Got some oreo brulee boba and brown sugar boba. Really liked both. The oreo one was surprisingly good. 50% sugar was sweet enough for me.
Suggested by a friend after lunch! Never tried it but the pistachio cheese foam was great! I don't see pistachio drinks very often so it makes me happy to see it. Can only order digitally, no clerks. The staff focuses on orders and they work fast.
This was my first time ever going to this particular Boba spot and goodness did we ever beat the rush!! There's only three tables inside, so we got lucky that there was an open table, as we ordered from the kiosk, drink makers were quickly in the back, preparing everything. The drinks came in rather quickly, and the music was upbeat. Seats weren't as comfortable as they could be, but I'm sure at this Boba shop they want you coming and going. Hee The only other thing I would complain about is the neon LED lights. Lol that's more just my problem because I have a sensitivity to Lite as I was playing catch-up with a good friend, my eyes hurt though. Lol probably because it was later in the evening and we stayed for two hours! Lol. My Lilikoi lite she drink was delicious with green tea, I forget the exact name though! Oops! I will definitely be back to get another drink, though!
My go to boba spot - quality is always consistently good no matter which location I go (have been to several in SoCal and this one in NorCal). The drinks never taste artificial or like they're made from powders - always super fresh. This location has a huge parking lot so no need to worry about that. You order on a screen at the kiosk and can wait in the 2-3 tables or benches they have for indoor seating. Came this time on a Monday around 6:45pm and only two drink orders ahead of us. They also text when your drink is ready if you want to wait in the car, or you can order ahead for pickup. For a non caffeinated pick me up, I got the mango yakult and my friend got the matcha oolong. I got 25% sweetness for the mango yakult but the drink was still fruity and tarty from the mango puree. My friend's matcha oolong was earthy and a perfect blend of both flavors. I have yet to find a drink here that I dislike - can't go wrong with any!
This is one of my favorite boba spots! The milk teas are very creamy and delicious, the tea is fragrant, and the boba is sweet and chewy. I usually order online for pickup and drinks are typically ready in 5-15 min depending on how busy they are. This Sunnyvale location has a couple tables to sit down but I have always just taken my drink to go. Highly recommend!
I've been coming here since high school and I never took the time to give this place that review that it deserves :0 Sam made an amazing recommendation today since I wanted to try something new! The Mango chamoy frosty is definitely delicious and reminds me of those bomb Mexican mangonadas I've had in Cancun shout out to her for being spot on and super face during the most busiest of hours ! Alondra & Alison also did a great job greeting me and answering all my questions as well as my friends! They definitely help keep the place bright and sunny with how clean and well maintained the space is at first notice! Definitely glad to see these three working here since their speediness helps to get dozens of orders out in just a few minutes! I didn't even noticed how packed the place was until everyone left after their order in less than 5 minutes !
Came by for the first time today with my sister. We ordered online. They were so busy we waited for a while before asking for the drinks and turned out they had been made. lol. Pretty casual hangout place with a few tables and chairs if you want to hang out. 5 stars for their mango tea. I tasted the mango as well as the tea aftertaste without being too overwhelming. I think I will have to come back to try other drinks.
This is the first time I prefer fruit tea and no real orange slices inside!! Also very little boba on boba tea too. Is this the reason their business getting slow??
Great boba place in Sunnyvale! Tried it for the first time today. I decided to go with the recommended sweetness level for both drinks, and I was a bit worried since they were both set at 100%. But both drinks turned out to be perfectly sweet. The fruit tea was the best I've had in a while, and the boba coffee was excellent too. I'll definitely be coming back to try more drinks!
It is very popular for a reason! You can get milk tea with a nice, strong tea flavor here, or you can get very sweet honey boba that does have a sweet aftertaste. They do have cute plushies and anime promos seasonally. Also, the cool cat seems to bring luck indeed.
Sunright , boba chain from socal, has been one of the boba shops on my rotation in the bay for a while. I would say I go here when Im craving something on the sweeter, less tea forward side. They specialize more on specialty mixed drinks like their creme brulee drinks and blended fruit tea drinks. Again emphasis that the drinks here are made very sweet, if you would like a general sweetness level I recommend getting 75% sweet, maybe even 50%. My typical order (also what I think is like a better version of the omomo bruleedrink) is their matcha milk tea, less ice, house milk, added cremebrulee and oreo toppings, 75% sweet. We also tried their new jasmine drink with pistachio foam top, thought it was very refreshing , not too sweet. Pistachio top didnt taste artificial, nutty flavor went well with the jasmine tea, would order again! This location was just recently renovated, love the new space, feels much more bright and spacious, they even have a few small table for seating now. Also they have a rewards program through toast, which you can also use to order ahead . Even if you dont have jt downloaded, as long as you put your phone number in when you order, you are earning points towards discounts for future orders. Service is always friendly and efficient. Overall highly recommend if you are in the area!
One of my favorite boba places in Sunnyvale area. They have the new pistachio cream line. Got the viral Dubai chocolate frostie. Chose the house milk at 75% sweetness. It was a perfect treat on a warm day. It was a nice swirl of dark chocolate frostie with pistachio cream. Didn't taste the pistachio that much though. It also had a little biscoff crumble and crispy noodles.
Atmosphere: The boba shop had a bright lighting, big space for crowds although not enough seating. This was not an issue for my friend and I, although for bigger groups it might be. Service: Our drinks came out pretty quick! There were minimal interactions as we ordered through a kiosk. Food/Drinks: I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba with regular sugar and ice level and it was the most basic, to say the least, drink I've had at Sunright. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, but I tasted more milk than black tea so in all, I ordered milk. No other taste to it. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Everything was clean, maintained and had a cute IG worthy decor for people like me. (camera drinks first!) Wait Time: I waited about 5-7 minutes for my drink. So that's a big plus! But I wouldn't mind extra time for a better drink. Value: The average price for boba is around $7-$8 so this priced a little under $7 ($6.25) Overall Experience: Overall, it was a solid experience. Not sure if I'd come back every week since I could find a better jasmine drink someplace else, but definitely a great place for a casual hangout.

