They have coffee and water at the front. Then we were taken back to a small changing room and put robes on. You want as much of your skin as possible in order to absorb the salt air. You then go lay in a lounge type chair for 45 minutes and relax. It was so soothing and interesting. I was expecting a sauna vibe but it was room temperature and peaceful. Definitely returning!!
