My family loves a good brunch but we don't love a long wait. Thankfully, we have Sunny's Dinner in town. This place is a good size with a lot of tables. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes to get a table. The service is alright and the people are friendly enough. The food here is casual. Very much in the spirit of a diner. You'll find a good selection of your typical brunch options from all things eggs to burgers. The portions are large. You will not leave hungry. Overall a good value and a good place to keep in your brunch rotation.

I ate breakfast at this diner while on my Oregon Vacation and was very pleased. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Looking for a quick and convenient nearby spot for breakfast and gave this place a try. As you walk in they have fresh baked bread and monster size cinnamon rolls available for purchase to take home. Server greeted me and took my order. Food came quickly. Got the biscuits and gravy. I liked the biscuits but something was OFF with the gravy. I just didn't like the sausage they use in it. Huge portions though, I couldn't finish it. Inside is clean and modern and this is a HUGE restaurant. Solid choice despite my disappointment with the gravy.

Everything you would want from a diner: - Big portions - Reasonable prices - Endlessly refilled coffee Came here for a breakfast and left barely able to move - which is a great thing! I love a good country ham as a breakfast meet and of course a biscuit is the cherry on top. Or rather, marionberry, of which I spread tons of butter and marionberry jam all over that biscuit. Coffee was a good cup of brown, and our server made sure our table of caffeine fiends was satisfied. Great crisp on the hashbrowns, you can tell their doing wonders on that griddle. Whole experience was great top to bottom and they had some great baked goods if you wanted to take something out as well! I would've absolutely taken something if I wasn't on my way to get donuts.

    I. Am. So. Full. Like absolutely full. The ambiance and decor was so nice. It smelled amazing, the crowd was busy. Absolutely a delight of a place. A welcome surprise to the normally quiet shopping center. We had no idea what we wanted and the waitress was so helpful in helping us decide. We ordered a meal each + 1 for the kiddo for the 2 littles to share. Food came out nice and quick and HOT. Steaming. It was great. We dug in and by the time we left (with leftovers to spare), our food was still hot! It was so good. Will definitely come back, but might take the split charge fee since the servings were too big for just us.

Loved this spot. The food was delicious, I got the huevos rancheros and it was very spicy which I loved. Their French toast were also delicious, they make their own bread so that's what they used for the French toast. They also make their own ginormous cinnamon roll. Service was good, waitress was very attentive. Ambiance was nice, very mellow. Definitely a favorite breakfast spot from now on.

Food portions were ginormous. Everything tested fresh and homemade. I got the "everything but the sink" omelette. It didn't disappoint! Though it was loaded with lots of different things, lit all worked well together. The server was friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10 recommend for a nice, quiet and laidback morning meal. Also, love the backyard (Midwest) BBQ vibes inside :)

Such delicious food! Amazing service, big serving sizes. Ambiance is causal, cozy and all around happy. Our server took great care of us throughout the meal. We love coming here with our families!

Kitchen sink omelette. Great! Big! Omelette.

Food is great! Big portions, decent prices, fresh ingredients. Get the bread for sure! Not weird ingredients, just the good stuff making great bread! Service was THE BEST! Very attentive but not intrusive. Quick, friendly, and courteous. Excellent service! Ambiance was very calm. Well laid out, not cramped, you could hear others but not so much we couldn't hear ourselves. Decent music. Even took a loaf of bread home, (the stuff is awesome!). Can't wait to go back for the burgers. They have a ONE POUND BURGER PATTY! I am so trying that thing. Thank you Sunny's for doing it right. Keep it up and you'll go far. And. Whatever you're paying your people, they deserve more. Great crew!!

Sunny's Diner is a gem! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and portion sizes are gigantic. It's a breakfast and lunch place only, and their menu is breakfasts and sandwiches/burgers/salads and a few other items. They also make their own bread which is fresh and tasty. Also giant cinnamon rolls and biscuits to go! I tried the patty melt on my first visit and it's huge, and appropriately greasy. Not my fave patty melt but I am kinda picky. I've had their club sandwich and it was excellent, and I couldn't finish it either. Breakfast they do fast and well. French toast made from their cinnamon swirl bread (wish they had real maple syrup tho) was great. Bacon came crispy as ordered. Eggs done right. You really can't go wrong here! They kept our coffee cup filled without asking and checkout on their little device was fast and convenient. Two thumbs up!

Great friendly service, nice atmosphere a little pricy but you will definitely get your moneys worth. We will go back for sure

Well, sadly I think this restaurant needs to improve on not only the flavors of their food but the quality and the menu description. We were looking forward to the Bloody Mary but it has such little flavor we had to add Worcestershire, salt and pepper to get it to pop a little. I'm thinking the vodka was misplaced with water. The cinnamon toast has some cinnamon sprinkled but very little. Maybe times are tight so they are being skimpy but the prices do not reflect what you would expect to receive.

I think 2-3 per person is more than enough. I myself am good with two to myself, but we always get a few more so we can try more flavors. We got a few to go and my favorite was definitely the spicy sausage. The cream cheese danish was also phenomenal. The eggs inside were also super soft and not over cooked. I do wish they had a slightly bigger menu, while there were a number of kolaches, it really seemed to just be different combinations of egg, cheese, and some breakfast protien (sausage, bacon, etc.). So one is just egg, then another is egg and cheese, another is sausage, egg, and cheese, then just sausage and egg, etc. All the different combos make it seem like there's a lot, but the real flavor options didn't vary a ton. But I will 100% be back, as it's a great grab and go breakfast options that's super delicious.

But i'm going to do it anyways-- Some of my family members and I had just came in for lunch. We decided to sit inside since it was a lot cooler and pretty empty inside. Basically-- there were less than 5 tables being occupied inside, and all our food took an incredibly long time to come out after ordering. Some of us got some things off the lunch menu which included an appetizer. Some ordered the miso soup and since they did not have lemongrass clam chowder, i opted for the asian salad. When both apps came out, the miso soup color looked very displeasing. First off, it was green which isn't a normal miso paste color at all and just tasted like seaweed water. No flavor whatsoever. I got my asian salad which didn't look fresh at all after waiting more than 10 minutes for it already. On top of that, there was nothing asian about it, except the crumbs of raw instant ramen on top, which I felt was almost lightweight racist? There were so many different ways to make an asian salad for example, mandarin slices with wontons crisps, a sesame dressing etc. but it just felt like a prepackaged bag of salad that was also brown around the edges and they just sprinkled raw instant noodles crumbs on top to make it "asian". I deff felt some type of way about that, but I didn't bring it up at the end of the day because that's too much critique to do when we're just trying to have a meal.