Ordered online and drinks were ready before the estimated time. Super glad I could order online because the line was long. Got the white peach oolong with cheese with less ice and 25% sweet. It was refreshing and fragrant. The cheese foam added creaminess without being overpowering. My friend got the crisp plum four seasons. Although it wasn't salty, it did remind us of salted plum. Not quite the refreshing drink that was expected, but at least it wasn't salty. read more

Good tea but longggg wait. It was super crowded, kinda pricy for tea. Probably waited 30ish minutes.. Worth if the line isn't too long!! -got grapefruit jasmine 75% sweet, more tea than fruity (which was nice!) read more
We went to sunright tea right after getting some chicken with some friends and it was much needed. The shop is conveniently placed in a plaza with plenty of parking and ordering drinks is done through an iPad that's self serve. The drinks come from the side based on order of paid customers. I ordered the strawberry milk boba which is only available on the kids menu. I was craving something milky and remembered I really like the banana milk from boba guys. I'd say the strawberry milk is right up there with fruit flavored milk. It's super refreshing and light. Highly recommend this spot! It fits right in with the top places for boba on my list. read more
Not sure about all the hype, but personally not my favorite bubble tea spot. There's always a long line, so thanks to fellow yelpers, do order online ahead of time so you don't need to wait. We've tried the Jasmine milk tea with honey bubbles, Oreo milk tea. The Jasmine milk tea didn't have much Jasmine tea flavor, all I tasted was milk.... The bubbles were fine, chewy, but not too sweet. My child liked Oreo milk tea, but then again, what child doesn't like Oreos lol it's quite expensive for bubble tea and I'm not blown away by it. So unless my kid requests the Oreo milk tea again, I prob won't come back. read more
Was in the area and looking for boba. Ample parking, once I reached the store, super long lines to place orders on the kiosk. There is a sign saying that you can order via phone to cut down on wait times but my cell reception sucked. The line went pretty quick. We ordered the mango frosty with boba, strawberry frosty with boba, the strawberry green tea with boba and the the blueberry yakut with agar boba. The wait for the drinks were not bad at all. The mango frosty was delicious with the warm and chewy boba as well as some sort of pudding in there. The strawberry jasmine tea was yummy as well. The blueberry yakult is their seasonal series. Very light and refreshing, I opted for the agar boba but if I've known that the boba was fresh, warm and chewy, would definitely get that. Love that nice yellow theme in the store as well as the take out bags. read more

