They would not answer my phone calls or text messages, left me hanging to scramble and find another pool maintenance company. I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. We needed some cleanup work done on our pool before the start of the season. We needed our Rick…read morefeature repaired and repainted, a new light wired, the tile bead blasted and pool acid washed and a new vacuum. They came out, gave us a quote we were happy with and started the work on schedule. All of the work performed was done well and on time. The new vacuum, however, was a different story. First they took our old hose and attached it to the new vacuum and left it in the pool hoping I wouldn't notice. I sent a text to the tech and asked where the box for the vacuum was with the new hose, instructions, warranty card and other attachments that the unit was sold with. He sent back a text saying that the vacuums don't come in a box with hoses, etc. and offered me a digital copy of the instructions (note that they also asked to take my old vacuum off of my hands for me too which I'm guessing they rebuild and sell to unknowing customers as new) When I called the office they said that the owner would come out with a brand new unit the next day. While I did end up with the new eventually, the owner never came by to discuss. While the majority of the job they did was wonderful, the shady vacuum situation ruined our impression of the company as a whole.
