They have online ordering through snack-pass if you wanted to order ahead. They also have self ordering kiosks in the shop. Certain days of the week the have deals, I can remember which days but they have all $5 in cash and other cash deals. They also give out stamp cards, buy 10 get 1 free. Quite a peculiar boba spot that intrigued me enough to try it out---to which I had regrets in even making that choice. Ambience: The shop is not tidy and has a lot of random objects/decorations around; for instance, Christmas decorations and posters that are peeling off. There are also signs that are leaned against the wall in customer areas, like it is an extension of their store storage space. The lack of tidiness & cleanliness made me apprehensive to touch anything and it is certainly not welcoming. I don't even want to imagine how their kitchen area is upkept if they can barely manage their public space. Drinks: My partner and I ordered the white peach boba milk tea and the tiger milk tea. It's really nothing special and it befuddles me that there is high praise for the quality of their drinks. The tea flavour is not strong, nor is the boba made with quality in mind as it was hard in the center. I'm under the assumption that their fruit teas are front-loaded with artificial syrups since that's what the white peach resembled. Price: To compromise quality, the price point is the selling factor. Boba priced around $5-$7 is a rarity these days, but this shop does it. Just know that you're paying for lesser quality in your order. Customer Service: Wow, that needs work. The other review was not kidding about their employees and how they communicate. Customer interactions can heavily change the view of the store and will make/break the experience. With this already broken experience being topped by their employee "communication," I'm surprised they have returning customers. There are a plethora of better boba shops in the same area. I ordered the Iced Peach Lime Tea. It came out within 10 minutes. It tastes very sweet and like natural peach with a hint of lime. It has a peach in it. White Peach Jelly tastes like artificial peach and isn't really sweet. This place has $5 boba only on Wednesdays so come support a local business! Just overall, a really disappointing and underwhelming experience. The two drinks we got were pretty bad. Undrinkable, actually. And the service? Pretty selective it seems. You're either well liked and will receive special attention, or you're just another customer that you can't be bothered by, it seems. Let's start with the drinks. I ordered the creme brûlée. I asked for 25% sweetness and it was in your face sweet like over 150% sweet. It was undrinkable. I threw it away after a few sips. My wife ordered the Love You So Matcha at 75% sweetness and it was barely sweet. It was just a slight hint against my drink. The inconsistency was quite disappointing. Now, for the service. Not greeted when we visited--no problem. But when their kiosk wasn't working, we had to bring it to the attention of the owner and she didn't seem to care of give us any attention. After trying to work the kiosk for a few more minutes, we just walked up to the front to order where the owner didn't even acknowledge the technical issues. I also noticed the owner giving special attention, like a stamp card and very friendly exchanges with some patrons. We were never offered a stamp card and definitely had no pleasantries exchanged. Only enough space for one group of four max to sit inside, but it seems like this is more of a drop-by location than a sit down and chill location. Parking is easy--they share the plaza lot with the other stores. They have unique flavors, like Rose and Lime, which drew me to their menu. I think the flavors are niche, maybe a little too much so... I also ordered with the cashier instead of a kiosk and was unaware that the sweetness level was set to 50%. I wish I was asked or told it was already set at 50% for this drink! But I like that they offer student specials (like getting a $150 pass for one boba each day of the month). This boba spot is top of my list for unique drinks! They have really unique creations such as persimmon fruit tea and chestnut milk tea. Their fruit teas is where they really shine. We ordered the sexy pink lychee and milk tea w/ soybean cheese foam. The sexy pink lychee is usually my go to. Super refreshing and the crystal boba was a nice touch. The milk tea w/ soybean cheese foam was also creamy and delicious, though the soybean flavor was not strong enough in my opinion. The cheese foam was just a little too airy. Ridiculous service! Not my first time here, and their drink was good. I recommended this place to quite a few of my friends! But they changed the staff and the service is ridiculous! I put an order on their machine, paid in full my credit card, waited for more than 10 mins, got a text message saying my order is ready. Then, here it comes! The person said she didn't get my order, AND she was too busy to look it up on her side in the system, AND refused to refund my money!!!! What is the difference between this and robbing! This review is based on a series of visits vs one. They have a wide variety of drinks - which I always enjoy. However, twice I've gone here to get a specific drink that's supposed to come with water chestnuts and/or mochi only to be told AFTERWARDS that they ran out of those ingredients and substituted it with boba (with the drinks already made/ did not ask before making this substitute). I would have liked a heads up and given an option for what replacement or alternative I would like. Outside of that i have no qualms with the drinks offered! read more

It is a little shop tucks in a small strip mall. Location is convenient for me. The drinks are decent. Why 2 stars? There are no menu posted inside the shop except for 2 kiosks. However, if you are using cash or gift card, you have to order directly from the cashier. We ordered 2 drinks. One drink was priced same as the kiosk and the other one was 60 cents more than what was listed in the kiosk. When asked, they just said the kiosk price was lower. The kiosks are the only place prices are listed. Why should the price be different based on where you order? It is almost like a deceptive pricing. One won't know the price if we don't happen to ask for the receipt. They refused to give us back the price difference. It was not the 60cents, just the principle of thing. Over the years, I've stopped by a couple times while in the area. My favorite is the Milk Tea with Soybean Cheese Foam! Simple and creamy. You can taste the tea well and it's not overly milky. The Sexy Pink Lychee is also a fan favorite if you're looking for something more sweet and refreshing. This place is next to See's Candy! We came here on rainy evening before closing time! It was empty so we took a long time to see everything. The pictures of drinks on the walls and windows are there "classic drinks aka most popular," but if you scroll on their iPad in front of the cashier there are many more drinks listed in there. We weren't sure what to get but asked for something caffeine free. The girl suggested: (1) a mango smoothie and we went with 50% sugar (sweetness was perfect for us). Whole milk base with mango stuff and chunks of mango as well (mango chunks were actually sweet not sour or hard)!! It was absolutely delicious. I'd come here again for good milk tea if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way. The cloudy strawberry was a bit too sweet for me at half sweet. Not a Nesquick strawberry taste at least which is good, it tastes like real strawberries. There's two kiosks to order boba from too. Not the best experience here when I stopped by after seeing the highly rated Yelp rating. First, we tried to order via the kiosk but it had many issues. It said small size drinks were sold out so only option was for a large drink that was a bit more expensive and options like less ice was .50 cents extra (I know I have no idea why). After deciding the kiosk was too buggy, we ordered with the cashier. There were two people(?) taking the order. First lady we had ordered the royal milk tea with, then I asked if there were slushie drinks. She had to ask another lady for the menu and the other lady took over. She recommended the lychee "slushie" drink. I ordered that and paid. Turns out between the ladies transitioning they lost our order of the milk tea and we pointed out we had ordered a milk tea. The new lady proceeded to tell us we should have told her beforehand if we wanted to order more items. I just shrugged and told her we already did put in an order it was cancelled somehow we don't know. The service wasn't the most friendly and the ambiance of the cafe was like a cute little cafe (really only a couple tables). I think the "taro" was actually a mix of taro and ube because the color was a deep purple instead of the muted light color of taro. The "taro"and brown sugar boba were sweeter than I expected so I wish I had chosen an even lower sugar level than 50%. KIWI WONDERLAND [Salted Cheese foam topping, fresh kiwi, Jasmine green tea, lychee jelly] Truly refreshing and unique flavor especially if you like kiwi!