Was craving tea and someone still had space after ayce hot pot at Seapot and Sunright was right down the street! The blueberry frostie was sooooo satisfying and refreshing! Been craving it again already! It was pretty packed and busy even though it was an hour til closing. So it's pretty popular. There was a wait for the kiosk and there was a bit of a wait for the drinks bc of the amount of people. But it was definitely worth the wait! Will definitely be back! read more

This is currently my favorite boba place. From my first time here, I've stayed loyal to one drink only - cream pudding milk tea. Their drinks are on the sweeter side, so I recommend lowering the sweetness! My go-to settings are 25%, light ice, and no toppings. Sweet enough for my liking. I hope in the future they might serve the pudding differently. It's just at the bottom in one whole piece. It would be nice not to have to stab it multiple times to make it easier to drink. You can order ahead of time on Toast as the wait can be ridiculously long! Fyi, be cautious when parking your car here, the parking spaces are a little tight and it is so easy to back into someone if you're parked on the horizontal spaces. read more
Easy to DoorDash and lots of options. Boss continues to be on the quest to find the best Oreo and or brûlée milk tea- this one ranks pretty high on his list. I opted for fruit tea and it did not disappoint. The boss could have benefitted from a spoon to be able to scrape the sides and get the caramel. Will be back to explore the menu. This is my go-to spot for boba! All their drinks are well made and consistent! My favorite would have to be the Matcha Oolong MT and the White Peach Oolong MT. I normally get them with honey boba. The honey boba texture is more firm and "full"compared to the regular boba. My only wish is for Sunright to open until 10 because they close at 9 everyday. read more

My order listed below, Sunright Boba Milk Tea ($4.95) - Like a classic milk tea. Their boba made the drink good! I prefer their regular boba over the honey boba. Brûlée Oat Latte w/ Jasmine ($5.65) - Very creamy and you can kind of taste the creme brûlée on the side of the cup. I added extra creme brûlée but tbh I couldn't really taste it as much. Oreo Brûlée Boba w/milk ($5.65) - Creamy and sweet! This has to be my fav drink at this place so far! I can taste the Oreos and I was able to taste the brûlée puff cream on the side of the cup. A fan favorite! I love getting sunright tea studio and it's at such a good location. Although the parking lot is extremely busy, the tea is worth the hassle. I don't think I have had a drink that's disappointed. I have tried so many and have also consistently gotten the same drink as well. The consistency across different days, times etc have been amazing and surprising. During peak hours, there's been only minor changes on the drinks. I love the online ordering system and it makes it so easy and convenient! I also like that to get drinks, you are grabbing from a team member to avoid people grabbing the wrong order/drink. You can really not go wrong with any of the drinks. My "I don't know" drink has been their boba milk tea but my recent favorite has been the cream pudding milk tea! However, make sure to get the pudding milk tea at 50% sweet or less, otherwise the drink will be too sweet with the silky smooth pudding. If I'm feeling a niche taste--the grapefruit frosty. The grapefruit frosty is a little sweet and a little sour so it's surprisingly tasty and refreshing! It's a drink for a little out-there tastes. The mango frosty with jasmine green tea jelly is a solid mango flavor. Make sure to order ahead if you're getting a blended drink! It take upwards of 30min for them. All the fruit teas and yakult drinks have been extremely refreshing and quenching. Overall, sunright is one of my favorites and I love bringing people here! read more
This has been my go to boba place the past few weeks! I have tried this place many times in SoCal but wasn't aware that they had one in the Bay Area. I brought my fiancé here and he is now addicted to their drinks! His usual is the orange yakult with the recommended sweetness and I have tried a lot of their drinks which are all pretty good. My most favorite is their sunright fruit tea with 50% sweetness. Their honey boba has always been consistent which is why I've been consistently coming back! read more

