We left to browse other dealerships who gave us really good deals but found the next day that Honda could match what we were looking to work with. That was where Martha came into play. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and just straight-up nice and pleasant to talk with. She kept this temperament even after we stayed past closing time, and although we didn't pull the trigger right then and there, assured us we could reach out to her or Austin anytime. We pulled the trigger on my boyfriend's new car Monday morning. Martha was super flexible with scheduling an appointment and sticking true to the deal she had given us a few days prior. Rod was the employee that helped us with the car's paperwork, making sure we knew all our options as far as warranty, gap, etc. Even this stayed true to Austin's comment of "no pressure" and we walked outta there with what worked best for my boyfriend.
