under the fan for 15 minutes while he enjoyed a phone conversation right in front of me--so I knew it was because he wasn't paying attention--he seems resentful of his customers and unhappy to do this kind of work. When I arrived for my appointment (no such thing really because they treat everyone as a walk-in) he and a young girl didn't move to seat me, I had to ask them if they were working today in order to mobilize them--mind you I was the only customer. That said, I won't be back. I'm big on customer service and positive energy and I pay well for it, but it's not to be found there.

I got gel removed off my toes and a full set. I gave her inspo for the full set, and she said she could do it. She could not. Sooo I tried to make it easier and just asked for French with the colors we already selected.... Mmmmm not giving. Let me show you what I asked for and then how it turned out.... Then say your nails are sensitive They talk about customers, they were laughing and pointing when I asked for a soak off. Don't go here Ik it's convenient & they used to be kind but def don't like customers that may give any sort of suggestion/corrections. UPDATE: But WAIT the owner reached out about me not "telling the truth". Because she didn't want to rectify the problem I'm here to show you our nails "that we apparently did not tell the truth about". That's what our nails looked like after 4 to 5 days. Go to LeeLee's salon in downtown if you need something cleaner and more professional!

Pros: quality work at a good price. Loved my set and it was only $75! Especially for an airbrush style. let's see how long it lasts. There was a lot of space and chair for services. Equipment looked up to date and well kept. Cons: I waited a bit (maybe 30 mins) before i got in a chair. I was a walk-in so it could have been worse. The nail tech, Peter, was accommodating whenever I had a critique. He nicked me once but it wasn't too bad. Overall a good experience and I would come back.

Very good experience at Azaela City for my pedicure. I walked in and my nail tech, Yoselin was…read morewaiting for me at the door. I was able to pick my color and head right to the chair. The chairs and ottomans they have are so comfortable! I immediately felt relaxed. This was my first dry pedicure, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was still very relaxing and I loved the scrub and hot towels. The space is also very cute. Simple colors but very sleek and modern. I was able to grab street parking right our front , but I can see parking being difficult on a busy day.

While the salon has a great atmosphere, I am unsatisfied with the quality of work. I got a standard…read moregel manicure at this salon. My nail tech was quick and on time. However, I do not know if I would bother coming back again due to a few reasons, but I would not try the same tech again. One, I noticed after the appointment that I had two cuts on separate cuticles from the tech trimming them back. Additionally, each of my cuticles were not given the same amount of attention. One particular finger stands out with the gap between the gel and my new growth being larger than the rest. I am aware that perhaps my nails grow unevenly, but I've gotten my nails done before and never had this issue so I think it's still worth noting. I also left the salon with unnoticed gel under my nail that I had to chisel off later. Lastly, at exactly the one week mark, the gel on one nail started lifting. That particularly upsets me because I'm worried about moisture and bacteria getting trapped so I had to remove the gel much sooner than anticipated. I work a desk job and genuinely don't do much with my hands so I am confident it wasn't anything I did. Overall, for $60, I expected better. I am honestly most disappointed because I was willing to support a salon with their values. Lastly, parking at the co-op is no longer free and hasn't been for at least a month. I wish their website would be updated.

They don't take appointments on Fridays so you just gotta call to see what the wait is like or just have sheer luck with impeccable timing. I ended up with sheer luck on the impeccable timing. There were only two people working, a man and I woman, I assume they're the owners. While there were just two people working that may be because there's only two pedicure chairs and three pedicure stations. The polish selection is slim so I would suggest bringing your own color if possible. Also the pedicure chairs don't recline nor do the massage features work. The two individuals working were both nice. The woman did my pedicure while the male did my nails. Keep in mind I got a basic manicure and pedicure so I wasn't requiring much. I was satisfied with the job done and would consider going back. Just be careful with your timing on a Friday, you could be in for a long wait.

I had gotten long dipped nails a week ago from another place and it was just too impractical to keep. I wanted them removed and do shellac instead but they don't do shellac so I settled for gel. My technician suggested I just do an overlay and get the tips cut. He was meticulous and careful and I am so happy that I didn't have to get a new gel set! In total, the overlay was only $25. Well worth it! I will be back. Tip: since there is only two technicians, highly suggest appointments. I came at a good time as when I left, two people were already waiting.