Sunright is a boba joint that I would never go out of my way to drive to, but if I was already in the area then I would definitely stop by if I'm craving something to drink. Sometimes when I come there's a line but it moves really fast and I've discovered a little hack where you could just order your drink online instead of waiting in line. I did this when there were about maybe 8 groups ahead of me in line to order, and after putting my online order I got a text maybe 7 minutes later saying my drink was ready(although they estimated a 15 minute wait). I think my favorite here is their Strawberry Matcha Latte, the strawberries make this cream drink super refreshing and add a perfect level of sweetness! I recently tried their Ceylon Oat Brulee Latte and it was so delicious, I was scared it would be a heavy drink since the brulee made it look thick but it was so flavorful and I would highly recommend! I've tried their Taro Milk Tea and Strawberry Jasmine Tea which both weren't my favorite but still decent if I wanted something basic. The Mango Green Tea was extremely sweet in my opinion even though I lowered the sweetness and I would not order this one again for that reason. I hope they consider opening more Sunrights around the San Jose area! read more
Ordered online for their cream pudding oat milk tea w/honey boba and mango green oat milk tea at 50% sweet. The cream pudding reminds me of flan bc of its nice vanilla & caramel notes, which complemented the black ceylon tea very well. The boba did not taste sweet and a tad bit undercooked (was here a few days ago and same thing). I actually got 25% sweet but would recommend 50%. The mango green milk tea was really good~ you can taste the fresh mango as well as the tea. I recommend ordering online bc lines are always so long! Sunright is one of my favorite boba chains bc the tea is strong but not bitter and sweetness levels tend to be consistent (but not so much for the boba). I think their fruit teas taste best at 25% sweet and milk teas at 50% sweet. Also, some people mentioned wintermelon latte but I could not find it anywhere on the menu? Just wintermelon tea but no option for milk. read more

I came here on a Saturday and there was a huge crowd waiting and online order tickets being printed left and right. There were tons of doordash orders coming in so I recommend ordering before hand. I wondered what the hype was since theres so many other boba stores nearby But after trying this taro boba milk with 0% sweet I am hooked! I hate sweet drinks so I always get 0% to err on the side of caution. The hint of sweetness from the silky boba and the yummy fresh taro mixed with milk is the perfect combination for me. I would not recommend 0% sweet for any of the grapfruit tea though since its pretty bitter read more

My favorite tea spot in the bay for sure. I tried their Ceylon milk tea when someone brought a jug of it to our friend's bach. I went home thinking about it for a month straight. Finally had the chance to come and try with my boyfriend and it was honestly unreal. At Sunright, you order on a screen at the front (card only) and wait for your number to be called. It was pretty busy on a Tuesday but we didn't wait long for our drinks. We ordered the Oreo brûlée (one with and one without boba) and a Ceylon milk tea to share. The Oreo brûlée was so good. It was creamy and packed with Oreo flavor and honestly perfect. We'll definitely be back. Often lol. read more

Wow, this is a welcome addition to my favorite boba spots list! Tried my companion's Sunright Boba Milk Tea with their signature house milk that's recommended. The milk tea is deliciously creamy with a perfect touch of sweetness. The boba pearls were wonderfully chewy as well. Yogurt Grapefruit || $5.15 + $0.65 for honey boba $5.80 for a large cup of grapefruit yakult with chewy honey boba. Comes with a slice of fresh grapefruit for an extra pizzaz :) The yogurt grapefruit drink was delicious! I loved it, especially with the lightly sweetened honey boba pearls that were soft and perfectly cooked. Strawberry Matcha Latte || $5.65 + $0.65 for honey boba $6.30 total for my final drink (before tax). This drink is beautiful with the colorful red, white, and green layering. After mixing everything together, I thought the flavors harmonized with each other well. The strawberry is delicate and not overpowered by the matcha. You aren't able to modify the sweetness for this particular drink, but I found the ratio to be fine. Not too sweet or bitter. Sunright has it's sweetness levels down pat :) So far, I've loved all the drinks I've tried at Sunright Tea Studio so far. There are so many interesting flavors and options to choose from. Definitely excited to continue trying more of the menu! read more

2nd time here, we got 2 drinks. Came out quick, less than 5mins. Taro frostie: 4 out of 5. If you enjoy real real taro then this is definitely your drink. It was just a little too much real taro for me, so the drink itself was too starchy. They also didn't blend it very well, so I found myself biting on bits of ice. I got it with honey boba, which came out kinda hard. Oreo brûlée boba milk: 5 out 5. We got 100% sweet and it was perfect. It was good with lots of Oreo. It came with boba and this one was softer and more chewy than the one in the taro frostie. We got less ice and it all melted by the time we got to our car. read more
Went on a Wednesday night and there were lots of orders being made but they are pretty fast at making your drink once you order. There's no indoor seating and no ordering at the cash register. They have online ordering or a kiosk type of thing to order on when in store. I got the taro milk tea with 100% sugar and no ice with lychee jelly. I really liked the drink and loved that they put taro around the whole cup. It was the right amount of sweetness and I would definitely come back to get boba from this place! read more

When I first read the business name as "Sunright," I thought someone was trying to be a little cheeky or racist with the name. Then I realized its intent and thought, okay... I'll let this pass as long as we got some good boba. Sure enough, this ended up being a very solid spot to curb my frequent boba addiction and one that I'd come back to again. The shop is small and only allows for ordering through their kiosk. I ordered their Strawberry Matcha Green Tea Latte with Oat Milk and Boba (say that five times fast), and it was wonderful. Boba was soft, matcha was pretty good (though could have been a stronger taste), and the puree blended nicely with all the ingredients. I only wish I had gotten half sugar because it was so sweet, though when you're on one kiosk and there's a line, it's hard to always remember to set these requests. I only wish that you didn't just rely on the kiosk in order to place your order. It seemed to limit your ability to make tea adjustments, or ask questions that could impact your order. I felt it was almost taboo to go and talk to the workers lol, but I'm sure they just want to keep their efficient system going. With that said, as someone that does not consume dairy, I found it more complicated than it needed to figure out which drinks were already non-dairy/what toppings were and weren't, etc. Definitely navigate the menu beforehand if you don't want dairy in your drink. read more

I decided to give this place a try in Sunnyvale since I hadn't heard of it before, and ordered a mango green milk tea, 50% sweet, 0% ice. I was glad that I ordered ahead and just came in to pick up since there was a long line around the outside of the store of people waiting to place and get their orders. Even at 50% sweetness, it was still very sweet, and tasted most heavily of the mango - I didn't really taste the tea at all. It actually reminds me a lot of mango lassi, which was nice. They have a lot of different types of teas on the menu, including brulee tea lattes, which I hope to try in the future when I'm in the area. read more

This is currently my favorite boba place. I have to admit, I am a boba snob, and before trying Sunright, I had stopped getting boba from places other than Yi Fang. Now Sunright has usurped Yi Fang's place in my heart! I don't usually order standard pearl milk tea, but I decided to try theirs on a whim, and it was the best decision of my Bay Area boba life. Their milk tea is so good! I haven't found another place's milk tea that I like as much as Sunright's. It really tastes high quality, not artificial, and their boba is chewy and sweet. Highly recommend their popular Sunright Boba Milk Tea. It comes with brown sugar boba, and I've ordered it with additional honey boba (which is clear colored). The brown sugar boba and the honey boba actually do taste different, but I don't think one is significantly better than the other. I do wish that they would offer hot versions of some of their drinks for rainy/cold winter days. There is pretty much always a wait when I come here, so plan accordingly. read more

I'm not sure if they're still not doing orders in person yet, but when I went for the first time, they didn't. Regardless, you're not missing much. It's difficult enough to order with a mask on, or hear your order repeated to you anywhere. And why risk using the tablets that everyone and their children touch when you can order ahead. I use toast tab but I think they're on DoorDash too. They've got their ordering system pretty streamlined now, so I was more than happy when I arrived and they handed my order to me after I gave my order number. The only thing is that parking lot is another typical South Bay cluster f@ck. You have your speed racer boyz with their tricked out cars, as with most boba parking lots. But you also have your hopeless Asian drivers who go down the wrong direction of the one way lanes. Brace yourself if you're going on the weekend, for this volatile combo of annoying and more annoying. And order ahead so it's one less thing to test your patience while you're in the parking lot. I'm not taking off any stars for the crowd that this place draws. The tea is strong and most of the drinks are good. The boba was a bit over cooked today, is the only thing that threw me off. But if I had dentures, it's probably be perfect. So bring some boba over to your grandparents. They'll like the slightly over cooked softness. Just don't make them drive the minivan into this lot, unlike some people. read more
In the Bay Area, there is no shortage of boba shops. There must be at least 3 different shops within a few miles of each other - or at least I always seem to stumble across multiple tea shops in the same shopping areas. With so many competing shops, quality can range drastically. Excellent tea shops are hard to come by though where the majority of the menu is consistently fantastic. Sunright Tea Studio so far has been one of the few boba places that has been impressive each time I've been. In fact, I'll even go out and say it's currently one of my favorite places in the area. The very first drink I had here was their house boba milk tea. It comes with their signature house milk, which is creamy and flavorful. The drink was warmly balanced and wasn't overly sweet even at the recommended full sweetness. I was impressed with the quality. I recommend ordering online to save you some wait time. I'm looking forward to my future visits back here to experience more of their menu! read more

Top tier boba. When I got to Sunright, I lined up to order at the kiosk (no ordering through a person). I was able to get my drink in 10 minutes after ordering but noticed a customer who ordered ~3 parties after me that got their drink before me, so that was a little confusing! But considering how busy they were, they handled the rush well even with many orders that were 4+ drinks. Sunright boba milk tea with pudding: 75% sweet and no ice I ordered this intending to drink this the day after and it was very yummy! If you don't like sweet drinks I suggest getting 50% sweet max. The tea flavor was strong while the milk helped balance it out. Pudding was solid. You can order online through toast tab if you want to save a few minutes. read more

One of my favorite boba shops in the bay! Huge fan of their honey boba. I normally get that with their green milk tea. This time, I ordered one of their specialty drinks: Oreo brulee boba milk. I normally don't like specialty drinks because I find that there's too much random stuff, but this was really good! I was super full afterwards tho, so it's probably super extremely in calories lol, but it tastes amazing :) The Oreos and creme brulee go really well together. Bonus: for someone like me who's super sensitive to caffeine and can't drink any later in the day, this drink has no tea. I ordered this with 50% sugar, and as someone with a sweet tooth, it was tasted like 100% sugar. read more
This has been bookmarked on Yelp for the longest time but never had the chance to stop by as this is located in Sunnyvale - so a bit out of the way from San Jose. It took about 15 mins to get into the shop as they limit the number of people inside. Once you get inside, you order on the kiosk and then wait outside. It took less than 5 minutes for the 3 drinks to be made. We got: - taro boba milk: 5/5 - very similar to Bopomofo Cafe's taro sweet milk. Recently, after discovering fresh taro, I honestly can not go back to the artificial taro. I love how pasty the fresh taro is. Highly recommend this drink if you are a taro lover like myself. Heads up, this drink has no tea. - Sunright boba milk tea: 5/5 - perfect mixture and ratio for a classic milk tea drink. Milky yet with a strong tea flavor. A safe choice and you will not be disappointed. - Ceylon brûlée latte: 4/5 - very similar to the Sunright boba milk tea - honestly almost tasted the same. Unfortunately, I couldn't pin point the brûlée taste but regardless it's a tasty drink. Also, it is recommended for 100% sweetness which is not bad at all - actually just perfect for my taste buds. Their 100% sweetness level is comparable to other boba places 50-75% sweetness levels. Their boba is on the softer chewier end but if you let it sit for about half hour, it hardens. I've tried many boba shops in the Bay Area, and I think Sunright is the closest quality I've had to SoCal boba. They do have locations in SoCal, so maybe that's why. I got the Ceylon Brûlée Latte and the Oreo Brûlée Boba, and both drinks were so good. The creme brûlée didn't overpower the tea, and the tea base was really good. The sweetness was also perfect for my palate: not too sweet. Whenever I pick up my order, I always see a line of people waiting in the store, so I always order online beforehand and then pick up when my order is ready. I always stick with the brûlée drinks but the teas are good too. Would definitely come back to try more drinks! read more

How long is the wait recently?
For me, it seems like 15-20 minutes in the evenings. You can order in advance on your phone. It's the same price ordering online and ordering in store.

You can try unchecking the box that says "boba (included)" and call to make sure they don't add boba. Or maybe order over the phone? On weekdays, there normally isn't a line so you can order in store too.

They use fresh taro, and you're able to adjust the sweetness of the drinks themselves.

12-7pm everyday as of 3/16. I had to call and ask a few days ago because I believe Maps still shows that it closes at 5pm, but it's actually 7pm! Yay!
